Luxury Mansion Paradise - Cinema Room, Pool, Spa

Great service !!!!

We rented this property for a family graduation celebration and chose it because it was advertised as a high-end home with a pool, hot tub, and spa whirlpool. Before booking, I confirmed these amenities were functioning.Unfortunately, the property was not guest-ready when we arrived. The pool and spa contained leaves, debris, and buildup, and we spent a significant amount of time communicating with the host, waiting on maintenance, and adjusting family plans around pool servicing and chemical treatments. The spa/hot tub was not functioning. We received multiple conflicting explanations regarding its operation despite the listing advertising both a hot tub and spa whirlpool and our prior confirmation that the amenity was functioning.Additional concerns included cleanliness and maintenance issues such as dirty windows, cobwebs, mold in the washing machine lining, soap scum in bathrooms, broken blinds, damaged outdoor furniture, limited towels and bathmats, minimal kitchen supplies, and other issues inconsistent with the presentation of the listing.That said, after extensive communication and documentation, including review by VRBO, both VRBO and the host handled the concerns professionally, remained respectful throughout the process, and worked toward a resolution.The home is spacious, well-located, and has potential, but improvements in maintenance, cleanliness, and amenity readiness are needed to consistently meet guest expectations.

Pool wasn’t running and was very nasty looking and apparently hot tub didn’t work either. I was actually told that it was part of the listing when in fact it was. Floor in the master bath was pretty nasty looking. The tub in the master didn’t even look like it was usable. Furniture in the living room and dinning was not comfortable or very sturdy. Garage door didn’t work. All around this wasn’t worth the 2000.00 I paid to stay there for 2 night.

Definitely not a luxury mansion paradise, It is more like a 2 story standard 7 bedroom house on a small lot in a residential development built in 2000. The interior was in very clean condition but many items that would normally be expected were missing, like can opener, pot holders, extra blankets, batteries in the remotes, and pool towels. The pool basically was the entire back yard.
