Excellent size, modern and a wonderful spot. Communication was good but only done through stays messaging service. I asked for a number to call and did not receive one. I find it much better to communicate over the phone than read a message. A phone call is an instant conversation and gives a much better understanding. The messages I received were prompt but sometimes late. Myself and two friends spent the two weeks fishing and didn’t have reception all the time. Other than this, I would highly recommend going and staying here.

Room for improvement, on arrival coffee plunger full of grains, kitchen utensils rudimentary, fry pan bases not flat and not working well on the cooktop, broken bottle opener and salt and pepper shakers. Basic provisioning non existent- two tea bags for 4 adults, no spare toilet paper one tea towel for a week ect Not possible to use the BBQgiven it was rusty. All easily fixed. Average location with a good view but some street noise.

First impressions, the property is in a quiet neighbourhood with a beautiful view. Presents well and is perfectly setup for a family. The house was clean with plenty of extra bed linen. A few extra towels and tea towels would be handy. We did note a few issues that were reported to the property manager, and these did impact our stay. General maintenance issues with tapware, lack of glassware and cutlery and problematic cooking appliances hindered our experience. I suppose there is an expectation and assumption that there is enough items for the advertised group size in the property and that everything supplied is in good working order and functions correctly. Issues with the cooktop limited our ability to cook meaning food was thrown out and alternative plans had to be made for most dinners. There was a BBQ onsite (which wasn't advertised and was supposed to be removed months ago) however it was small and had no gas in the bottle. There was a lack of glasses, cutlery and plates which meant we were using disposable plastic items for all meals. All this was reported to the property manager and he responded quickly, however I wasn't really interested in changing our plans to accommodate a handy man to come into the property when we only had a few days left. Possible further checks should be completed after customers check out by property managers or cleaners to ensure everything is working properly for the next visitors. Would we stay again? Probably.
