We stayed in a 1B king Apt and it was very spacious, clean and the kitchen included a fan forced oven with electric stove. A clean pool in the centre of the complex although we didnt use it during our stay. Perfect location with free parking and within walking distance to the local shops and restaurants. Checkin was easy and a friendly welcome by Kat. Will definitely stay back here.

It was my 2nd time coming back and the property is well maintained. The Spa is awesome to help relax and enjoy after a long day. The only issue this time round, we had noisy neighbors partying till 3am which is totally unacceptable and the noise is constant. Otherwise, would have given a 5 star rating

Our stay with Moonlight Bay Apartments was fantastic. The apartment was a really good size itself, it was super clean, the location was fantastic and even though we didn\'t get to use it, they have an awesome huge pool as well. The only downside to this booking was dealing with hotels.com and their terrible service during the booking, when we had to make a change. We lost our "free night" we had built up, we ended up paying double the price to stay here, and trying to log a complaint about this for Hotels.com has been an absolute nightmare. It seems the website are great as long as everything goes to plan, but if you need to make a change or a cancellation, that\'s where it stops. Very, very disappointed and out of pocket and unhappy about this, but couldn\'t be more happy with the help from Moonlight Bay apartments and our stay there.

Awesome place, loved it. Very clean, well-presented. Spa was bigger than expected. Opposite intersection corner to Rye RSL, as well as positioned directly behind great cafes and restaurants. Room was quiet despite seeming like it was booked out. Pool looked nice (but this time of year is too cold for us to try it). TV with blu-ray and Netflix/Prime built-in. Disappointed we only stayed for one night, would have liked to have extended our visit for longer if our circumstances had permitted it!

We loved the unit we stayed in. It was simple decor but practical. The spa bath was a luxurious experience. I walked across the road and got a massage, plus we went to the Hot Springs from there too.

The apartment was really very nice. It was clean, spacious and bright. It's about as well placed for local amenities as you're likely to get in Rye. There were numerous restaurants, bars and cafes within a few minutes walk. I would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in the locality. My only dislike was the car parking can feel quite tight when it's busy as it is underneath the building

The only thing we could fault was that there was no video streaming service such as Netflix - which is fairly standard nowadays. Otherwise the apartment was clean and comfortable and we enjoeyed our stay in Rye.

The room was large, clean and refurbished, however there was limited natural light. The windows were 1/2 frosted so I couldn't see out so felt quite closed in. The door to the room is glass and faces a common walkway, so mostly we had the sheer curtain pulled across to stop people looking in. Good property if you just need a bed for the night. Location is excellent.

The room was ok but nothing special the tv was so out of date did mot even have a connection so we could watch netflix or even more tv stations i know this is nit mager but sometimes it us nice to relax in room watching something on tv especially at mighr or weather not great for going out doors

Property is in a well located area close to beach and shops/restaurants. Everything is walking distance. Room was clean and the one bedroom apartment was very spacious. It had a separate living/kitchen area and large bathroom. The only drawback was the mattress was very hard and can do with an update.

Wonderful stay. Great location. Check in fast. Was given an upstairs unit but my client freaked out about the stairs. We were immediately shown a room downstairs that we ended up staying in. Would definitely stay here again
