CANCELLATION POLICY All guests are required to present a valid physical government-issued ID/Passport upon check-in. Digital copies, photographs, or scans of identification documents are not accepted. Failure to present a valid physical ID may result in denied check-in. Onefam is a hostel primarily for adults and may not be suitable for minors. Guests under 16 must be accompanied by a legal guardian. Guests aged 16–17 require prior parental authorisation by email. Standard Rate: This property has a 2-day cancellation policy. Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay, unless otherwise stated (see 'Things to Note' information). We charge standard reservations on arrival Non-refundable Rates: If you cancel your reservation or are a no-show, you will still be charged the full cost of your booking. Non-refundable reservations are charged immediately after booking. Reception hours: Limited Reception hours between 12am and 8am Check-in from 2 PM until 12am (between 12am and 8am available upon request). We have a luggage room if you want to arrive earlier. Check-out until 11 AM. - If you want to pay on arrival, choose the Standard Rate. - City tax not included. - This facility is registered with the Directorate General of Youth under number AJ000563. - A different policy applies for bookings over 300 euros: To confirm your booking, you will need to provide 30% of the total amount in advance. Payment can be made through a credit card. Your booking will be confirmed once payment is received. Should it not be possible to collect the 30% payment, we will reach out via email to request a valid payment method. Failure to respond to this email within 24 hours will result in cancellation of your booking. The deposit is fully refundable if any modification or cancellation is made at least 2 weeks before the arrival date. We accept payment in cash or by credit card. Please note that paying with a credit card incurs an additional 4% surcharge.
