Overall we had a great stay, we were schedule to have our room refreshed on our second day for trash and vacuum. I verified it with front desk in am, noon no one had done it yet. I called the front desk to see if anyone was gonna come to refresh our room she said she would let the supervisor of house keeping know. We went to the pool came back still not done and someone had left to door opened with the bolts so it couldn’t close, luckily we were just by the pool and it gone long. When I notified the front desk she said she notified the supervisor, but all had left for the day. That was the only negative. The breakfast was great, lots of options they were very attentive to filling everything up. Pool was clean and always had fresh towels, easy free parking too! I would stay again, close to everything!

It was great pool was amazing ,nice service clean and very courteous.

Rooms are clean. Swimming is maintained clean and water is warm even the outside temp low. Close to Umish.

Disabled veteran, had reserved a room and wasn't supposed to be charged until I checked in Upon arrival the parking lot was extremely dark and no available handicap spaces. I never checked in and was charged for my stay. Notified Travelocity of this and nothing... Had to escalate to ADA for assistance.

Family weekend. Kids enjoyed the pool. Great shopping right across the parking lot.

Nice hotel. Pool was unavailable for the majority of our stay due to a chemical imbalance.

I stayed at this hotel last night and I am rather disappointed in the experience. The room they had available said two queen beds I was traveling with someone so it sounded like a perfect fit for the night. Upon entering the room the beds did not appear to be Queen sized beds. Out of curiosity I used my phone to measure the beds then went on the good old google and did some research. This hotel had us in Full beds and not queens. Upon learning this I brought it up to the front desk. Instead of apologizing, instead of trying to make things right the front desk clerk got rude with me telling me that they don’t have any full sized beds in the hotel so I was immediately wrong. In addition to the beds not being true to size the room was beat up and not the cleanest. The bathrooms weren’t the cleanest and there were quite a few mix matches areas of paint due to all of the repairs that had been made to the walls and ceiling. However the location was nice it was close to many amenities including restaurants and the briarwood mall. I would definitely stay in the area again just not at this hotel. Parking was pretty tight as well so if you have a truck you may have issues with parking. Thankfully for me hotels.com helped make things right with this trip but the hotel itself didn’t make any effort to right the situation. Personally I don’t think this hotel is even close to being a 3 star hotel.

The property has a large pet walking area, rooms are clean, comfortable. Wish they had a jacuzzi. Would stay again

The staff was kind and check in was easy. Room was adequate but a few things needed attention. Moldy and non draining bathroom sink wasn’t able to be fixed during our stay. Breakfast was a little sparse, thought the attendant was so kind. Nice to have coffee, tea and water available , as well as laundry and nice indoor pool. Would def stay again and hope for bolder coffee and more breakfast items stocked. As we were leaving, we were offered a root beer float!!! What an ice touch and treat! Will stay again.

Really clean, well kept. The cleaning staff left a cute note in our room :)

Our room was spacious, very clean, and very comfortable. Property was well-maintained - looked like new. Very friendly and professional staff.

The property is right next to the hallway. Couldn’t sleep! Next night I slept with my earbuds in to listen music. Outside was beautiful! Close enough to the mall. Breakfast was great. A lot of options to choose from. No extra blankets.

The hotel is in a great location with lots of shopping and restaurants around. When you walk in its very clean and bright and the staff was amazing very friendly and explained everything to me about what they offer and what time everythjng is. My room was nice a big and clean the bed was so comfortable

Nothing unique. Typical Towne Suites. Staff at front desk snippy. Drew back luck of room right next to front desk and heard every discussion and with staff and customers throughout night. Kept me up nearly all night.

The room design and lay out provided appropriate space for clothing, work desk, kitchen,, stove/ oven, plates and utensils, refrigerator, microwave, bathroom. It didn't feel cramped and had enough storage cabinetry.

Friendly staff and clean room, very uncomfortable bed.

My room was double booked, so I was transferred to their neighboring hotel. Room wasn’t anything fancy. Not sure exactly what I missed out on. But was fair. Breakfast was a paid breakfast at my new hotel. Was not pleased about that.

Great place to stay with a super nice staff. The room was well appointed and housekeeping left the paper towels with a paper towel bow and the Kleenex as a flower. Really sweet and welcoming and unexpected. The front desk was super friendly and helpful. Nice to have breakfast as an option. Great Job! Would definitely stay again.
