I like the accomodation. Rooftop view is excellent. Breakfast is perfect. Close to Metro station. The facilities: swimming pool, jacuzzi and fitness, are limited and not in the best shape. In the fitness several instruments were broken. The jacuzzi was several times a mess due to less control and the bubble bath did not work. At the ouside pool almost every time all sepce was occupied. Als in this case more control on reservation could help and/or more smalle lounge beds would be a good option

The hotel was lovely, all staff were friendly and helpful! Good location, easy to travel to other areas using the Metro! Clean and spacious rooms! The rooftop pool has amazing views and a bar with a good range of drinks! In the evening the view is even better! The pool area does need updating but they are aware of this but we still loved having days around the pool with a cocktail in hand!

Great location to access transit. Less than 25 minutes to transit downtown. Joan was very nice and welcoming when we arrived. Our air conditioning did not work for the first two days and they offered to fix and switch rooms. It ended up working the 3rd day. Hotel was beautiful. You can train directly to the airport. There is a gym and rooftop pool which was cool. Very beautiful area.

Absolutely stunning hotel with beautiful lobby area, atrium with greenery. The rooms were kept pristine by housekeeping and they were spacious and airy with air conditioning working perfectly. Pool area on the top was amazing and staff were so friendly. Gym was great with the only downside that there was no air conditioning in this area. Perfect location for anyone travelling to Barcelona as only few mins walk to the metro. Would definitely visit this hotel again.

While the staff are very friendly and professional, I believe the property definitely needs an update, beds are not comfortable at all, drain in the bathtub/shower clogs up, and don't get me started with the pool, green algea is visible and good luck being able to see the bottom of the pool with all that blurry water! Decking around the pool is coming off, too! Staff gets all the stars!

Walkable, for touring Barcelona, you can hop the Metro about 100 yards away and get all the way to Montserrat. The rooftop pool is augmented by the indoor pool/jacuzzi. The 4 stars out of 5 is just because sometimes people show up with their loud kids and there seems to be no attempt to monitor that. The breakfast buffet is standard and reasonably priced, 25 euros if you pay in person.

Very nice hotel. Superb rooftop pool. Very comfortablé spacious and modern. Next to the Eiropa Fira metro station. Easy to go from the hotel to T1... if you arrive or leave from Terminal.T2C ( for eg with Ryanair).then allow more time as T2C is not next to the T2 metro stop and the walk os badly signed . It is better to take the airport shutle from T1 to T2C and vice versa.

The service was the best part of our stay at this place. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. The female associate who checked us in on Wednesday, July 23 in the evening was very polite, and helpful. The place was clean. The rooms were clean and stocked well with the amenities. The bed was clean and Comfortabke. On Friday, July 25 at around 9:30 am all the elevators were down. We had to climbed down from the 25 th floor. Saw some elderly guests climbing up the stairs.

Stylish hotel in everywhere but the rooms. Whilst the rooftop top bar and pool are a huge bonus, our Deluxe roon was tired and worn, loose floorboards and not very well cleaned. No USB charging in room. Worst was the bathroom. Upon running a bath the tap/outlet burst into a dark brown liquid and a mass of long old hairs.. suffice to say no one in the family ended up having a bath in the end. When I informed reception, I was met with complete apathy, almost as if they expected the complaint. No rectification or apology was offered. Suggest the management look into the customer service on handling a complaint! Was fine checking in

Actually hotel is good, staff is nice and location is close to downtown area and airport. However, one incident cause me to give a poor review which is a day at 7:20 AM, someone open our room door and my wife is shower at the moment. I ask him who are you and why he open my door , he say sorry just want to make sure someone inside. I call the hotel and confirm their staff went to check someone in the room because they excused is my booking should be next days they want to verify. But I already in the hotel in the day prior. This excuse is not acceptable to me. I will connect to the hotel management later.

