Avoid this hotel – security and safety failures, dismissive staff This was a genuinely horrible experience. What should have been a relaxing stay turned into a stressful ordeal due to serious safety and security failures, compounded by a dismissive attitude from staff when we raised them. Security lock not functioning: The supplementary door lock — the mechanism separate from the electronic keycard that's supposed to stop the room being opened from outside — simply did not work. When we brought this to a staff member's attention, he tested it, saw for himself that it failed, and then laughed in our face and told us it wasn't something a hotel room door needed. For a hotel of this classification, this is an inexcusable and required safety feature to be missing, let alone to have our concerns mocked. Room change dragged out: The staff member refused to move us and we had to repeatedly return to the front desk to chase this up over an extended period before anything actually happened. Injured by a trip hazard: The replacement room had its own defect, a loose, unfixed door threshold that we tripped over. We have photos proving the state it was left in. Repair handled with total disregard for guests: When staff finally came to fix the threshold, they let themselves into the room with barely any warning while we were still inside, and applied adhesive that was still wet without asking us to leave, without warning us it hadn't cured. Completely ridiculous failing for a "4 star.

tiny room, with little amenities - no coffee in room, no hand soap, shampoo or conditioner. bar / restaurant was closed by the time we checked in around 10pm. do yourself a favor and stay at hilton garden inn if you need a quick stay near orly.

The room was extremely clean and peaceful. The staff were very friendly, especially the Vietnamese gal at the front desk who was such a delight. This was the perfect place to crash for the night after a late flight into Orly Airport. Would definitely stay here again!!
