Excellent staff, beautiful location. Quiet and clean with truly wonderful meals and great places to hangout within the hotel. Loved waking up to the river view and enjoying handcrafted cocktails by the pool. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

The hotel es beautifully located, all rooms have the view. The pool are and terrace are splendid. The best thing of all is the staff. Daniel even paid our parking ticket out of his own pocket! We of course refunded him but that is really going the extra mile for the client. Ana and Daniel prepared great drinks at the bar. Hugo and Daniela served us dinner with professionalism and gusto! Highly recommended.

We stayed for two nights as a couple with a 9-year-old boy, the view from the room and the dining room is amazing, but I would not return to this hotel, many things are missing. Let's start with the fact that there is no kettle for boiling water in the room, we brought tea and coffee with us, we just wanted hot water to make chocolate for the child and for us tea and we can't get it either for a fee, breakfast only opens at ten minutes past eight in the morning which is late for us, we get up early even on vacation. The room itself is aesthetically pleasing, but there is no tidy closet, just a less comfortable hole in the wall. And now the record of records, there is no door to the bathroom, everyone in the room hears everything, and not only that. The shower faces the room and there is only a half sealed glass door but not completely like that I had to ask my ten year old to have his back when I shower very strange. There should be plenty and the view and breakfast are good. We also had dinner in the deal and there is a problem, it only starts at half past seven when the child is already tired and so do we, it takes about forty minutes to get a first course, the menu is less light and less suitable for children even in the children's menu itself. The presentation is original and beautiful and the level is high, but it was less suitable for us as an observer, some of the dishes were very tasty, some really not. The outdoor pool is stunning, the view from the lobby amazing....

Commençons par les points positifs : une belle vue et un personnel sympathique Mais : - un hôtel sans aucun charme, un restaurant avec une décoration triste à mourir genre EHPAD, - un petit déjeuner correct mais des plats au restaurant totalement insipides, - une piscine où on n’a vraiment pas envie de rester tant elle manque de charme, - et enfin les chambres: si vous en chambre avec terrasse, vous avez le choix entre rester dans le noir (ce qui est vraiment incohérent étant donné la vue), soit ouvrir les rideaux et être à la vue de tout le monde étant donné qu’il n’y a que des rideaux épais dans la chambre et non pas comme dans tous les hôtels, un rideau fin permettant de voir à l’extérieur sans être vu et un rideau destiné à faire l’obscurité. De plus quand vous entrez dans la chambre, vous avez en 1er lieu la salle de bain avec les WC. Bref un établissement bien cher pour les prestations offertes que nous ne conseillons pas du tout

Beautiful and quite location. Amazing view from pool, restaurant and rooms over the Douro river. Extended our stay by 1 night and was still sad to leave. Highly recomendable.

Foi excelente e para o tipo de hotel numa região belíssima, o ponto negativo foi a piscina não ser térmica. Deveria ser para poder curtir melhor o hotel e as belezas do vale do Douro.

this hotel offers excellent value for money within the lamego area. the hotel boasts cleanliness, spacious rooms, and a balcony with a stunning duoro river view. the breakfast selection is impressive. the staff at the front desk and dining area are consistently friendly and courteous, making for a delightful and memorable stay.

O hotel é maravilhoso,fica num local lindo onde se vê o Douro . Muita paz . O quarto e ótimo,confortável.Fiquei no quarto do piso -3 que são os terraços e não aconselho. Você não pode abrir a cortina porque um terraço da acesso a do outro quarto e as pessoas passam tirando toda a privacidade . Também acho bem desagradável o banheiro não ter porta para o quarto e ao invés de parede ter um vidro ,Mesmo que parte dele fosco . Os funcionários são super simpáticos e prestativos . Quanto ao restaurante,o desjejum é fraco para um hotel tão agradável . O jantar se você não pagar meia pensão vai pagar caro por refeições que tem a pretensão de ser gourmet mas que não tem sabor . Quem tem limitações alimentares come bem mal .Ainda assim é melhor jantar lá pois a cidade não fica muito perto e tem que se pegar estrada para chegar .A carta de vinho é ótima . O hotel fica próximo a várias vinícolas .

Excelente localização, muito central, para estadia no Douro vinhateiro, perto dos pontos de referência, casas vinícolas, restaurantes de excelência e compras de produtos regionais.

A chegada ao Hotel fomos extraordinariamente bem recebidos e o tratamento que os empregados do Hotel tiveram para connosco foi excecional. Efetivamente a tónica do Hotel é o profissionalismo, simpatia e calor humano das pessoas que interagem com os hospedes. A vista do Hotel para com o entorno é divinal, tendo o rio Douro com todo o seu esplendor bem a beira. O quarto é muito agradável, bem decorado, com uma boa cama, bons lençóis, WC agradável, contudo na sua generalidade há uma certa frieza que todas as paredes brancas refletem. Sendo nós vegetarianos, o menu peca por ser parco na sua oferta e o que nos foi servido não tinha a qualidade esperada para um Hotel de 4 estrelas. A se manter tanto a oferta ou qualidade, o restaurante do hotel não será por mim recomendado a pessoas com preferência alimentar Vegan/Vegetarianas.
