Goya OKINAWA SUITES

The staff was polite to us. Our room was too small for three people, the WiFi was unstable, poor quality mattresses; there were other issues that made our stay difficult and uncomfortable. The bed area was tightly placed, run down…torn curtains, just bad. I took a few pictures with my other phone, so I have nothing to share. I wanted to but we were exhausted from a long trip and all we wanted was rest and relaxation. Unfortunately that didn’t happen. Again, the staff were kind and apologized, it just wasn’t timely. They did attempt to help us with our malfunctioning refrigerator the night before we left, but timely communications failed. Hotels dot com intervened and were also apologetic. Maybe it was just a fluke…it happens. Book at your own risk.

The hotel has parking for more/night but there is another parking around the corner for less/night Rooms have a nice kitchenette so food is not a problem if you want to cook. Comfort bed and washer/dryers in room and free to use.

For the price you pay it’s a pretty good place to stay it’s close to gate 2 and a bunch of places to eat

Best place to stay in koza okinawa

No customer service at all. I stayed 7 days but no wifi, dirty utensils, no customer support,bad smelling wardrobe, unsafe. Would request everyone if you don't want to be your life terrible so choose another one.
