We couldnt sleep as bed was uncomfortable and the outside lights around pool area were on all night. When it rained the water came in from the ceiling and down the wall around the TV and power point.

A very pleasant stay on Wiradjuri Country at Cowra. The outside roadway leading to the motel rooms could certainly do with some work. But once inside, the stay is very pleasant, particularly looking inside to the courtyard and pool area which is lovely and green and very pleasant.

Great reception, but could the potholes in driveway not be filled in! They gather muddy water and create a mess traversing the Loop road around the rooms.

Our family room was spacious and had everything we needed for 4 people. Kids loved the bunk beds. A bit dated but all room amenities were fine, included a microwave and small dining table. Unfortunately the photos online are a bit outdated. There is no longer a restaurant, which we noticed at check in (weren't told prior) and the pool was dirty so we didn't swim. The outside of the property needs a bit of love and tidying up. Location is great. For the affordable price we paid, we would probably stay again but the advertising is a bit deceiving.

This was a good value motel. Having the units lower than the road at facing at 90º to it reduced noise from traffic, including quite large logging trucks. It looks as though it was once a class above the rest of the area; but struggling a little now. Its restaurant is not currently functioning, which is a shame. Front desk staff were extremely informative and helpful.We didn't try the pool but it looked very clean, and we saw pool maintenance people attending. Rooms were not fully serviced each day. Bonus in a regional town having Netflix and Youtube available on TV.

We stayed in a budget room. The room was very clean with ample supplies of toiletries and tea and coffee. There were extra pillows in the room which I love. The decor was fresh even though it was an older styled room. The pool looked great - a good size set in a pleasant courtyard accessible directly by the room. Air con was efficient, new and quiet. Microwave, toaster and jug supplied with 2 sets of cutlery and flatware. There was a weird parking system where you park several doors away from the allocated room. A negative was no opening windows in the room.

Entry to room is open to the elements, and has a very small concrete step to gain access. The roadways are very uneven, and hold water , especially near room entries. Generally, once past the reception, the pile up of garden rubbish is certainly needing removal, or at least tidying up.

Only interaction on check in was asking for my credit card. No explanation of amenities or anything. Room was filthy. Mouldy shower mould in the soap dish. Filthy kettle. Went to make a coffee and both mugs literally had coffe residue in them. 2 flimsy pillows and a lumpy mattress. Would never stay here afain

The cleanliness was questionable - smudges on the bathroom mirror, kettle dirty inside - couldn’t even make myself a tea and it was after office hours. A bit disappointed. On a positive note: very comfortable bed.

This was an ok stay. The hosts were good, and they try really hard. The room was spacious. Room and bathroom were clean for my stay, but did have some cockroaches as i waa leaving. Massively overgrown allotment next door, to my room so I don't think it's the motel's fault. Parking available. Room has fridge, microwave, iron, ironing board, coffees machine, toaster, tea, coffee, table, chairs, hair dryer. Convenient powerpoints and lights for reading. Wifi is secure, but not strong at times, but rooms closer to front might be ok. Bed and pillows were ok, but not the best. Extremely quiet. Great central location, an easy walk to restaurants, shops, pubs. Because of the hosts efforts to look after visitors, I would stay again.

We were a family of 4 , we were late arriving after hours, the communication with the manager was good explained how to get my room key which was great , the only downside was the toilet hadn’t been cleaned and there was a bit of rubbish on the toilet floor from from where The cleaner hadn’t done their job , also the room was suppose to come with a free continental breakfast which was in the listing when I booked the room, the room had all the cutlery and plates in the room but no breakfast . This was probably something I should have asked when I rang but just assumed it would be in our room but it wasn’t so that was very disappointing other wise was happy with the room for the price …

Our first night the room was OK. The second night on our return trip the room was much smaller, the bathroom was in need of some work. The staff was excellent at check in. The location was great. Walking distance to the shops and Club.

