The hotel listing showed EV charging is available there, which is not accurate. There are zero EV chargers at the hotel. The staff did not understand why the listing still showed EV charging, leading us to believe that other travelers had questioned this. Other than than that issue, we had a good stay. Friendly, helpful staff; a spacious, clean, and quiet room. Plenty of parking available.

Breakfast awesome. Breakfast staff amazing. My only down side was no water in workout room and no cleaner to wipe down the exercise equipment before and after use. Also. The pool is COLD. Other than that i loved it here

Last year the pool was a little cold.. this year it was right out cold!! This was the only reason why we stayed there instead of traveling home!! We talked to front desk and they said nothing they can do for another 2 days! Rooms and breakfast was great!!

Really enjoyed our stay! Rooms were nice! King size beds should really have king size pillows, but you see this at most hotels. Breakfast had a great selection and staff were helpful! Biggest complaint was the lack of parking on the weekend!

Room was spacious. Breakfast was nice. The gym was fairly adequate. I wished they had more up to date equipment. I didn’t try the pool so I don’t know. Staff was professional. I liked that they had a social event on Wednesday night with free alcohol, very nice gesture.

Our room was simply huge! It had everything you'd want in a room. It felt roomy and spacious, and was extremely clean and new looking. The breakfasts were good, and the Wednesday night reception had all kinds of food at it. The shower was giant. The pool was very nicely heated, and the room was very nicely ACed even though we stayed there during one of Maine's worst heat waves ever. We'll be back!

The bathroom wasn't restocked - the toilet paper on the roll was almost gone with only one backup and the shampoo and conditioner were both out upon arrival (luckily I had leftover in my travel bag, but it doesn't look good and makes me wonder what else is overlooked while housekeeping is done ..)

There was a lovely view of roof tops only. Tall roof tops. If I strained my neck I could see sky to the left. The black out drapes have holes all through them. It looks like someone’s cat climbed and clawed all over them. The kitchen was overall dirty. The unmatching yard sale utensils and cookware had food on them (in the drawers). Some were broken or rusted. The kitchen cabinets were beaten up, looking like they were from the 70s. The refrigerator had crumbs throughout. No frying pans. The sitting area lamp had a foot control to turn the lamp on. The cord was wrapped under the leg of the couch. That whole set up made no sense. This was a handicap accessible room. No one in a wheelchair could have possibly used the light in the room. There were cookies crushed into the carpet in front of the lamp. The shower…black mold all around the bottom. The shower seat was covered in soap scum. The shower curtain was 6 plus inches from the floor. Water soaked the bathroom floor creating major slip hazards. The entrance door safety latch serves no purpose. When you flip it out, it touches about 1/16” of the door. I pulled just ever so slightly, and the door went by the safety latch and opened right up. Over-priced for the room we got.

The cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at by a long shot. The cleaners were scrubbing any empty rooms top to bottom 24/7. The staff was all so friendly and helpful. The facility has everything and more than what we needed. The room was so spacious and beautiful. The pool was really warm and great for kids. The free hot breakfast is an added bonus. We would recommend this place to anyone and are looking forward to our stay here again in a week.

My room was extremely dirty. There was empty wrappers around the corners of the room, behind the couch and kitchen. The lamp had trash in it, as well as very dusty. The bill out sofa bed was badly stained and rip. Also there was a foul ordor in the room that wouldn't leave even after trying to air it out. The shower had no body wash and when i requested from guest services it took them over a hour to come. After 30 minutes of waiting i drove about 7 minutes to Target to buy some. I would never ever stay there again.

The lobby was clean and staff was friendly. However the floors of the room were very sticky and disgusting. I asked the house keeper to clean the floors and she sprayed a liquid and quickly mopped it without water. The floors remained dirty. The comforter was yellow of how dirty it was. I rate it a 1 out of 5 in cleanliness.

The conditioner bottles I’ve noticed at many hotels lately are empty. I think it’s because you can’t tell when it’s low since the bottle material is white and the conditioner is white and the clear strip on the side doesn’t show that it’s empty. I should have let the front desk know but our stay was so short and we were always in a hurry. I think if housekeeping checked the bottle, it might eliminate this issue.

During the early morning hours, roughly 2 am to 6 am, there is no cold water available!!!! There is hot, hot water when you turn shower handle to either the cold or hot!!! I'm talking so hot you can't even stand under it!!! The desk clerk finally let me go down to the first floor, basically under the room I was already in on the second floor, and again, the water was so freaking hot, you couldn't use the shower!! Also, the water in the bathroom sink, kitchen sink and toilet were very, very warm!!

I discovered that zoom was not working on the Wi-Fi even though I had signed in as a Hilton honors member. An error message came up that either there was a firewall or insufficient signal I believe. So I went down to the front desk and was told that there was a little slip of paper in the Envelope with my key card that gave the phone number of someone to call for help with this. Needless to say, it shouldn’t be the responsibility of the customer to solve this problem. Another staff explained that they had no one to help. They pointed out that the router was in the ceiling, just in front of the front desk And that you could get signal there. Well, I was going to have a private Zoom session with a patient. I am a mental health therapist so needless to say I wasn’t going to conduct it from the lobby of the hotel. I guess it is a sign of the times that there isn’t either sufficient Wi-Fi or staff to manage these issues.

This hotel was extremely nice and clean! I loved our hotel room, it was so spacious. The front desk staff and cleaning staff were lovely. The breakfast staff however were very rude and grumpy. Had to ignore their behavior. Otherwise, lovely stay.

The hotel advertised free breakfast from 7 am to 10 am. At 9:40 the restaurant ran out of food and didn't let guests know until they asked. The staff was very dismissive of the guests and said they ran out of food and this was all they had. When the manager was called, she explained that she underordered for the number of guests and wasn't expecting the guests to take so much food. This was particularly frustrating. I've stayed at Homewood Suites many times and never had this problem. And the staff dismissal was particularly frustrating. I expect better from this hotel

They were not able to find our reservation made through Expedia. We had no sheets for the fold out bed, not enough towels or coffee. Our reservation was made for 4 people in the suite, but it was set up for 2-3 people. Front desk couldn't help us with these issues right away due to low staffing.

Overall it’s a nice hotel. It’s right off the highway so there’s a gas smell from ghe gas station and some highway noise. That can’t be helped. The front desk manager was helpful.

We stayed at this hotel the night before a trip to Boston. It was very convenient to the Concord Trailways Transportation Station where we picked up the bus. The hotel is very clean. I appreciate the option of having the small kitchen and living area. Feels more like home when you have some room separation vs. one open space.

The women on duty when we checked in was great, friendly, informative. None of the desk staff was at all friendly, acted like we were an inconvenience. The brunch food was not edible, rubbery eggs, undrinkable coffee, etc. also the staff working the brunch looked homeless, ill fitting, unmatched clothing, not conducive to food service. Expensive for overall quality.

Design and feel felt like a boutique hotel but with so much more space. Couldn’t believe it was an off the highway hotel. Amazing breakfast with gluten free if you ask.
