there was mould in the bathroom. you also had to get the whole room done up in order to receive clean towels- tried asking the front but they just suggested we got the room made up. super nice workers

We had a great stay. The place is super close to the Ginza line subway and close to a lot of nice places as well like Donki, Gu, and the temple to name a few. The staff are nice as well. The room that we had stayed is small but cute and clean. We got the room next to the smallest one in size. It's enought for two large baggages and 2 carry on luggages. They also have free toiletries close to the front desk as well as coffee and juice. Laundry and ice on the 3rd floor and microwave and vending machine on the 2nd.
