L’hôtel est bien situé à proximité de la gare d’Atocha et du musée Reina Sofia. L’hôtel est très beau, comme sur les photos du site. La chambre était très confortable, avec une grande douche et wc séparé. La télé est équipée d’une barre de son pour écouter la playlist HardRock ou notre propre musique en Bluetooth. Le rooftop est sympa avec la vue sur plusieurs beaux immeubles dont le musée et aussi sur le Ministère de l’agriculture qui est magnifique. L’hôtel est bien équipé avec une salle de sport et une piscine mais la piscine n’est pas chauffée et donc l’eau est froide pour y rester, c’est dommage car la cour est calme. Il est aussi dommage de devoir porter sa valise dans des escaliers pour entrer dans l’hôtel.

The stay was very good until it was time for check out. One of the 2 elevetors got broken, and the other elevator only stopped 4 times in 20 minutes in my floor. Because they were small elevators they were always full. Had to take down the stairs with my luggege and in all lost half an hour in the whole check out process. Eventually this delay made me lose my scheduled train.

Very welcoming front of house staff. The room had some nice additions such as charging points and bottled water. The roof top bar was manned by 1 person. My drink took about 15 minutes to arrive. I was served a flat cava and the young man knew it was! A further 10 minutes later he brought my replacement. In general the area was dated. The constant loud music in all communal areas and the spray mist in the roof top bar were annoying! Locaton was good. I wouldn't book again! We usually use the hotel bar frequently but not this time!

Hotel was in a good location next to public transport & shops. Outdoor pool area was nice but small with only a few sun loungers. Only downside was the hotel itself was very noisy at night which didn’t go off until after midnight sometimes later on.

The hotel was fantastic, having the pool and sun beds was a real saviour in the Madrid Heat. Room was great, and the complementary snacks on the first night was unexpected and appreciated. Staff can’t do enough for you, and are always smiley and friendly. Only slight gripe we have is with the reservation of sun beds to outside hotel guests. Whilst this makes sense from a business perspective, some days over 50% of the sun beds were reserved, but weren’t in use until after 18:00, but hotel guests couldn’t use them prior to the booking individual arriving. This just didn’t make a lot of sense, and meant beds were unused almost all day. But with that minor issue aside, would still highly recommend booking the Hard Rock, and we hope to be back again soon! (It was also a great location for travelling to Mad Cool Festival).

Everything was great except for the stairs to climb with your luggage to the check-in. Please put a visible sign that the elevator for the luggage is on the side of the building. And a bell would be nice to let the front desk know that help is required for the luggage.

We have stayed here before which is why we booked again. The reception check in was good and friendly. The room was fine and bed comfortable. Our problem was we paid to stay at the hotel because of the pool. This time however there was nowhere to sit because there are a number of cabanas which you had to pay 60 euros to sit on ! This is extortionate when you are already paying to stay at the hotel. None of them were being used which was very frustrating as after a long day we wanted to relax by the pool but for an hour of relaxing we’re not prepared to pay 60 euros (we were told this was discounted!). We ate on the roof top terrace in the evening again could not sit on comfy chairs as again these were reserved but for the time we were there nobody sat on these seats. When the food arrived we asked for cutlery. When the waiter returned he said we have no knives or forks just spoons! We were not prepared to eat our meal with a spoon! We paid for the food and left. Overall very disappointing! We were going to return with friends in September but due to this we would not like to risk it. There was nowhere manager available to discuss this with.

Clean rooms, nice staff, however the rooms are very tiny, nowhere to put bags. The toilet has no vintilation, and the door doesn't really close. The sink is in the room not too far from the bed. Very inconvenient. I will never understand the trend that the hotels follow by building bathrooms lacking any kind of privacy.

We recently stayed in two rooms at Hard Rock Hotel Madrid for our honeymoon and post-wedding trip. As usual, the staff were very friendly, and I especially want to thank Manuel for making our arrival so welcoming. However, our issues this time were not related to the staff. The room conditions were the main problem. The space was extremely small. Unfortunately, our room faced the patio. When we closed the window to block out the music noise at night, the room felt suffocating it honestly felt like being shut inside a box. Both of us experienced anxiety, and had I known, I would definitely have requested a street-facing room. The window was very small, didn’t open properly, and didn’t allow fresh air in. When it was closed, it genuinely felt hard to breathe. My second issue is the bathroom layout. The toilet and shower are separate, but the sink area is in the middle of the room. Imagine needing to use the toilet in the middle of the night: all the lights turn on, and your partner wakes up. This kept happening because I needed to wash my hands and freshen up. I truly don’t understand why there is so much space dedicated to separate toilet and shower areas each large enough to be a proper room while the bedroom itself is so small and lacks space. Only a small mirror mirror with poor light infront of sink that made it impossible to do makeup. Honestly, I can’t say anything positive about the room because it made me frustrated every single day, and I was just waiting to go back

The hotel is very close to the Atosha train station and many museums and gardens. We only stayed one night but would consider staying there again if we come back to Madrid. The staff was a little was not too friendly around the bar area. However, Oleh from the bar was great. In the reception area: monica, susana and david were very nice as well. In the sessions restaurant (for breakfast) - jimena was the best! Would have been a better experience if the staff was nicer. Very clean, the decor was beautiful and comfortable.

We stayed at the HardRock Hotel during the Miami Dolphins football game weekend. First, the front desk staff was soooo helpful, kind and down to earth. They addressed all of our needs during our stay. We appreciate the fact that our room was ready super early which was a life saver- after being on an 8 hour flight from the states and getting to the hotel around 8:30am, we were able to freshen up and rest before starting our day of tours in Madrid. The hotel and rooms were clean daily, the condition of the hotel was flawless. We dined in at the restaurant as well and the food was really good! A convenient thing about this hotel is that the Atocha train station was less than 10 mins walk

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hard Rock Madrid. We stayed for 3 nights and found it was close enough to the main strip to be convenient. It’s just over the road from the Reina Sofia gallery, Retiro Park and the metro stop (Estación de Arte). Some reviews said the area immediately around isn’t great but we thought it was fine, it didn’t seem sketchy. The hotel itself had nice little touches like USB ports by the bed to charge our phones, cool art, decent hairdryer and shower etc. In our room the toilet, walk in shower and sink were all in separate spaces which was helpful. The pool area was fab, nice sun loungers and bar. It seemed a bit of a rarity in the city centre. There is a gym too although I’m not sure if it was open. We used the roof top bar on the last night which was a bit pricey but nice. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

La habitación era limpia, pero l desayuno rico, hace falta que varíen el menú diariamente, ya que todos los días sirven los mismo, pero todo está fresco y es variado, el único detalle que me parece un área de oportunidad es que tengan una rampa de fácil acceso, para cuando llegan los huéspedes con mucho equipaje, ya que llegas al pie de una escalinata que hay que subir para acceder al lobby, y puede ser complejo cuando llegas muy cargado

One night stay was very comfortable and rooms extremely quiet. Only comment was the roof bar was taken over by a private party and only reluctantly were hotel guests allowed to enter and have a drink. Breakfast buffet is overpriced. So went out for a nice breakfast nearby for 1/4 of the price.

More or less things were good however I wish you could have add couple of Bothell of water for free on daily basis versus paying 10 Euro to purchase a Bothell. As far as breakfast buffet foods are not organized and ready to serve but instead you need to order and wait to get your food. This morning took them 20 minutes to make our omelet ready.