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Maids could have been more friendly and more on time with daily cleaning. But room temperature was great and comfortable and the soap and robes, slippers and things like that were great as well. Clean and modern, LOVED the clear glass elevators and the view from the room! Excellent stay. Rooms were clean and common areas very nice. Only comment is the dark bathroom/shower should have more light. The restaurant is great, with attentive service. The salmon dish I had was deliciously executed. Done just the way I asked. Crispy skin but not overcooked. I’d come back again. It was a recommendation from my sister who had stayed there before. Great location, situated near airport, cruise port and attractions.

Stunning set up with the whole interior of the 27 floors open to the outside with hanging gardens filling the whole space. The glass lift ride to the top is worth the price of the room alone. The room was super modern and very comfortable but the best part is the rooftop pool and bar with ample sun beds (though little shade) and the most incredible view of almost all of the city.

Room was ok, walls were thin, you can hear the elevator machinery working w a high pitched whine. Beds were fair. There was no way to control temperature. Shower was nice. The toilet was spartan.

We booked a room for four adults but they gave us a room with a king size bed and twin size daybed. The king sized bed was hard as a board. Also, the shower is separate from the toilet room and is surrounded by glass which made privacy and issue.

This property was not what i would say is up to Marriott standards. The breakfast was OK but lacked variety. There was a food tray from room service outside a room next to our for almost 2 days. We told reception and then it was removed. Most unsettling was the bathroom had clear glass windows into the room. When some one is in the bathroom shower, they are visible in the room. May be OK for a couple. But for a family not appropriate. Reception said well you know this is Europe. I do not accept that. A simple curtain over the window would be acceptable. For these eve though they tried I would not call it a 5 star but more like a 3 star

Nice modern, huge, clean room with a view. Awesome view from the roof top pool and bar ! Great food in the restaurant. Good subway connection to downtown and airport nearby. The only complaint is that the TV remote was missing in the room and I had to ask twice at the reception to get one.

The management is horrible. The service is bad. So unorganized. Zero communication. Lack of accountability or responsibility. I would never go back because it’s full of incompetent workers under the most incompetent manager lady who’s just rude. We ruined our trip and missed paid tours because of them. Thanks

I have only great things to say about this hotel. It was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. The roof top pool was amazing, it had spectacular views of the city. I enjoyed that it was not right downtown where all the action was, it just meant transportation was required to get to all the tourist locations. However, there are good restaurants in and the area and local shops including a grocery store. The staff were pleasant and very helpful.

Great service we dropped our bags early and came back at night and check in was a breeze.. we ordered a taxi for 445am and it was there on time when we rolled out of the elevator the lady at the desk literally said .. room xyz?? Isaid yes she said you are all good to go.. we only had like 7 hrs rhere to sleep I wish we had longer to explore the grounds a bit .. fun hotel my son loved the windows and designs .. will stay there again in a heatbeat .. its a bit on the outskirts by the airport and the vmcab driver ripped us off.. but that comes with travel only cabby that did that all week... he upcharged us 15 euro for pick up... . Not the hotels fault.. Easiest check in and super close to the metro.. you do have to take 2 different metro companies to get into town so you have to pay 2x one way just a heads up on that .. but it was easy just grab a metro map...

The breakfast was excellent with lots of variety, and the rooftop pool was a real highlight – perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. Loved this hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful :) We really liked the rooftop pool area. The quality of food and drinks were excellent! Probably the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. The gym is quite small and limited and the indoor pool is very small however the outdoor pool is big enough to swim lengths so not really an in issue if you go in the warmer months. The hotel is not really within walking distance to any bars or restaurants however it was only about 15 minutes taxi ride to the centre of Barcelona so was not really a problem for us just something to bare in mind. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful hotel. The breakfast is wonderful. Well worth the price. There isn’t a lot of dining options outside the hotel that are nearby. Staff was the most helpful of any we encountered on our 2 week stay in Europe.

Nice clean room less than 10 min drive from airport. Nothing to eat in the area so we had hotel breakfast which was unfortunately very disappointing. All the hot food was not replenished and was just stale and cold. Can park outside for no cost which was good for us.
