４日間でしたが那覇市へもジャングリア沖縄へもアクセスが良く　室内も清潔さが保たれバスタオルも不自由しませんでした　子供連れだったので洗濯機と乾燥機があったのは凄く助かりました　次回も部屋が空いていたら宿泊したいと思います。有難うございました。

Nice clean place, full kitchen. Plenty of supplies. Just very inconvenient parking, there is plenty of parking spots under the building that are available but they don’t let you use. And the paid parking lots are 5$ every time you park there and leave. There is a abandoned hotel nearby where you can park for free. Just have to walk like 5 minutes back.

The staff was polite to us. Our room was too small for three people, the WiFi was unstable, poor quality mattresses; there were other issues that made our stay difficult and uncomfortable. The bed area was tightly placed, run down…torn curtains, just bad. I took a few pictures with my other phone, so I have nothing to share. I wanted to but we were exhausted from a long trip and all we wanted was rest and relaxation. Unfortunately that didn’t happen. Again, the staff were kind and apologized, it just wasn’t timely. They did attempt to help us with our malfunctioning refrigerator the night before we left, but timely communications failed. Hotels dot com intervened and were also apologetic. Maybe it was just a fluke…it happens. Book at your own risk.

겉은 엄청깔끔해보이지만 바퀴벌레가있습니다..건조기도 첨에 잘되다가 계속멈추고 와이파이 너무느려서 로밍해간게 더빠르게 느껴졌습니다 가성비로자기에는 좋습니다

No customer service at all. I stayed 7 days but no wifi, dirty utensils, no customer support,bad smelling wardrobe, unsafe. Would request everyone if you don't want to be your life terrible so choose another one.

這個價位有這樣的地理位置不錯是值得推薦👍 是無人管理入住的方式，但浴巾是提供足夠天數的件數。唯一唯一唯一（一定要講3次）不好的事！有殺不完的小蟲（應該是潮濕蟲）！！！如果會害怕😱蟲的人！絕對絕對要三思而行！另外是床的支撐力度應該已經到盡頭了⋯⋯這個就要看個人的習慣了！

ビジネスで2週間滞在しました。一人での使用でしたので、２つあるベッドの一つ分のスペースはデッドスペースとなり、わかっていたことですが、損をしたような気持ちになりました。他に、温水シャワー便座ではなかったこと（部屋の質感からするとアンビリバボー）シャワーの水圧の弱さ、ベッドのマットレスのコイルスプリングが下から突き上げて来る感じがあったこと、キッチンのシンクの幅に対して、備え付けのフライパンの幅がギリギリでとても洗いにくく苦労したことなどが残念でした。上記以外は、静かだったし、清掃用具やごみ袋のストックも十分にあり、生活しやすいと思いました。トータルでは、清潔で便利なロケーションにあるところなので、次回も利用すると思います。

チェックインの方法については事前に連絡が来ましたが文字化けしていて開けませんでした。チャットでやりとりし、メールを再度送っていただき確認できました。事前に確認していたので、チェックインのやり方は簡単でした。部屋は綺麗で、備品も最低限揃っていたので特に問題ありませんでした。ベットは背中でコイルを感じますが寝れました。胡屋の中心地に近いため便利な立地です。

チェックインで戸惑う人が多いのではと思います。キーが入っている箱が二つあって画面も二つあるけど、両方に入力してみないとどっちに鍵が入っているかわからない。画面が二つあるのに気づかない人も多いと思います。２つのどちらかにあるので両方に入力してくださいって一言あればですね。

マンション１棟建の建物で宿名等の表示がないので場所が分かりにくい。チェックインカウンターがないので施設から送信されるアクセスキーで部屋の鍵を受け取る仕組みだが、腰を屈めて小さなタッチパネルを操作するのが大変。部屋は清潔だが、スリッパがない。室内はともかく、トイレにはスリッパを置いて欲しい。総合的に、お風呂に入って寝るだけなら十分な施設です。

マンション１棟建の建物で宿名等の表示がないので場所が分かりにくい。チェックインカウンターがないので施設から送信されるアクセスキーで部屋の鍵を受け取る仕組みだが、腰を屈めて小さなタッチパネルを操作するのが大変。部屋は清潔だが、スリッパがない。室内はともかく、トイレにはスリッパを置いて欲しい。総合的に、お風呂に入って寝るだけなら十分な施設です。

４日間でしたが那覇市へもジャングリア沖縄へもアクセスが良く　室内も清潔さが保たれバスタオルも不自由しませんでした　子供連れだったので洗濯機と乾燥機があったのは凄く助かりました　次回も部屋が空いていたら宿泊したいと思います。有難うございました。

チェックインの方法については事前に連絡が来ましたが文字化けしていて開けませんでした。チャットでやりとりし、メールを再度送っていただき確認できました。事前に確認していたので、チェックインのやり方は簡単でした。部屋は綺麗で、備品も最低限揃っていたので特に問題ありませんでした。ベットは背中でコイルを感じますが寝れました。胡屋の中心地に近いため便利な立地です。

Nice clean place, full kitchen. Plenty of supplies. Just very inconvenient parking, there is plenty of parking spots under the building that are available but they don’t let you use. And the paid parking lots are 5$ every time you park there and leave. There is a abandoned hotel nearby where you can park for free. Just have to walk like 5 minutes back.

The staff was polite to us. Our room was too small for three people, the WiFi was unstable, poor quality mattresses; there were other issues that made our stay difficult and uncomfortable. The bed area was tightly placed, run down…torn curtains, just bad. I took a few pictures with my other phone, so I have nothing to share. I wanted to but we were exhausted from a long trip and all we wanted was rest and relaxation. Unfortunately that didn’t happen. Again, the staff were kind and apologized, it just wasn’t timely. They did attempt to help us with our malfunctioning refrigerator the night before we left, but timely communications failed. Hotels dot com intervened and were also apologetic. Maybe it was just a fluke…it happens. Book at your own risk.

No customer service at all. I stayed 7 days but no wifi, dirty utensils, no customer support,bad smelling wardrobe, unsafe. Would request everyone if you don't want to be your life terrible so choose another one.
