El alojamiento es nuevo, buena ubicación, personal muy atento y amable, muchas salas comunes, piscina, gimnasio y exteriores muy agradables y bien cuidados. La nota negativa sería la limpieza del exterior, lleno de basura cuando llegamos. La limpieza de la cocina y la vajilla dejaba que desear y no funcionaba ni la TV ni el aire acondicionado.

En general el establecimiento está muy bien y tiene un montón de espacios comunes para estar relajado. Deberían cuidar un poco la comunicación con los clientes y el estado del menaje que se pone a disposición en los apartamentos, había una sartén que ya no estaba en condiciones, rallada y con la base y mango negra de grasa, me da a entender o que no se revisa o se da por bueno que el cliente use algo así. Otra cosa también que al final no ha sido gran cosa porque ya estábamos para salir pero el check out es a las 11 de la mañana y se nos ha desactivado la tarjeta y con ella la luz a las 10 y esto me ha pillado dándome una ducha rápida antes de salir, la cual la he rematado a oscuras y con agua fría.

En general el establecimiento está muy bien y tiene un montón de espacios comunes para estar relajado. Résidence moderne et accueillante. Ce sont des appart'hôtel avec des résidents à l'année. Plutôt calme. Parking dans la rue ou 15 euros. Le quartier est pratique (supermarchés,stations-service,métro) et à 15 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport. Problème de chauffage. Il faisait tellement chaud que nous avons dû ouvrir les fenêtres, mais impossible de dormir à cause du bruit de la route. Le réceptionniste est venu rapidement régler le problème. Mais il faisait toujours chaud et avons dû laisser la fenêtre ouverte. Oreillers de mauvaise qualité.

Es la sexta vez que me alojo con ellos y la experiencia ha sido muy grata. Personal amable, atentos y muy proactivos. Habitaciones completas, con baño privado, office y cama muy cómoda. El complejo cuenta con piscina de 12:00 a 20.00 horas.

Good, but... Expedia description says cookware is provided and it wasn't - had to ask at reception before we were given a single frying pan to use, nothing else available. Note too that Livensa's main use is as student accomodation, not tourist/business users. That said, 5min walk to the metro, 10min walk to huge supermarket made it convenient for a short stay.

The toilet was extremely dirty in our room. Looked like it had not been cleaned at all from the previous guest and the previous guest seemed to have had a lot going on in the toilet. It was gross and front desk staff couldn’t change our room nor send housekeeping. So we cleaned it ourselves. The shower was a bit moldy and bathroom sink didn’t drain. Shower water temp is volatile and will suddenly burn you if you’re not careful . Apparently in room air conditioning is disabled during this time of year and we had to open window to keep cool. Fortunately it was raining out so there was a cool breeze but could have been very hot in the room if it wasn’t for that. The bed was okay but the pillows were horribly flat and uncomfortable.

El lugar está bastante bien. El ünico problema fue con las almohadas de cama wue son muy bajas. Pedimos hasta en 3 ocasiones, y a conserjes diferentes, si nos podían dejar un par adicionales u otras más altas, y no hubo manera que atendieran nuestra petición.

Résidence moderne et accueillante. Ce sont des appart'hôtel avec des résidents à l'année. Plutôt calme. Parking dans la rue ou 15 euros. Le quartier est pratique (supermarchés,stations-service,métro) et à 15 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport. Problème de chauffage. Il faisait tellement chaud que nous avons dû ouvrir les fenêtres, mais impossible de dormir à cause du bruit de la route. Le réceptionniste est venu rapidement régler le problème. Mais il faisait toujours chaud et avons dû laisser la fenêtre ouverte. Oreillers de mauvaise qualité.

Good, but... Expedia description says cookware is provided and it wasn't - had to ask at reception before we were given a single frying pan to use, nothing else available. Note too that Livensa's main use is as student accomodation, not tourist/business users. That said, 5min walk to the metro, 10min walk to huge supermarket made it convenient for a short stay.

Apartment was clean, we had a ground floor terrace with sunbed table and chairs which was fab. The only downside was there was no tin opener, sharp knives or scissors so had to cut meat with a normal dinner knife not great Pool area was nice but only opens 12-2 then 4-8, would be better if it was open all day

There were bags from a clothing store left in the wardrobe, so not a thorough cleaning obviously. As other reviews have stated, very scarce on any cooking utensils. Lots of space and areas to hang out though, although no coffee facilities at all and nowhere to buy a beer. Other than these small things, cracking little inexpensive place to stay, with generally good amenities and close enough to a train line to get into the city centre in 15 minutes.

No the kitchen was not well equipped, there was only the bare minumum: 2 plates, 2 bowls, 2 sets of cutlery, two tiny drinking glasses. Not even a kettle or toaster for breakfast, or coffee mugs, or wine glasses. We had to visit Carrefour to buy kitchen supplies.
