Todo muy bonita y accesible

Me gustó que el cuarto en si estaba de buen tamaño para una familia de 6, acogedor para descansar, mis hijos amaron la piscina, el agua a muy buena temperatura. Lo que no me gustó es que no nos limpiaron la habitación durante los días que nos quedamos, en el cuarto de piscina no había toallas suficientes y el personal no se daba sus vueltas para ver que estuviera el estante lleno con ellas. Las recepcionistas fueron hamables , lo normal. El desayuno también lo normal, huevos, waffles, fruta etc. Me quedaría nuevamente aquí? Creo que lo pensaría.

Unfortunately, the hotel is under renovations, so I feel this is a bad time to review. However, the check-in staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Due to the renovations, it wasn't as clean as I would have liked to see in a hotel of this price. My room was clean and comfortable but the common areas were a bit of a mess. They have a hot breakfast but the breakfast staff were not staying on top of the things that were empty. Instead, I often saw them restocking things that didn't need it yet, while travelers were waiting for the waffle mix or juice to be refilled. After 15 minutes, they still had not refilled what was reported to them as being empty. Not very good customer service in that regard. Good location and fairly quiet.

Room was excellent and the staff amazing.
