チェックイン前もチェックアウト後も ロッカー❓️に荷物を預けやすかったし…部屋も綺麗だったし…朝食も美味しかったです。

Clean room, helpful staff. Great location- station, food and shopping. Sento gets really crowded at night.

The onsen is very nice. A bargain at 500 Yen for each use by hotel guests. Staff easily handled my questions about using the lockers and the wristbands. The onsite Family Mart and large grocery are bonuses as well.

I took the Rinkai Line to Oimachi Station, which is the nearest station to the hotel. I was surprised by how far the walk was from the train platform to the hotel. It was also a bit confusing that the hotel has two separate towers. The check-in area and my room were quite far apart as well. Since check-in is handled by a machine with very limited human interaction, it can be confusing for first-time guests. The hotel should at least have staff available to assist customers during the process.

エレベーターの数が多くて良い

お風呂の王様という健康ランドのような施設があり、別料金ではあるが、１日のつかれには良い。 但し男湯は9時以降混雑が続くためお風呂を全て回るのは難儀します。

깨끗한 객실에 친절한 직원. 리셉션은 무인 유인 모두 가능해서 편리하고 목욕탕도 노천탕도 있어 매우 만족하게 이용함.

ホテルの階と駐車場の階が違うのが分からず最初間違えてしまいましたが、しっかりエレベーターに書いてありました。 清潔感もあり、駐車場料金もリーズナブルで良かったです。

スタッフの対応が大変良く、駐車場が横で雨にも濡れません、近くに飲食店が沢山あるので食べ物屋さんに困りません、また泊まります。

荷物を預けるのに、セルフクロークがあり、とても便利でした。 チェックインもチェックアウトもタッチパネルで、スムーズに出来ました。

部屋、廊下、フロント周りなどすべて清潔感があり良かった！ 館内のデザインや表示なども分かりやすくて良かった！

環境も部屋もとてもいいと思いましたが、部屋の加湿器を使おうとしたら、いつ使ったのかわからない水が残っておりホコリだらけだったことで、一気に清潔感に疑問を感じてしまいました。本当にそこが残念です。

スタッフの対応はとても良かったですが、部屋に入った途端にカビ臭く、窓枠周辺に黒カビがありました。 食事も、普通で特徴がない。 しかし、 温泉施設は500円で利用でき遅くまで営業していたので良かった。 交通の便が良く、駅前なのが最大の利点です。

部屋はコンパクトですが、清掃もしっかりしてあり心地よく過ごせました

スタッフの方も親切でチェックイン、チェックアウトともにスムーズでした。口コミでアメニティが少な過ぎるとありましたが、ロビーに充実しており、パジャマもフロアごとに用意されていたので、なんの問題もないです。 ただ1点、配管を通る水の音が響くので、誰かがシャワーを使う度に流れる音に目が覚め寝られなかったです。二泊目は疲れ切っていたので気になりませんでしたが…。眠りが浅い方は辛いかも。

新しい部屋は高層階にあり清潔感があり良かったです

部屋にも浴槽が有ったら良かった。

私はシングル館を利用しましたが。いつも部屋が暗くて洗面所を歩くとスリッパがベチャベチャとくっつくような音がしました。触ると綺麗に掃除はされているのですが、何か不愉快な気持ちにならない工夫は必要。 息子家族がツイン館利用して初めて訪れてその差にびっくり。 とても明るく部屋も広くてテーブルも白く快適に過ごせたようです。 シングル館は古いので仕方ないけど、壁紙を白くして照明器具も明るくしないと年取ってきた私は不自由でした。

Twin Room in the next building has a nicer design and more spacious and comfortable than the single room. It was noisy when I stayed in the single room, every morning there would be a staff pushing a trolley :( I would choose this hotel if I ever need a twin room in Tokyo. The hotel is just opposite Oimachi station where Rinkai line and Keihin-Tohoku line run, so location wise it is perfect to access Shibuya, Shinjuku and other places like Ginza only require one transfer. The neighbourhood is quieter and less crazy/noisy compared to touristy places. There are restaurants, Starbucks, Mac, Hankyu supermarket and Atre shopping mall, where you can buy snacks and essentials. You can find Loft (small store), Muji and Uniqlo here. The Haneda airport limousine stops just outside the hotel - very easy. To access Narita airport, you will need to take the train to Shinagawa (1 stop) and transfer to Narita Express. Or you can also opt for a much cheaper option - take train to Tokyo station (a few stops) and airport bus at Yaesu South exit. Airport buses are frequent and you can buy tickets on the spot. It costs 1500 yen one way. Do note the airport bus allows one bag and one check in sized suitcase only. If you are travelling outside of Tokyo and do not want to take your extra luggage, the hotel allows you to leave the luggage in their cloakroom for 300 yen per night - very affordable. The man made onsen is public, not exclusive to the hotel guests. It costs 500 yen per entry.

