The room was clean, spaceous and modern. Breakfast was amazing, although there is a surcharge for it. The area was only OK. Please fix your mini-gym situation as it was literally 90 degrees inside and completely unusable because of that and NOBODY seemed to care to address it. Some people like to workout a little on vacation. You might as well say that you have no gym.

Modern, clean hotel, 10-20 mins from the centre so walkable, 5 mins from the Hauptbahnhof. What stood out for us is decent hairdryer in the room, hot, powerful shower, good mirrors & lighting, sockets actually by the mirrors, very comfy bed, small bar in reception with great range of cocktails & a gym. Hotel is Spanish so most of the staff are Spanish and extremely friendly too. Breakfast very good and i had a pretzel daily! Enjoyed eateries like Mia for dinner and cocktails and Muncher Stubn nearby for a beer and snack! If you were to pick fault, the gym could do with some functioning air con and another running machine and being modern it doesnt have that cosy feel, but that said the lighting in the room was well done to make it feel more cosy. There were lots of hotels nearby in the area too we spotted. If you want more central to Marienplatz or traditional go for something else

Decent property. I would have stayed a few more days, but the price skyrocketed. Friendly staff and nice sauna. I just wish they would tell you, it needs 30 minutes to warm up. I have a tight schedule, and when I fit in a sauna session, I can't wait 30 minutes. Not the best area, but there were some good Mediterranean restaurants near by. Overall I would recommend it

Good stay the staff were very polite and helpful. Unfortunately the wifi was very intermittent. Convenient location near the station but not in the nicest area of Munich. Gym limited and the treadmill didn’t work.

Staff were professional and polite. Room was large with lovely shower. However hotel bar could be bigger and more separate from reception. Also lots of outside noise from street and building work going on around the hotel (not their fault) and I found the mattress to be on the hard side. Perhaps adding some mattress toppers would help.

Wenn man ausblendet, dass das Hotel im Bahnhofsviertel liegt, kann man es empfehlen. Die Brotauswahl am Frühstücksbuffet war für deutsche/bayerische Verhältnisse extrem dürftig. Kein Vollkornbrot vorhanden. Parkgarage sehr eng aber vorhanden.

We were well received and given a fairly large single room. Suite was modern, in good condition, with a well designed and supplied bathroom (clean towels daily). Building has a smallish gym and a nice sauna area. Restaurant/breakfast room was spacious and staff made good efforts to fulfill our requests. Breakfast buffet had many options and was well supplied. The building experienced a couple of operational incidents during our stay (hot water out, minor kitchen fire) but they were remediated promptly. Aside from the unavoidable police/ambulance sirens, the building was quiet.

Staff were great, hotel nice, breakfast good. Location ok but a bit of a seedy area. Stayed in Junior suite and they placed us in a corner adjacent to two major construction works. I filled the bath and prior to getting in switched on the water jets. The bath was then filled with loads of past people hairs, dead skin and other gunk. Also the plug was faulty so hard to unplug it manually. Complained to front desk and the bath was cleaned but plug not repaired. Tried again and same outcome so never used the bath. Reception stated there were no other rooms to swap to. I would not stay again.

Dafür, dass das Hotel vier Sterne hat, waren die Zimmer sehr abgenutzt und nicht wirklich sauber. Das erste Zimmer war stark verschmutzt und beschädigt. Es befand sich in der ersten Etage und hatte einen kleinen Balkon. Der Fensterrahmen sowie die Bodenleisten waren kaputt. Der Fensterrahmen war so kaputt, das dass Fenster immer aufging. Auf dem Nachttisch lagen fremde Haare, und der Glastisch war übersät mit Fingerabdrücken. Daraufhin habe ich mich beschwert und ein neues Zimmer erhalten. Dieses war zwar etwas sauberer, aber ebenfalls deutlich abgenutzt. Die Regendusche war defekt und extrem verkalkt. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sein Geld nicht wert.

