At check-in, employees phone kept ringing, she answered and started yelling at the person on the phone. Hotel Smoke alarm started going off around 1:40am, quit after a minute, no one from staff called or came to the room to say all clear or anything. Bottom of my feet turned black after walking on carpet in the room!

The woman at the front desk was extraordinarily helpful. I was exhausted and she was friendly even when I locked myself out of my room twice.

My husband and I have stated this hotel for several times on our trips to Caldwell. This time I brought my kids and grandkids. We had a lot of fun. We’ve already booked it again for two weeks from now. They have a very nice breakfast. Also staff is very, very helpful and very nice.

Your hotel was perfect for my needs on that trip. The only things that bothered me were the elevator door that squeaked as it opened and closed; the smell of something like stale cigarettes in the second floor hallway (but I'm sure that's not what it was); and the very strong scent of artificial vanilla air freshener in the lobby. I'm one of those people who are extremely sensitive to smell especially when it is chemical or synthetic.....But the room was great - loved the window seat, the bath tub, the small pillows that could be mashed flat.
