The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms have been remodel and are very clean. The weight room was fantastic. Was quite. Lots of food choices just down the lane. Walking distance.. Would come again. Easy to find. Thanks for the stay.

Older hotel, common areas have never been updated by the looks of it and no restaurant facilities. However, the rooms are more recently updated, and the entire hotel is very clean and well kept. The old lounge area has tables and chairs, a pool table ($1.25) and kettles and microwaves for your use. Coffee available in the lobby in the mornings. Beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly. My family & I would stay here again.

Only one entrance into the hotel and it is very long so you can expect your room to be on the other side of the hotel. Pretty basic amenities, no breakfast or pool. Rooms were fine. TV was pretty small though. But overall good for a night stay.

We were on the fourth floor and didn’t get notified until the day of our rental that the elevator wasn’t working. My husband recently had surgery so his mobility was limited plus we had two babies along. The hotel said they could give us the resort fee off when we asked to speak to a manger. We have not heard from the manager after I emailed and didn’t receive the discounted resort fees.

The room was immaculate! Even though the hotel looks a little bit non-descript and assuming on the outside, the room was so clean. You could tell the bathrooms had actually been cleaned and scrubbed, the floor was smooth and spotless and so was the tub. The entire bathroom was spotless, which you don’t necessarily see in this price range or for this kind of star hotel. So it was exceptional, and we were pleasantly surprised. The sheets smelled great, the bed was so comfortable, we couldn’t get over how clean the room was for the price.

We had a great stay. The pricing offered excellent value. The room was great. The common areas need updating but didn’t affect our stay. Staff was great and room was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel smells horrible as soon as you walk through the front doors. The rooms were clean and the bathtub insert was brand new which was nice. But the smell was unsettling. I also found it very loud the walls seem super thin.

The staff were very courteous and helpful. First impression says a lot. Very musty smell when entering the lobby. Fortunately hallways and room smelled much better. It’s an old building so the soundproofing was not great at all. Could hear everything out in the hall. Taps were very squeaky. Understandable for an old building. There wasn’t a table in the room but it did have a fridge and coffee machine. Clean room, bathroom and comfortable beds. Steak house next door has been closed. Stayed only one night. For Hinton this time of year and cost of accommodations you get what you pay for. Short stay I would stay again.

The property is older, but everything is well maintained. We reserved 2 rooms for our 5 person family and the beds were comfortable, heat/AC worked great and the bathrooms we're clean and fully functional with good pressure. Would definitely stay there again. Great value.

Although the website implies the hotel has a view of the mountains, it’s a bit of a stretch. Our view was of the parking lot and highway...the back of the hotel overlooked a mobile home park. This being said, it was located close to everything in Hinton.

The room smelled like years of stale cigarette smoke and this room has likely been used by animals. Both my son and I are allergic and we had trouble breathing the entire time while in the room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Other things of note. Towels feel like sandpaper, television is tiny, shampoo and soap was for onetime use and only for one person. Avoid this hotel.

Room was very clean. Would recommend as a stop on your way to Jasper National Park. Only down side was that we could hear everything other guests were doing. Building makes a lot of noise and no way to not hear others walking around and getting ready very early in the morning.

The walls are not insulated well. At 2:00 a.m. an argument in the next room woke us up and we had to listen to loud voices and bad language. It happened again early the next morning. For this reason we would not pick this hotel again.

There was a faint flashing light in the room all night and the room was uncomfortably warm and the air conditioning was extremely loud, so we slept in a hot room.

As said in other reviews, the outside of this place does is not relative to the inside. The outside is clean and kempt but quite dated. Rooms and washrooms were very nice, updated and clean. The fitness room is very spacious and clean. The staff were very nice, efficient and responsive. My only blip was the advertised breakfast. They could do much better there… but overall, the price was right.

The beds and pillows were comfortable and the staff were helpful. Expedia doesn\'t list "breakfast" for this place because they dont offer a typical continental breakfast onsite but they do give you breakfast vouchers for Wendy\'s (5 minute walk down the road) which is nice. AC worked great, but many of the wall outlets were loose and the bathroom vent was not working.
