AC rattled all night and didn't get the room cool. No elevators to access 2nd and 3rd floors. No email was sent with door code so had to call number to get codes (there is no reception desk).

The motel was a decent value, but there should be a note on the information they provide stating that there are no elevators. And if you are a senior citizen like I am climbing thirty six steps with my baggage, was not appreciated. If I had known with some sort of information that there are no elevators and that I would have to climb up those steps, I would have stayed somewhere else.

Room was very clean, staff friendly and area is very convenient - walking distance to boardwalk. Plenty of parking also.
