Have stayed here about 20 nights over multiple trips. Staff is great. They’ve helped me with things outside of scope, getting items, dealing with me as a solo traveler, etc. Pool, steam and sauna are nice. Gym gets the job done. Rooms are comfortable. I’ve stayed in all of them. Entry level is enough for most but have upgraded and been upgraded as well. Spa services are pricey but I’ve tried it a few times and it’s nice of course. Breakfast is best I’ve had in China. It’s probably best hotel I’ve stayed in my time.

I love this property, I think its the best hotel in Shenzhen. The hotel room is immaculately so clean, all of the amenities are perfect, room temperature is so good, you can adjust it any temp you wanted. TV entertainment is top notch, they even have new movies that you can watch for free. We added the club access to our stay which I highly recommend as you can have your breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails for unlimited wine and drinks, we really got spoiled on their club, shoutout to the staff there which are all great. Also the breakfast room on the 2nd floor is great with extensive amount of foods, also very good staff there. Their hotel amenities were perfect, they do have an indoor and outdoor pools, gym, spa, locker and the most I like is their sauna, their staff were also nice. Lastly I wanted to specially give thanks to their lovely front desk staff, from Anne who did the check in and upgrade us, to Nina who gave us a late check out and Miya who did check us out. We will surely be back and this will be our go to hotel whenever we are in Shenzhen :)

overall the stay was great. Room was clean with a bit of a smoker's scent but China, right? The only issue we had as a friends traveling was the "black-out" curtains in the room. Perhaps 80%, but I'd definitely expect this to be 100% at a hotel such as The Langham.

首先一進大堂的花香味很柔和很放鬆，但沒想到checkin人挺多，所有staffs都很親切有禮，可以說遇到的每一位就算是送枕頭的都是well-trained的。房間也很舒服，跟價格比起來確實性價比高，跟地點有關吧而且看得出來酒店有年頭了但是維護的相當不錯的；最重要比起很多萬豪酒店特別驚喜的一點是電視更新很好，可以投屏，比深圳柏悅的電視都要好，會因為這一點改到這裡來入住的。美中不足的是第一是進門有聞到舊地毯的那種因為照射熱氣的氣味感覺不是很好，後面空調調低就好了，可能地毯需要定期更換吧；其次就是房間控制窗簾和燈光的按鈕似乎有些接觸不良，不是很好用的；第三是晚上九點十點的時候放浴缸的水都不熱的；最後就是可以移動的花灑頭水壓有點太高了，灑身上都有點痛，頭頂那個花灑頭關閉以後要滴很久水。

We had a lovely stay at the Langham. The rooms are large and well appointed. The breakfast on the 2nd floor is incredible. So much choice! The staff were very sweet and helpful. The English ability was mixed but they always tried very hard. We also really enjoyed the pool.

We stayed here for a week. This is the best hotel in Shenzhen. The service is impeccable, even better than a lot of the hotels we stayed in Japan! Whoever the GM is must run a tight ship. Everyone is super helpful. Great value! Great food! Great service. Lastly, I left my phone behind on my way to the airport. Cynthia, their client relations, was super helpful. She found my phone and shipped to my hotel in Beijing. She was very communicative and lowered my stress level knowing my phone is on the way to me. We will definitely stay there again when we are in Shenzhen next time.

The room was clean and tidy. Service was excellent including welcome feelings from Front Office Layla and the Concierge staff seeing us off. Both were professional and supportive to offer us help without prompt. There was a drunken guest shouting and yelling on Day 2 @11pm and I immediately called the enquiry to ask what has happened. We didn't expect the front desk staff had a record of this and gave us a box of chocolate to apologize. Attention to details and I plan to come back again to stay.

It has a good location and connects to MTR via the department store. It's a bit far (1 km), but there are many things along the way. The hotel is as luxurious as expected. I once stayed in Langham, London, and this Shenzhen hotel has that same vibe. The room is spacious, and the staff was attentive and responded to all requests quickly and correctly, even though they were not perfect in English. Overall, I will stay here again if I come to Shenzhen.

Excellent in every aspect! The room is charming and beautifully decorated in an Old World style. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient. There is a big shopping mall next to the hotel, in the same building block. Plenty of restaurants and shopping options there. The hotel is not far from the main attractions of the city. Highly recommended!

The hotel is conveniently situated. You can access the next door shopping mall through an exit from the second floor. The metro station at Chiegongmui which has four lines stopping there and is only a 10-15 minute stroll. However, be careful of all the crazy delivery drivers on mopeds zipping on the sidewalks. Didi ride share and taxis are also plenty in this area. Hotel staff are.very friendly. Room service was twice a day and they left complimentary bottled water during each service. I will definitely return to this hotel on my next visit to Shenzhen
