miss a proper gym

Average hotel, but it is getting old and needs to be maintained. The storage area in the room is too small. I like the location but because of construction it was very hard to get in and out.

Classic convenient Ibis. Right across the street from gate 1 of Kingdom tower. (The hotel entrance however is in the back side, you have to walk two buildings distance - just saying). Good enough WiFi. Good enough breakfast. Very basic gym. All in all fulfills its purpose if you have business in the area.

３日前に開通したMETROの駅が近くて便利。目の前がKINGDOM TOWER。ただホテルの正面入口が工事中で裏口しか使えなかった。

Property clean and nice, but phone not working in room, the Gym's TV was not working and not fixed even a day after staff were notified

The hotel is very nice, staff are friendly and helping. The negative is that the hotel door is on the back street, so you have to walk some 300 m to go to the main street (which is considerable in hot weather). Excellent parking space and very good rooms. It is in Olaya street which is a quite nice shopping area. Very nice rooms. We do enjoyed our short stay.

Rate is too expensive for this type of a hotel. Main entrance in the back is terrible. Staff could use more English skill. No bathrobe provided despite of my daily request. Electrical was not planned in the layout of the room - not good when you use the iron and iron board.

It was a good decision to stay here, location is great, staff are friendly, breakfast was amazing. The fitness center did not meet my needs very small.

施設も綺麗で、フロントの対応も良かったです。朝食会場も広くてゆったりしていました。フィットネスルームは、2台のトレッドミルとバイシクル2台でした。窓がなくて開放感はないです。でも、一回利用する程度だったので、問題ありませんでした。

The hotel located in strategic downtown location, walking distance to Kingstown Centre and Olaya Mall. The hotel room is small, overall facilities is old and cleanliness to be improve. It is budget biz hotel ideal for cost saving only.

The kingdom tower just across the road, easy to get a taxi , room was clean

This hotel is clean with comfortable beds. Staff were helpful. Location is good. Only downside is there is construction going on next door, often late into the night. However, not sure there's much the hotel can do about that.

Checkin was disappointingly slow. Reach the hotel at 12.30 am and all you hope is to have a quick check in. The guy at the reception had other things to do. He was looking after a courier guy, returning a lost and found purse, while there were 3 of waiting to check in and he didnt even request us to hold on. There is construction happening next door, so drilling sound will start around 7.30 am. Kindly note. No toileteries or coffee/ tea bags were replenished though I was staying 4 nights. I unfortunately got a room in first floor, so there was no view or sunlight from the window. The bathroom drain was not clogged but the water will not drain fast enough when you use the shower,So much for the negatives. The internet was good, restaurant service was good, Room and bed were clean and comfortable. The location was good as there are many good spots for food and a mall is just across the road.

Basic hotel. Centrally located which is convenient. Very clean, except window (outside) limiting the view. Problems with safety box, but technician came within the hour. Slightly overpriced.

This is an ideally located hotel to explore Riyadh. Although it’s a little dated, it is very clean with some of the most amazing staff! OKIEL from Housekeeping was exemplary and helped make my stay even better at the hotel with his kind and thoughtful manner - OKIEL is a truly outstanding staff member of this hotel! On Reception was the wonderful RABAB whose dedication to her role goes above and beyond anything expected (thank you) together with her amazing colleague SULIMAN who is on hand with the biggest smile and friendliest personality to make sure all guests are happy and supported. Overall, a perfect hotel with the best staff!

They have a building in construction just beside the hotel and I had to change 3 times room because of the noise because they work 24/24 7/7 . Also there is work in the lobby .all of this It should be mentioned before the reservation . The staff ( especially the girls ) are terrible !

Overall it was OK. So much noise due to some civil work taking place near the facility. I needed to tell the reception every time I needed housekeeping. I also forgot to take an invoice for my stay and I have been trying to contact them for the last couple of days on their email and landlines without luck

The staff just doesn't care, one of the worst stays ever.

Very conveniently located as it is just a 2 minute walk from the metro station. The room was very clean and spacious. I asked the staff if they could help with booking an excursion but they seemed totally baffled and made no attempt to help which was really disappointing. I also asked some other questions about restaurants I could visit nearby but they didn’t seem interested in helping me. They also barely smiled whilst speaking with them. Overall the hotel was nice but the staff really need some customer service training.

There were a construction near by- wall to wall - we could not sleep well at all………… But hotel team and especially the reception desk weee very helpful , smiley and responsive to our requests.

The location is wonderful, across from a plaza, very close to the gold market, close to shops, very accessible, very comfortable hotel, very delicious breakfast, highly recommended, we loved it.

We are a Norwegian couple and stayed one night here. Good rooms and pleasant staff. Very central location close to Kingdom tower, though Riyadh of course is not a very walkable city and rides are necessary for most excursions. Some trouble getting in touch with the hotel through hotels.com before we travelled, no other obstacles encountered.

Heerlijke bedden, uitgebreid en gevarieerd ontbijt, zeer correcte ontvangst.

The meet in the restaurant was very bad, I ordered a tenderloin, and it was very tough.

I have stayed at IBIS in many countries. The hotel is well maintained. Eating three meals, is enjoyable. Food is great, service is excellent. I like the fact there is a big desktop PC at the lobby, I can use it for internet.
