The hotel a fairly new and staff is doing a wonderful job keeping it clean. They’re also friendly and offer breakfast in the morning. However, the elevator is very slow and seems to get stuck at times. The parking, although free, is small and fills quickly. If you have a truck or suv, you can probably park in a dirt lot adjacent to the hotel.

Great breakfast and very friendly staff. Bathroom had glue seeping through wallpaper and clogged sink. I was really upset that there was not 1 single parking spot at 11:30pm when I tried to park. Me and 4 other ladies lined up at desk asking what to do and were told to park across the street, on the curb. I got no refund for this parking issue

Fairly new. Very clean. I passed by a housekeeper cleaning a room. She had the mattresses up against the wall and she was cleaning that room top to bottom. At breakfast I saw the older gentleman taking temperatures of the food and writing down a log. He was also very friendly as well as the front check-in staff. The only thing I did not get to enjoy was the pool. But it was a nice space. A couple restaurants in walkable distance. As well as a gas station and convenience store. Couldn’t find the wrong with this property.

Newer property convenient to the freeway. Room was very comfortable, with A/C, TV and wi-fi; plenty of outlets for phone, laptop, etc. Nice complimentary breakfast; pool and jacuzzi. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Would definitely stay again.

Clean safe hotel! Staff were very kind! I used the gym as well as the pool. Both clean and quiet. Breakfast was good! Many options and all areas kept clean. Will definitly stay again.

Came for a concert and golf. Great location and awesome staff. Perfect place to stay to keep you mobile deep into town or up and down the freeway. Room walls are a little thin. Also you can hear the train and occasional loud motorcycle in the freeway. It isn’t an issue when you have the air running. But loud talkers next door will be noticed. Also, free level 2 charging for EVs.

The breakfast was amazing. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The bathroom was not very clean. There was blood on the lid to the toilet seat, the sink did not drain and there was what appeared to be paint or drywall all over the wallpaper, almost like the bathroom was recently under construction.

We stayed just for one night. They put us in the room next to the elevator, which worried me having a 1 year old. You couldn’t hear it at all though so that was impressive. Beds were comfy, location good and breakfast was great! Only issue was bathroom had like white paint smeared all over the walls. Not neat and clean looking.

Fairly new hotel, conveniently located very close to I-10 with a gas station at the same exit so you can tank up before resuming your trip. Decent breakfast, nothing fancy, but everything was stocked well. Being close to the freeway, you may want to request a room facing the front of the hotel. The wallpaper in my bathroom (#131) was stained like it had been hit by a shaving cream bomb. Someone tried to clean it up, but it needs a deep cleaning.

Fairfield is normally a great place to stay. This time I found the cleaning staff lacking. The room smelled like raw onion. In two occasions, the room appeared to have been clean, but the dirty washcloth was left in the shower.

Modern, new property, very conveniently located to the freeway and main roads into Palm Desert. The room was excellent, and the light breakfast just enough to kickstart your day. Would caution light sleepers against rooms facing the railroad tracks. You will hear the freight trains going by at odd times of the night. Shouldn’t be an issue if you’re facing the other way.

The check-in was welcoming and smooth. The man who checked us in was very nice and informative and helpful. AC worked great, bed was comfortable, room had a frig and microwave, and bathroom was clean and well kept. The package included breakfast which had variety that wasn’t expecting. It’s no fancy breakfast but it was good and perfect that it was available every morning before heading out. The location was literally 2 miles from Acrisure Arena so it was really convenient.

Wonderful hotel for a great price. Everything seemed new or recently remodeled. The room was nice and clean, the bed comfortable, theAC unit was rather quit. While I didn't have time to try out the gym, it looked spacious, well equipped and clean. Breakfast was great. The staff at the reception was very welcoming and friendly. I would stay here again.

Stopped in town for a few days to Visit Joshua Tree National Park. The hotel was about a 45 min drive to the park. Room was clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were comfortable and I had no trouble sleeping. Fairly quiet hotel. Could hear the neighbors talking and the tv playing, but really wasn't an issue, as expected with hotels.

The walls were thin enough to hear the freeway, and the people next door who were yelling and doing other things my kids didn’t want to hear, which made it hard to sleep. We ended up checking out early even though we couldn’t get a refund.

When I checked into the Hotel the front desk person was very nice. When I got to the room and entered there was a man laying on the bed and looked at me like what are you doing here - I screamed and immediately ran out and back downstairs to front desk. The person at desk said no one should be in the room but I assured him that there was a man inside. He gave me a new room on another floor. When I got to the room it was fine but I was still shook up. Being a single woman walking in with a man in the room was just so unsafe and I couldn’t shake the feeling and went back downstairs and said I wanted a full refund and that I was moving hotels. The front desk guy said that housekeeping had cleaned the room and that there shouldn’t be anyone in the room, which made me even more uncomfortable because how did he enter the room if it had been cleaned?? The front desk guy said he couldn’t issue refund but would call the manager and then call me back. He did call me back and said they would issue a refund, however it’s been 13 days and still no refund has been issued. This is absolutely no acceptable especially when the Manager said I would be refunded.

Over all just OK. One thing keeps me from giving an above average rating. I arrived several hours early exhausted. I was told if I wanted to check in, there was a 25.00 fee. If a room is available and idle, what additional cost is there? Seems you only hurt your brand in not accommodating an early guest.

My stay felt like a home away from Home. The manager, Chad Michaels was very helpful and understanding when I had issues with the shower-head. No questions asked he did everything he could to make me feel comfortable and into a new room instantly. The front desk host Melanie was very helpful and relaying my concern to Chad promptly, which I really appreciate!

The hotel was very close to the Acrisure Arena. I have stayed here previously to attend events at that arena. When it's 110°, and it's not close enough to walk to the arena, but it is a very short Uber drive. I arrived early and wanted to check in at around 1:30, but it was going to cost me $25 if I wasn't a Marriott member. I opted to go have lunch somewhere instead. Even though the hotel is located near the 10 freeway, it was very quiet. This hotel was less expensive than most hotels in the surrounding areas. Since I only needed the hotel to sleep following the concert (overnight stay so I didn't have to drive home), it was perfect.

When we checked in, they told us that the only room left was next to the kitchen. The clerk said that it would get noisy at 5 am. When we went to get our luggage from our car, another guest checked in. We’re they telling the truth about the room? What is the purpose of having a reservation? When we told this to the clerk at checkout, he didn’t care. Beyond disappointing. We will never stay there again.

We stayed because of a funeral and asked for a late check out so they told would 4 pm be okay and I told them it 2 pm is fine. Well multiple knocking on the door and phone calls until I talked with them in person again. Was not a great experience

Really nice and clean hotel very welcoming. Although we were in the first floor and next to there laundry room the noise at night was almost non-existent. It was busy during the day with some noise but at night it was quiet. The morning breakfast was also delicious and a decent amount of options. Also very close to our concert venue so that's a plus

The hot breakfast was tasteless but the coffee was good. Room and bed and suite were comfortable and clean but the Keurig machine didn't work. Shower was good but hotel offered no bathroom amenities except the built in shower products. Not a good value.