The man on reception was very friendly and welcoming. The pool looked inviting but we unfortunately didn’t have time to take a swim. There are many dining options within a few minutes walk. The room, although older style, met our needs and the microwave was a bonus. The sheets were scratchy but the pillowcases were of good quality. I would stay here again.

The guy at the desk was disinterested, disengaged and borderline rude. Highly recommend he gets a job driving a truck or somewhere similar, where customer service isn't required, because there was none. Otherwise, a clean room but basic, with a coffee machine provided but no pods! The whole place is tired and needs a renovation...

We didn’t stay here despite our booking. We tried calling to confirm our after hours check in but no one answed the phone. We had no email, no text message and no communication about how to get in to the property after hours. The website said only pre arranged after hours check in was allowed, as we hadn’t pre arranged we had no idea if we could get in. With no way of finding out and with a 2 hour drive, we booked somewhere else. When we asked for a Refund it was denied . Terrible form!

We were very impressed with the staff welcome on arrival and were given early access to our room to enable us to change for the occasion. While this customer service is not normally possible the receptionist bent over backwards and this gave us a real WOW! The room was very well presented and was larger than expected. Location to the river was a nice bonus. Rarely do I ever give a maximum rating! Well done. Maurie and Meryl.

The man on reception was very friendly and welcoming. The pool looked inviting but we unfortunately didn’t have time to take a swim. There are many dining options within a few minutes walk. The room, although older style, met our needs and the microwave was a bonus. The sheets were scratchy but the pillowcases were of good quality. I would stay here again.

We loved staying at this Motel! The beds were super comfortable, it was very clean and it was quiet - we slept really well. The rooms are very well organised and make great use of every inch of space. Great to have a small kitchenette with fridge, microwave and cutlery, bowls and plates and a toaster - very handy. And we used the table for eating and working it was great. Nice shower and bathroom. Great location, walking distance to everything and the Imperial across the road is a great place to eat out. The place to stay in Cowra, I highly recommend it!!

This was a very cheap hotel for a one night visit to Cowra. Check in was easy and the continental breakfast was very good value - cereal, fruit, yoghurt, 2 pieces of toast and lots of spreads to choose from. It was a very cold night but the extra pillows and blankets were appreciated.

Our family room was spacious and had everything we needed for 4 people. Kids loved the bunk beds. A bit dated but all room amenities were fine, included a microwave and small dining table. Unfortunately the photos online are a bit outdated. There is no longer a restaurant, which we noticed at check in (weren't told prior) and the pool was dirty so we didn't swim. The outside of the property needs a bit of love and tidying up. Location is great. For the affordable price we paid, we would probably stay again but the advertising is a bit deceiving.

This was a good value motel. Having the units lower than the road at facing at 90º to it reduced noise from traffic, including quite large logging trucks. It looks as though it was once a class above the rest of the area; but struggling a little now. Its restaurant is not currently functioning, which is a shame. Front desk staff were extremely informative and helpful.We didn't try the pool but it looked very clean, and we saw pool maintenance people attending. Rooms were not fully serviced each day. Bonus in a regional town having Netflix and Youtube available on TV.

This motel is a real gem. Well appointed with everything you need. It was really warm weather so we decided to eat in with some local takeaway. There are many food options only a short walk away. The rooms are exceptionally clean and also have access to a beautiful central pool/garden area. Highly recommend this motel, it was really lovely.

The room we had was clean, comfortable and quiet with parking outside our room. Nice linen. The bathroom door had warped so couldn't shut all the way. Other than that highly recommend this motel and Oaks on Kendall the restaurant down the road. Delicious French/Australian cuisine.

My wife and I stayed here for a couple of nights and tried nearly every Hotel on the first night to have a meal and drink without success. The Room was OK but needs an overhaul in my opinion. Staff were friendly and assisted with how to get to the Japanese Gardens the main reason for our stay. We also had some time for Breakfast at a Local Cafe before visiting the Information Centre to view and obtain some information on the Japanese WWII Internment Camp before heading off to the Japanese Gardens and this is a must for anyone that Visits Cowra.