バスタブは無いけど、洗面台、シャワー室がコンパクトにまとまっており快適に過ごせました。

The hotel was located close to train station, only 2 mins walk which was very convenient. Staff were friendly and the room was clean and had very comfortable bed but it was super compact. Good for overnight trip.

チェックインの時の　スタッフの対応　とても　親切で　助かりました

チェックイン時間のタイミングが悪かったのか、エレベーターに乗るまでに10分くらい待ちました。5歳の子どもと利用しましたが、客室に子ども用のタオルと枕がなく、フロントに電話すると「取りに来て」とのことで子どもを連れてまたフロントへ降りて、エレベーター待ちは疲れた後に結構きつかったです。部屋はとても清潔でよかったです。

Great facility and location. Check in was difficult and frustrating. Must use an electronic check in which had terrible software the staff were not friendly or helpful

5名で予約、フロント担当者が受付事務に慣れてなくチェックインに10分以上がかかった。 また、カードキーのうち、1725室と書いてあり開けることができなかった。　フロントで言うと1925号室の間違いでありとても苦労した。　これらの一連の行為について謝罪の言葉は全くなくとても不愉快でした。1担当の問題

As usual, great staff, services, amenities and neighborhood.

I always stay here, high caliber customer service and helpful staff, excellent amenities, location is great if you want to avoid crowds and pricing is competitive. Plenty of shops for shopping and restaurants and food courts are all available here. This is my third time staying here in the last 5 years and will always return to this location.

深夜2時頃、火災発生の館内放送があり、非常階段を利用して避難したが誤報だったことが判明。 何事もなく無事だった事に一安心したが、その後のスタッフのフォロー対応が悪くて不愉快になった。

Great location with quick transport links to Shibuya / Shinagawa. The room was clean and decent bath facilities. Shops for provisions nearby

Property is located right next to the JR Mtr station Oimachi station. Well maintained, neat and clean, very convenient.

新幹線から近くで、移動するのにとても便利な立地でした。

There were so many stores nearby and the train station was right across the hotel! I would stay here again if I would to come visit Japan again!

駅から近く、大浴場利用可能、阪急百貨店の食品館があり、賢し歩けば、大井町の飲食街もある。とても過ごしやすかったです。東京ビックサイトに行くにはとても便利でした。新幹線品川駅からも一駅です。

駅近。 りんかい線にも接続でき、レストランは建物下にも多数。 清潔でもあり、オススメです

Location, location, location. This hotel is right across from JR Oimachi station and short walk from Tokyu Oimachi Line station. Hundreds of restaurants and big supermarket within a minute walk. Great convenience and very reasonable rate. Even has a hot spring in the same building (separate fee) with lots of hot bath and sauna. It's no Ginza, but the above can't be beat easily.

The location is great! Shopping, restaurants, train, all is good.

駅からのアクセスが抜群。東京中心街から近く、出張時の宿泊に便利。

必要最低限の広さと設備。部屋も清潔でしたし、快適に過ごせました。 リーズナブルで選べる朝食も２日間美味しくいただきました。駅の目の前という好立地にひかれての選択でしたが、また利用したいと思います。

Breakfast was included in the price however it was very basic.

朝食（ホテル内3Fのカフェ）が不味い。 800円もして、コンビニの袋カット野菜みたいなキャベツと、朝から中身ドロドロの春巻き、風味も味わいもないパン、インスタント粉スープ。朝から最悪の気分にさせられる。和食（施設内の大戸屋）を選んだ方が無難かも。もしくは施設内のスタバでコーヒーとサンドイッチの方が同じ金額払うなら絶対良い。 いくら朝食は手を掛けなくて良いとしても、これを提供し続けているホテルのレベルが低いし、誰も改善しようとしない従業員や企業の体質と、客への満足度提供やホテルマンとしての精神を疑う。

部屋も清潔、朝食も選べて良かったです。

The hotel was conveniently located near the station, making it easy to access. Although the room was small and lacked a bathtub, there was a large public bath available for 500 yen, which made up for it. The room was clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was delicious, served in the café adjacent to the hotel lobby. For 800 yen, it was filling and a great value for the price. There were plenty of automated check-in and check-out machines, so there was no need to wait. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay.

朝食が思ったより美味しくてメニューも沢山あって満足でした

リニューアル仕立てとはいえ、部屋はとても清潔でした。朝ごはんも美味しくて、オプションで付けて大正解でした。駅にほぼ直結しており、二重丸なホテルです。

朝食はホテルのビルに入っていたサンマルクカフェを利用しましたが、 ホテル宿泊すると10%割引になるので 嬉しかったです。

朝食、満足しました。

他のビジホと比べると朝食が残念でした 羽田空港からのアクセスが悪い
