Hotel was ideally placed and very pleasant . Pool was a little tired and the restaurants expensive , gym staff and facilities were first class and minor irritation the lifts should be maned as sometime some guest clear to did not know how to use them

It is also connected to a great mall with fantastic shopping, dining, and a terrific movie theatre. Amazing pool and gym. But the BEST feature? The breakfast. The very best breakfast buffet I’ve had in any hotel in Bombay and maybe any hotel in all of India. I hesitated to write this review because I was tempted to “gate-keep” this hotel lest it become too popular or the prices go up! But I couldn’t resist sharing— this hotel is a dream come true!

the flush was not working properly and I also had issue with the shower as hot water was not coming and for this issues I had to follow up and complain 3 times after which they send someone to fix it which also was not proper . the toilet fixtures in the shoer were rusty and it was very difficult to change from hand shower to regular shower due to this ,

I spent a night here with my 2 children as a treat in the city and what an absolute treat it was! From the moment we arrived we felt so comfortable. The staff are incredibly polite and helpful. Hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed in. And I have stayed in a lot of very good hotels including on this trip. We also had an amazing upgrade - our room was unreal with a spectacular view. The staff were extremely professional and attentive - another level! Amongst them Krushank, Deepak, Vedant, Manisha and Varlin, as well as the luggage and cleaning manager on our floor (30th). The food and drinks were world class - really amazing stay!

We had booked 2 suites and an ocean view room. The check in was a problem despite giving the check in details and letting them know we’re traveling with 3 kids. We reached the hotel at 2 pm and our rooms weren’t ready. The person at the check in counter gave us a room that was not even the category I had already paid for it was a basic 2 bedroom room without a view and much smaller than I had paid for.

We didn’t have any problems except check in was slow. Bot our driver was called by a security guard. He has been doing his job for over 20 years and come to St Regis on a number of occasions and knows the entry procedure throughly. The security manager did apologise but the guard who said it should have apologised. You staff should learn to respect everyone whether guests or anyone and question accordingly. Don’t just presume. That marred my stay.

An amazing stay. Sweta as pur butler was amazing and ensured we had a great stay and went the extra mile for the kids. Nilesh on concierge was fanstastic as were his team. I've stayed at other great hotels in Mumbai but this has best the best. Breakfast was at times busy but we always went at peak time and its full occupancy. All the staff are incredibly courteous, helpful and polite.

Rooms were very clean and bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast buffet was amazing. The hotel is luxurious for Indian standards but a notch below what you’d expect from St Regis in North America. The only disappointing part about the hotel was the service - staff at the lobby bar were extremely slow and conceirge wasn’t super helpful in getting us dinner reservations. They had informed us all restaurants of our choice were booked up for weeks but then I was able to secure reservations at the same spots on my own.

We had booked for 2 hotel cab for the airport pickup, only one arrived so had to book an outside cab, the hotel staff wrongly woke me up at 5.00am which was not a very pleasant way to start your day specially when you went to bed at 3.00 am. overall not so very pleasant memories.

Fantastic hotel located next to a premium mall. Did not have to leave compound. As in most of Mumbai there are depressed areas right outside the property so it can be a bit of turnoff to go for walk in surrounding area.

I wrote an email asking for interconnecting rooms as we were traveling with my 2 year old son. Upon check in they did not have an interconnecting room. For my inconvenience I was given a free room upgrade plus free breakfast. I would like to thank the front office staff for the great customer care rendered to me. A special thanks to the life guards at the pool who organized my son a floater. The hotel has kept its clean environment, great service and amazing breakfast. The location is the best of all.

The hotel is very nice but the streets around the hotel are disaster. I went for a walk and after 3 minutes I returned to the hotel. The hotel is attached to a mall which is the only place I felt ok to be. So I spent 6 days at the hotel but I was there for business and that was fine

There was a hair inside the food several times and when I told them they apologies and when I was checked in they gave us 2 rooms king size and I told them I specifically asked for one king and one queen the manager responded show me the massage, we don't have room available fit your need we can bring you extra bed which is very uncomfortable the transportation was very expensive. We order food it took over an hour ,all they did was apology.

Gorgeous property inside and out. Our first time to India and the service and hospitality at this hotel is like no where else in the world. Helpful, kind and went above and beyond in all aspects of our stay. Breakfast was amazing and offered a full spread of international options each morning. The Hotel is super fancy , The staff are super friendly. The food they make is ultra delicious and the serving is five stars. Not to mention the wide variety of cuisines they provide ( Authentic Indian, Middle eastern, Asian, and Continental ) Special thanks to Ms. Amisha at guest relation, Abhijit the Magician chef -- and particularly Thanks to Ms. Paswan running the Reception desk for her kind gestures and help with my reservation issues. I liked the decor and materials used at the hotel and she went above and beyond to help me locate potential vendors whom I could work with the procure the raw materials.
