This property needs a major upgrade in the room we stayed in. The grass and gardens were in a very poor state and not at all inviting. Aircon heater non existent and it was 1 degree. Won’t come back.

The room was an upgrade (I think) I was never told but: The Spa was out of order and very dirty with a soap packet left in the bath The sill in the bath window was filthy There was a large dead bug on the floor in the bath The window in the bedroom was rotted and unusable The wall around the new air conditioner was left bare so you can see where the previous air con was installed A pile of dirt was left near the entrance door As I believe it was an upgraded room, I appreciated the extra room and ammenities but if I had paid full price for a room left in this condition I would not have been very pleased.

The room I stayed in smelled terrible, was cold with a constant draught from the door and the air-conditioning air had a funky smell, the toilet leaked, the room just didn't feel clean and the walls were paper thin so i could hear everything that happened in the room next to me... everything.

I had booked with Wotif.com got to my accommodation $117.00 it just smelt Smokey and damp . I ended up paying an extra $110 for another room because they were booked out . The old rooms outside have definitely seen better days ! Sadly my budget was blown for two reasons not safe and the cigarettes smell..

Bed looked like it had been sat on. Shower made an horrendously loud noise. Pillows were soooo thin, as was doona. Spare blanket was like it was made on hessian. Clearly the rooms on the ads, we’re NOT the same as the allocated rooms!!

The Century Inn is in a very convenient location between Traralgon and Morwell. The room was tidy and very quiet, the property is far enough away from the highway that you don’t really hear any road noise. During my stay I ordered the steak from the room service menu and if was perfectly cooked to my requirements. The food was still hot when I received it which meant it was prepared on time rather than sitting waiting for service. I would gladly stay again.

Arrived for a romantic 10 year anniversary stay with my wife waited ages at front desk for bookin Got into luxury apartment no hot water in shower No romantic gesture in room or rose petals like I requested or chocolate Went to dinner same guy running around to manage hotel by himself not enough staff on Sat down to no candle light dinner no complimentary cocktails as requested during the. Week arranged by staff phone call for a extra $100 on bookin So upset and disappointed in service and customer relations. Food was fantastic Chk out the Indian inquisition over a over priced $ 5 bottle of water that we did not drink Never coming back Thanks for ruining the memory of our first time we met after 10 years Mr & Mrs Eager

Staff said i’d be able to get refund for my last two nights as I informed them prior to the time frame and assured me if Wotif contacted them they would state a refund is available for the last two nights. Wotif contacted and they didn’t bother to answer and when they did said a different story. Wotif said they needed acceptance from century inn. Liars and money hungry. Will never stay here or recommend on the basis of a lie as a way to get money out of peoples pockets.

The boy at check in should smile a little more. I have been at this hotel so many times but the check in boy shows nil acknowledgement at all which is not at all welcoming. I would rather stay at another hotel if I could just because of how unwelcoming he is!! Otherwise quiet calm stay.

This hotel is right next to the Latrobe regional hospital. Only 10 min pathed walk way to the hospital and 5min to medical specialist clinic. (or a very easy drive) If we had family member needing another major operation we would book a room for the night before and day of the operation. This would give me a nice clean and relaxing place to wait for updates. (much better than the 7 hours hanging around the hospital canteen)

The Century Inn is central for the work locations I frequent. Easy commute to Traralgon for meals and shopping, if you choose not to eat in . Close access to the freeway from Melbourne.

Check-in was easy. Room was excellent, bed was very comfortable. Had quite a nice restaurant on site with reasonable prices. However, the staff (in the restaurant) needed to attended to plate service/clearing much quicker . Also one order of salmon, did not arrive as per the menu description, however, a discount was applied to this meal.

My room was comfortable and contained all amenities. I enjoyed my dining experience at the Restaurant for my Dinner and Breakfast. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful especially Lexie in the Restaurant.
