Quiet and peaceful winter stay! Room was clean, comfy and spacious, really enjoyed the hot tub on property. My only complaint was the lack of SmartTv (DirectTV only) and no charger plug ins :(

The spa sweet was beautiful. The spa jets are super touchy, but we got them to work. We did find some broken glass in the kitchen upon arrival, so we were nervous to walk around barefoot. Both of the bedside lamps were caked with hair. Human and animal. Definitely needs a deep clean.. but we made this stay wonderful.

This was the second time we stayed at Boulder Brook -- the first being on our honeymoon 29 years ago. It did not disappoint! It is quiet, romantic, relaxing -- everything I wanted in my vacation. When we arrived, the first thing I noticed was how clean everything smelled. The accommodations are light, bright, clean, and very comfortable, with all the modern conveniences. It was so nice being able to step out onto our back patio, surrounded by mountains, towering trees, and the wonderful sound of Fall River passing by not 30 feet from the back door. It is close enough to restaurants and shopping to make it a great home base; but also secluded enough to make it a safe haven from the tourist scene. Boulder Brook continues to hold a special place in our hearts, and we hope to return again soon. Our only suggestion to make it even better would be some way to keep the early morning light from waking us up too early. We solved that by purchasing sleep masks, which did the trick. A minor suggestion for an issue that did not keep us from enjoying our trip.

I loved that this place was near Fall River and the entrance to Rocky Mountain Park! You do hear a lot of cars driving by when you are sitting outside, but that can’t be helped with the location right by the busy road. The bathtub seemed to be the only thing updated recently, but everything was clean. Pretty expensive for what it is though, but I’m guessing everything in that area is priced similarly. Having said that I would still stay here again.

Boulder Brook on Fall River is ideal if you’re looking for a great location on the edge of Estes Park town. Close to the Fall River entrance to Rocky Mt NP, close to the river , and a quiet location it is ideal for a trip to the Rockies. Wild turkeys abound each day and housekeeping staff did a great job while we were out in the NP.

We decided to stay in the area after a trip to Aurora. It was excellent. The room was clean and very comfortable. Lots of room and a great bed. We had a great time and will be back soon. We even had a visitor for breakfast.

We had a fabulous time here. Cabin was very clean and the river front view was gorgeous! Would definitely stay again. Super quiet, never noticed other guest were there until passing them in the parking lot or common grounds..

Great stay. After 25 years, we returned to the Boulder Brook where we honeymooned. This time we brought our three children with us. They said it was a little like us - a little dated but charming and basically in good shape. I agree. Might be a time for a little update on the bathrooms. But otherwise a great stay. Clean rooms and grounds. Riverview is nice. Easy and friendly check-in and out. Would return and stay here again. Maybe won't wait 25 years this time.

The property was wonderful but the room layout is not practical. Bathroom off the kitchen instead of in bedroom was odd and cramped kitchen required you to be in the bedroom to open refrigerator. All other aspects of room and property were wonderful.

A lovely place to call home for a couple of days. Right next to Fall River (and Highway 34!) a great place to unwind and be in nature. I sipped my coffee watching a couple of young bull elks walking on the far side of the river attracting lots of stopped vehicles. The accommodations had everything we needed. That said, it hasn't been remodeled in a while. But home-y.

We (family with teens) loved this place and would absolutely stay here again. The setting is stunning, right on the Fall River and up against the mountain. Gorgeous, peaceful, beautiful. We loved wandering along the shore line. The check in was easy, communication was great, place was clean and very spacious. Note, there are two bathrooms but only one shower.

Beautiful views with wildlife all around. Great stay with super easy check in and check out. The bed was comfy, the stay was quiet, and we really got to decompress and relax. Just what was needed! Highly recommend!

We have drove by this establishment several times during our stays in Estes Park. Great location as you’re only about 2 miles or so from the RMNP entrance. Quiet and pleasant comes to mind, would recommend you consider staying at Boulder Brook.
