Todo fué bien excepto que vimos en la página web que el hotel ofrecia transporte por la zona gratuito, llamé para confirmar y quien me atendió por teléfono me dijo que los sábados y domingos el horario era de 7 a 12 del mediodía y que cada media hora salía el transporte. Cuando llegamos a hacer el checking y quisimos reservar para asistir a un evento al día siguiente en el Ayuntamiento de Alcobendas nos dijeron que el servicio era de pago.

Excellent location, near Metro stop. Free parking which is a huge bonus. My room was huge, clean as was the bathroom. Comfy bed! Buffet style breakfast, which was included, was great. Fresh fruit and yoghurt, along with a selection of bread, pastries, cheese, ham and a hot selection. Highly recommended and would definitely use again if in the Madrid area.

I had a wonderful stay at Uve Alcobendas in Madrid. It’s located not too far from the airport. So it was perfect for me who was staying For one night, in transit back to the US. I stayed on the second floor. Great room. King bed. Shower, no bath tub. Lots of bathroom/ shower amenities, including a towel warming rack ☺️! Very clean rooms! And quite spacious! I was very impressed. Free WiFi. breakfast available for cost of 9€. Great breakfast buffet options. Very clean rooms. The ppl who work here are VERY very accommodating. Easy check in! Mini bar fridge in room. Restaurant also open in the evenings.. very convenient. Has everything you would need!

En nuestro caso fue una habitacion triple, con una cama de noventa y otra enorme que no sabria decir las medidas pero cabiamos mi mujer mi hija y yo sin estar apretujados, limpieza correcta y el desayuno buffet tambien bastante completo. Como critica a mejorar para el hotel, el agua de la ducha salia con poca presión y en vez de una tarjeta para la habitacion estarian mejor dos para imprevistos. Nuestra experiencia ha sido muy buena, repetiriamos.

We stayed the night before our flight back home, so we'd be close to the airport. I was very impressed by how quiet it was, even though 50 people checked in after us (tour bus group). The hotel was clean, simple & fairly new; staff spoke English & were very helpful. Would Definitely stay here again. Btw the room a/c got very cold very fast!

I had a 19 hour layover in Madrid and I chose this hotel and I loved it! Check in was a breeze and the receptionist was very nice and the room was large, clean and had great A/C and the tv had Netflix! I loved it! Perfect for a layover stay.

It would be a nice hotel if the staff were replaced with good people. I liked my room and would have rated this place better, if not for my experience when leaving. I asked the front desk guy (Carlos) if I could take a coffee with me (free). He said yes. After I got a small cup half full, the girl in the restaurant said I owed 2.20! I argued and she called Carlos, who came and said I had to pay. When I filled up the cup, the girl said I owed for 2! I left 2.20 on the counter and walked out. When I asked who the manager was, Carlos wouldn't answer. Perhaps they don't have 1 there. That would explain the bad staff. All other places that didn't have coffee in the rooms or lobby told me I could take 1 from the breakfast room. Disappointing, but hard to find good hotel people!

We checked in on New Year Day after an overnight flight and we were exhausted. The guy at the reception check in desk was excellent. He let us into our room early. He let us know what places nearby may be open for food nearby. Very kind. Room was comfortable and location is great.

I loved that it’s very closed to the airport and they can drop you off at the airport for only €9. All the staff was really nice and helpful with the exception of the young girl with glasses, she was not friendly at all. When I got there I said hi and she didn’t even answer. The day I checked out she did the same thing. So mean.

Ótimo custo-benefício! O café da manhã é muito bom, os quartos são limpos e organizados, e a localização é excelente — fica entre duas estações de metrô, o que facilitou muito a locomoção por Madrid. Ao lado do hotel há um supermercado bem completo e, a cerca de 2 km, um shopping excelente. Com certeza me hospedaria aqui novamente em uma próxima visita à cidade!.
