I booked a standard queen room that was labelled as having a tub/shower combo. We were given a room that you had to access from outside up a set of wooden stairs that were not in the best shape (banister was shaky). We had trouble accessing the room and had to go all the way back to the desk; turns out the room had 2 doors and the one we knew about had been deadbolted. The room was very clean. We noticed it had a jacuzzi tub in the room and only a VERY small shower (my elbows hit the walls) in the bathroom. Nothing was said at check in about having a jacuzzi, so I assumed they had run out of standard queens and put us in the next available room. When I went to run a tub, I couldn't find a stopper and there was no water; the bathroom had water, but not the jacuzzi tub. My husband went to the desk to inquire about the issue. He was told since we hadn't booked a jacuzzi room, we couldn't use it; we would have to pay $25 for the stopper and have the water turned on. Hard no. I've never run into that before. The best part of the room was the comfortable bed.

The woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She suggested I should buy carrots at the grocery store for the animals at Omega park as they would be cheaper and they were. Our room was large and cosy. You could hear other guests in the halls but it was quiet during the night.
