The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Great breakfast. On the down side: the hot tub was not working which was a disappointment. I slipped in the slippery stairs going in to the pool. I let management know and she stated she would install some abrasive strips to the stairs. The pool water was warm which is rare. Overall it is a nice hotel and a great value for the cost.

Staff was so helpful and friendly. The room was very clean. Breakfast was fantastic! Our only concern was the dangerously slick pool deck. My mother fell walking across it. This needs to be addressed asap.

For a Comfort Inn, we were pleasantly surprised. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not working. The building was quite nice. Pool deck needs completely redone! Slippery and sloped. Staff were all very nice. There were clean amentities and a fully stocked breakfast every morning. We hope to stay again.

The staff is friendly, well trained and obviously love working here. The facility is in great condition. I used the exercise room with a recumbent exercise bike, the hot tub and pool as well as the laundry facility. All were great. This is now my best stay this month long trip.

The rooms and property inside and out were clean. Pool area and outside patio clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good; had lots of options. Joy was soo nice and very accommodating to all guests. She continually was cleaning and checking if anyone needed anything at breakfast and had a very pleasant and kind demeanor. Exceptional lady!

I thought the Hotel was new. I was told it was 10 years old. Absolutely beautiful and very clean. Cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. Staff was very courteous and very helpful. Breakfast was a plus. Yum!

It’s was okay! The hot tub wasn’t working which was a little disappointing. But the AC and bathroom fans were extremely loud to where I had to up the volume of the TV. That was ridiculously annoying.

This is the first place we’ve rented that had enough warm bedding! Usually I bring an extra blanket along for more comfort but didn’t need it here! I LOVED the large shower! Again, we haven’t rented a room that had a real shower before! It was a wonderful surprise! The only thing I would suggest to this facility is to have a place to charge a cell phone in the suite. My phone was dead and I couldn’t recharge it until we returned home. Don’t think that not having a place to charge a phone took away from the comfort of that room though!

The staff at this location are amazing! Really made my family feel welcomed and at home. Especially Joy. She turned a short vacation into a visit with a friend. Every staff member was welcoming, helpful and kind. If I ever find myself in that area again, I will be CERTAIN to stay at this hotel again.

The young lady checking us in, took a phone call, it was someone looking for a room. Instead of asking him to hold one minute and finish checking us in, she just kept talking to him. In customer service industry you need to learn to juggle. Simply say, may I place you on hold for a brief moment and finish the client I was waiting on. Then pick them back up.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel was clean and staff were pleasant with the exception of Natasha who was not cordial. When we arrived each time at the desk she would not look up until it was convenient and appeared annoyed when I asked for additional shampoo, only one was provided one day and there were two of us. Natasha needs to be coached on professional etiquette, especially in the hotel and concierge service industry. Normally we would not complain but Natasha was rude and that is not okay based on all the money we paid for 7 nights. Other than Natasha our stay and other staff were excellent.

This is in Caldwell, Ohio. We stayed here b/c my husband's parents live very close but they don't have air conditioning so in the summer we choose the hotel to stay when we visit them. No shopping around, a couple of restaurants and gas stations are close for convenience. Again, it's a small town so this is not touristy at all. But very safe. And quiet. The backdrop of the hills in SE Ohio which you can get a good view from in the hotel is beautiful. It's quaint and pleasant. Pool and hot tub are adequate. Everything clean and well maintained. Staff is extremely pleasant and hard working. Breakfast was one of the better breakfasts I've ever had at a hotel of this standard. And the kitchen staff worked hard to make sure the food was kept warm and restocked as it was pretty busy in there on a Saturday morning. I do think for Caldwell, Ohio that $142/night might be a bit steep in price seeing as how there is really nothing there (no offense, Caldwell) but just saying. I think it was $115 with tax last year which to me seems a more appropriate price. Overall a pleasant stay and would recommend if you're ever traveling to / near Caldwell for some reason.

The stay was just perfect. My wife and I along with a friend went to a concert and this was perfect. A great location right off the interstate with a good selection of eating places including one right off the parking lot. The rooms were clean, neat and attractive. It was exactly as described online. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The inside pool and the hot tub were used and were excellant. The breakfast food was good, also. Quiet, safe and just a perfect place to visit.
