Everything was so nice here, all the staff were perfect. There was a gorgeous gingerbread house contest and they were all made by the staff that was so fun to see, apparently they do it every year. Breakfast was started 30 minutes early so I was able to hit the road earlier than I planned, 24/7 complimentary coffee and tea which was phenomenal because it was freezing. I was driving a rental car I couldn't figure out how to lock but the area was so quiet it was fine to leave it for a quick overnight. Some unforeseen circumstances led to my stay here and it was honestly so pleasant it made the best of a bad situation.

Staying at this Hampton Inn is always a treat. Staff is wonderful and we love the morning breakfast spread. Unfortunately, the pool heater was being repaired so the pool was too cold to use which was a disappointment. However, that has never before been my experience, so it was likely just unlucky timing. I like this place and the price is usually decent. We'll be back, I'm sure.

Great hot breakfast, friendly staff, check in was quick and easy, beds were comfortable and room was as advertised…… pool was small and two large families could dominate ( possibly have adult swim later in evening)…. Also found the front sliding door quite loud when opening and closing….. overall a good stay… thanks

The desk staff was super helpful . Especially when I checked in, Glenn was great. The room was spacious and cool. No cleanliness issues. I used the pool and the fitness center, both were great. I would definitely stay here again

This was an excellent stay. It was the right amount of modern. The room was very clean, very spacious. The bathroom was honestly immaculate. The shower? UGH, I am making it my focus to own the same type of shower head because that was magic on my sore back. And, it was so roomy, two people could fit easily and still stay warm and comfortable. Free coffee with all the fixings and breakfast, a big bonus. Restaurants are close by, grocery stores and minute-marts as well. Also a big bonus. The only VERY minor constructive criticism we had was the pool. The water was much chillier than expected. The pool room was very well heated. And conveniently, there was a rinse shower station and towels everywhere to keep us warm and dry afterwards. But yeah… that water was definitely cold. We still enjoyed ourselves after we acclimated to the temperature, but still, it’s the principle. Overall, 9.8/10. My husband and I did officially decide to stay at Hampton Inns from now on. They’re just right when it comes to hotels.

Overall, loved our stay, and super convenient to places nearby. Notice that the hotel sits a ways off from their sign that is close to the main road. Only little issues I had is that 1 of 2 of their clip hangers I could have used was broken, a group had pizzas at the pool[unfortunately no food or drink allowed], and the bed spreads didn't look completely clean, but assumed just stains. Surprised that the pool water was super salty. Amazing full breakfast and length of time to enjoy. The employees were incredibly nice! Small thing, but I really enjoyed and appreciated their shampoo. If we ever visit the area again, would definitely stay here!

This is our "go to" hotel when it comes to visiting my son and watching him play hockey. As always, it did not disappoint. The hotel is going through a refresh and it is very interesting, to say the least. The room felt a little spartan but I love the new blackout curtains.

My daughter and I stayed 2 night's for a family visit. Had a great time. Check in was easy. Staff very friendly. 24hr coffee/tea++🙂 a wide variety offered for breakfast,another+ our room was on 3rd floor,comfortable,view was nice too. My only minor,complaint about the room,is no exhaust fan in bathroom. Fitness room and pool,also included. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Checked in a little before 6pm no issues. I had to be up at 2:30am to travel to another part of Maine for business. The rooms were not soundproof in the least. I was woken multiple times by people in other rooms or in the hallway. I could hear the people in the room above my room walking around and talking. I’ve stayed in the Hilton in Waterville when rooms were sold out and did not encounter this at all. Will not return to the Augusta location.

We have stayed here in the past and enjoyed it. Property recently was remodelled and it is even nicer. Simple thing, but you can turn the fan on the AC/heat unit to stay on all the time. This greatly improves or sleep so we don’t hear any hall noise. Many hotels you can not do that. Great stay.

The room was great, and the beds we comfy. Beth,at the front desk, was extremely pleasant and fun to talk to. The breakfast provided was great with kielbasa little omelettes (perfect for my dad who is diabetic). Waffles and cereal along with plenty of other options. All around great !!

This was our first time staying at the Hampton at Augusta. It was amazing! From the desk staff (Kati and Beth were exceptional!!), to the lady who tended the breakfast room (my apologies for forgetting her name…she was also exceptional!!), to the remaining staff we spoke with - all were friendly, courteous, helpful, and professional. We will definitely look to return to this hotel in the future!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. When my son got sick in the middle of the night, there was someone there, available to help with everything we needed in the hotel and connect us to other local resources. And the following day, other staff continued to be very supportive and helpful.

Our first receptionist was so nice and friendly. But we overheard a different receptionist accuse a guest of stealing towels and that he didn’t need anymore towels. The guest came back down and said you can check my bag I didn’t steal anything and the receptionist didn’t believe him. So 50/50 on the staff.

Great staff, helpful, nice room, good breakfast. The only glitch was finding that Expedia, through which I made the reservation, had not sent it to the hotel. It took a few minutes but it was straighten out.

I wan on the road trip on the way home. But not many options to eat dinner in the area. I ended up eating microwave can of soup. Front desk was very nice. Room was large and great. Not many options of hotel in the area but price was too expensive to just sleep.

We when for an Ironman event. It was perfect location for the event. Breakfast was great included. The area it's not for walking not much to do. But for business or like an event that your going like the Ironman it was GREAT!!!