Le camere non sono insonorizzate, si sente anche il passante ruttare. L’ho fatto presente al personale in reception che però non mi ha aiutato. Durante il check-out ho fatto nuovamente presente la cosa; mi è stato detto che TUTTE le camere sulla strada hanno questa pecca. Io avevo la 513, se vi capita fatevela cambiare. Colazione nella media, nulla di eclatante ma onestamente andava bene per i nostri gusti. Caffè espresso e black coffee da dimenticare, ma il cappuccino non male. Comunque io non tornerò lì, anche se è vicino al centro storico e il prezzo è appetibile

Super spacious and modern room. Lovely shower. Bathroom and toiletries arrangement good. King size bed was bigger than uk king size - in fact huge! Room was quiet (ask for one facing inside not road side) staff v friendly and helpful. Nespresso coffee machine a nice touch. Fridge and safe in room v useful.

Good location and overall a nice hotel. Unfortunately, we had to switch rooms one day into our stay due to a loud, persistent noise coming from the heater. The process of getting a new room was frustrating, as the front desk staff seemed bothered by the request. Once moved, the room was fine, but the experience could have been handled with more care.

Nytt och fräscht. Trevlig personal. Bra frukost. Dock extremt lyhört, alla stomljud som folk som vandrar i sina rum, smäller i dörrar och pratar i korridorerna hörs väldigt tydligt. Som vanligt är läget vid stationen plus och minus, nära till allt men även en hel del skumt folk i närheten.

After having an fall in Munich which required a hospital visit I found the staff at this hotel particularly helpful. I was given a wheelchair to help get around my room and a late check out with no extra charge on my final day as I had a late flight. They also assisted my daughter whilst I was in the hospital

Everything about our stay was fantastic! Nico, at the front desk, went ABOVE and BEYOND for our 11 night anniversary stay! He was always very kind, accommodating, and just a wonderful human! Laura at the front desk gave us a fantastic travel suggestion that turned out to be one of the most beautiful paces we have ever been to.. the bar staff was always wonderful and the cleaning staff top notch! I will be staying there again for sure!

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and was very happy with my experience, so I decided to rebook it again during my recent stay in Munich this October. Unfortunately, this time I noticed a decline in service quality and staff attitude. It seems there have been several staff changes, and the new team doesn’t quite match the professionalism of the previous one. The head waiter at breakfast was rather impolite, and the front desk staff could show more courtesy and attentiveness when responding to guests’ requests. Overall, it remains a comfortable 4-star property — the rooms are spacious, breakfast is decent, and cleanliness and hygiene standards are satisfactory. The hotel still offers good value, but I truly hope management will address these service issues to restore the high standards I experienced in the past.

Eurostars is a bright and cheerful hotel with only a 300 meter walk to Munich Central train station along with all the other convenient transportation options (trams, buses etc). We love the adventure and literature themed decor. The staff was helpful and friendly. The beds very comfortable and the shower with its rain head very refreshing and invigorating in the morning. Thanks especially to Marina at the front desk who checked us in. We will gladly return again and again.

Very convenient, very close to main train station, Oktoberfest fairground, walking distance to Marienplatz. Plenty of restaurants around. Room is clean, staff are friendly, cleaning service is excellent. But noise was big issue, street noise, adjacent room noise affecting our sleep. Part of it because of Oktoberfest I guess. Overall we have good stay.

Hotel is a great 1 night stop in Munich, don’t be distracted by the walk from the station to the hotel, you’ll wonder where you got off but you are only 5-7 mins to the hotel. Staff were great, quick check in and breakfast was really good. The area is not bad, we went for a walk with no problems and you’re about 15 mins away from one of the busier areas to visit (Rathaus-Glockenspiel)

The breakfast was excellent and the staff even made us a box breakfast when we had an early departure for the airport on our last day. The air conditioning was probably the best we had anywhere on our trip which was amazing in the heat and the location was good as well!
