I liked that there were multiple pools so that it didn’t feel over crowded. I didn’t like how cloudy the pools were and I checked all the pools. I don’t know what it was from but just didn’t seem clean or well maintained. But that’s definitely something that can be fixed.

Booked 1 bedroom villa with balcony. Very spacious with stove, large fridge (with freezer), dishwasher and washer/dryer. Separate bedroom and bathroom. Room was clean but could use updates to make it look bit more modern. Good value except for parking. They charged twenty a day which is weird in that location where parking isn't scarce.

Beautiful, calm, and inviting property. Family-friendly. We loved the kiddie pool for our 4-year old. One of the jacuzzi’s could have been more properly cleaned. The villas are modern, clean and spacious! Property employees were friendly and helpful. The only inconvenience is that the dining options on-site close at 5 pm and one at 8 pm. If you choose not to cook in your room, your only other option is to drive off-site for a meal. Luckily, many restaurants are within close proximity. We also felt that more activities could have been offered for free or made to be more fun. The couches in the lobby were noticeably dusty. Overall, it was a good stay. My family and I spent good, quality time together.

Westin Villas was a beautifully location for this "weekend getaway." Here are the reasons for a 3/4 instead of 5 stars. 1. The play and paseo pool was out of order for a few hours, on the hottest day yet for 2025, and a lot of trash in the pools. Bugs, leaves. 2. Additionally, the rail guards, the cushion used to protect from the heat was torn and look like a replacement was needed ASAP! 3. The water "station" at the main pools were not functional during our stay. With these scorching temperatures, it would be great to have water available. Overall, we'd love to be back and bring our family but definitely would expect these minor inconveniences be reviewed and rectified.

Wow ! This resort was everything we had hoped for ! Clean and the staff were all so kind! You could tell they all enjoyed working there ! The pools !! So many loungers around the pools that we never felt like it was too busy and there was always somewhere to lay which was perfect !! We loved our stay here and will absolutely be returning !!!

Property was nice and clean. Friendly staff. The only complaint was that the pools were not clean. The water was murky and a lot of debris in the pool.it seems like no one cleans it. I'm not the only one who complained about that.

Check in was supposed to be at 4pm but our room wasn’t ready until 5:30pm. The pools were not clean, bugs and trash were floating everywhere. Left over trash from the day before was all around the pool area. The floors in the elevator were covered with dirt and not cleaned during entire 4 day stay. The bathroom shower drain was clogged with excessive amounts of hair, a technician had to be called to unclog it. I was very disappointed.

We checked in Wednesday night and the room we were assigned had dust, the trash from the previous visitor was still underneath the kitchen sink and there was a cockroach in the room. Only option we were given was to go to a different room, but by the time we arrived and unpacked, it was too much of a hassle to gather all of our belongings, drive to the front desk building and drive back to another building.

We have been coming to this property for almost a decade and have always had an incredible time. This visit we had last weekend was definitely a surprise as it seems some things are going downhill. Check in was pretty slow- only 2 people working the desk but they were great and helpful. When we walked into our room we noticed the couch had multiple large stains on it, black smudges all over the walls and a lot of the furniture wasn't in the best condition. Even the quality of the toiletries has decreased- with the paper towels and toilet paper being SO incredibly thin and useless. Our patio off our room seemed as if no one has checked it in a long time- huge spider webs all over the place and my husband had to kill 3 HUGE black widows so we could actually sit out there. It was 120 outside and our AC was broken and wouldn't go below 80- we asked them to fix it as i am pregnant but it took hours before someone came to check it out. The pools were all hot and cloudy with tons of floating debris- seems like the water chillers were broken. I'm sure they must clean them daily but it really did not appear that way. We went to the restaurant for dinner and the food was terrible. We went to the marketplace to get breakfast and they were completely out of all the breakfast foods (besides donuts/pastries) and said it would be days before they received more. They rent bikes but there are NO bike racks anywhere. I could go on, but overall we were disappointed by our whole experience.

The hotel was overall very well maintained, and all the staff we met were friendly and welcoming. We were looking for a pool suitable for our 20-month-old baby, and to our delight, there was a shallow pool that was perfect. Our baby had such a great time, and we were able to relax comfortably. The only drawback was that while staying on the first floor was convenient, the noise of footsteps from the room above was quite noticeable.

The property was very nice. The jetted tub was amazing. Fireplace was a really nice touch. The pools were clean and beautiful Our only complaint was the noisey refrigerator. Made alot of loud humming. Had them come look at it once then we just unplugged it if we were bothered by it. Bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately there was some construction goung on right behind us. It was a bit inconvenient early in the morning. We will return.

The only thing is that the AC/heater didn't work properly. We would set the thermostat at 72 and the temp. range would go up much warmer and then the AC would turn on and be freezing. We would wake up in the middle of the night being too hot or too cold. We eventually just turned it off. I'm sure this was just in the room we were staying in, 9102. Please fix it for the next guests.

Rooms were excellent. The only most important problem was shuttle service. My husband is handicapped and the shuttles often left us standing out in the hot sun for over 1/2 hour. Last year there was multiple golf carts in addition to the shuttle bus driving around. Not this year. Also my daughter and her baby were left standing out in the sun as well. And yes we did text requesting service.

The Westin is an absolute charm. The entire staff, from the life guards, to the housekeeping personnel, and especially the team at Agave; Kevin and Jeremiah always take such good care of the guests. They are quick, attentive, and genuinely great at what they do. This is our second stay, just for this year, and we will continue to come back because it is such a gem. Thank you for the hospitality.

Everything was great. Our one challenge was the shuttle service. Had trouble when we called for transportation. Waiting 45 minutes for transport from the golf resort. When called a second time I was told 2 drivers said we weren’t there. We were!

Very quiet, comfortable and well-appointed villa. The setting with its view of snow-covered mountains is spectacular. Not sure why they need to charge $20 per day for parking.Similarly, the prices at the little grocery store on site are outrageous. Visit the golf club next door for a great breakfast and lunch!

Great food, service and ambience, dinner at Agave was delicious, my only complain during our stay would be that the sofa bed is horrible. My son woke me up at 2 am to help him close the sofa bed so he can sleep on the couch because it was so uncomfortable!!! Still our favorite local hotel, but next time we won’t book if they don’t have double beds available.

We have stayed here before couple years ago. Stay was great, check in process fast & easy. Concierge is friendly and helpful. Pools were great, not packed like other places in surrounding area. On site restaurant (only open 4pm-8pm) small market on site for mostly snacks and drinks and some souvenirs. Lots of activites to choose from daily. We enjoyed our time here.

Our villa was wonderful. We visited during low season so restaurant was closed, and pool bar closed early, so we needed to go off property to eat dinner. It would have been nice to know this before we arrived.

Great stay with the family, safe and quiet, staff was fantastic. Only con is food is tough to get later in the day/evenings and they don’t bring it to your villa. Also, menu is not up to date. What’s on the website is different from the actual restaurant.
