Ease of check in with staff equipped with translation. I love the onsen after a long day. Amenities were fine. I lost a gold earring at the onsen and to my surprise, it was handed over to reception. My thanks to the person who found it and the staff. It would be nice to have some English breakfast tea at breakfast.

The hotel has everything you need. Laundry, a nice onsen, free parking and descent size rooms. I just didn’t like the pillows, but that is just matter of taste. Breakfast was ok for Western guests. Some bread and croissants.

Location - just across the road fr bus from Ozigawa (last or first stop along the Tateyama-Kurobe Alpine Route. Onsen area was clean with secured entry for ladies. The food offered at its in-house Japanese restaurant was delicious and prices were reasonable. Staff and front desk as well as restaurant spoke English.

Hotel located right in front of train station - very convenient. Also near to Delicia supermarket where u can buy cheap snacks and drinks. Rooms were clean and tastefully designed. The public bath at the hotel was a welcome especially after a long day travelling along the Tateyama Kurobe alpine route. There’s a rest area outside the bath with massage chairs and great views of the mountains. Staffs were courteous and helpful. Will definitely stay here again if we make a pit stop at Shinano-Omachi for our next Japan trip.

Hotel location is fantastic for Tateyama Alpine Route - just in front of the train & bus station! Hotel also provides baggage forwarding service for Alpine Route. Staff are very friendly and helpful in providing info on Alpine Route. Has an onsen, rooms are decently sized & clean. Many good restaurants, supermarket, drug store, Daiso all within walking distance.

Great for our overnight before taking the Alpine route. Can’t say enough about how helpful the staff was. Luggable forwarding drop off for the alpine route is in the hotel lobby which was great! The hotel is very conveniently located across from the train station and the bus that takes you to the beginning of the route. Would recommend to anyone who is taking the route!

We didn’t expect much from this hotel as we only chose it because of our trip to Kurobe-Tateyama the next day. But our experience with this hotel was fantastic. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Its location is unbeatable. The included breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options.

朝食時に団体客が多く、圧倒的に提供される食事量が少ないため、私も含め皆さんが困惑していた。人によっては、味噌汁だけ飲んでいる人もいた。（混雑時を避けたつもりだったが、おかずもご飯も補充が間に合わない状況）また、年間数回利用しているが、ここ数年、メニュー数が確実に減っているとともに内容が脆弱になっている。以前の充実度を知っているので、朝から悲しくなってしまいます。

通常、日曜日夜のレストランは休みなのは理解していましたが、お盆期間中は、周囲の食事処も休みが多く、結局近くのスーパーで弁当を買うこととなりました。お盆や年末年始等は、日曜日でも夜のレストラン営業をお願いできたらと思います。また、この数年利用していますが、朝食メニューのグレードが段々と下がっている気かします。
