Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay. The property had everything we could have needed- cots, high chairs, numerous sitting areas inside and out, sunbeds and a very stocked kitchen. Couldn’t ask for more. The only thing to note- air con is only upstairs, not downstairs but it was fine because we sat outside the whole time. Thank you for such a fantastic stay.and quick response times.

Die Größe des Hauses kommt auf den Bildern gar nicht richtig rüber – in Wirklichkeit ist es viel großzügiger und bietet selbst für 8 Personen ausreichend Platz, sodass man sich auch mal aus dem Weg gehen kann, wenn man möchte. Es war super sauber, einen tollen Garten und Poolbereich mit ausreichend Liegen und hat viele liebevolle Details: eine Außenküche (sogar Holzkohle war da!), eine Außendusche und ein separates WC. Als Willkommensgeschenk gab es frisches Obst, Eier und eine typisch mallorquinische Ensaimada – einfach klasse! Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war unkompliziert, nett und sehr schnell – alles verlief reibungslos. Die Lage ist ebenfalls hervorragend: fußläufig zum Strand, zu Bootstour-Anbietern, kleinen Geschäften sowie Bars und Restaurants. Außerdem ist Cala Millor mit weiteren Restaurants und auch Clubs in der Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit dem Auto in 5-10 Minuten. Das Haus und die Parkmöglichkeiten sind sicher und die Einfahrt bietet Platz für mindestens zwei Autos, wie in unserem Fall. Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Eine genauere Beschreibung der Bedienung für die Fernbedienung des Tors und der Einfahrt wäre hilfreich, um die Ankunft noch angenehmer zu gestalten und kurze Info wo genau der Müll hinkommt. Ansonsten ein perfekter Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert!

Vi var tre generationer sammen i en uge i Villa Sa Coma, 6 voksne, 1 teenager, 3 børn og en baby. Huset er ideelt til mange mennesker. Der er store rummelige værelser og badeværelser. Køkkenet og stuerne er meget store og rare at være i. Poolen er stor og en fantastisk legeplads for os alle. Vi spiste alle vores måltider ude på den hyggelige overdækkede terrasse. Vi kan på det varmeste anbefale dette hus til en familieferie i dejlige omgivelser.

We were a group of 4 couples holidaying to celebrate 3 60th birthdays. We all had a wonderful week. An absolutely beautiful villa, it is very well equipped for cooking with a lovely big dining table on the terrace for alfresco meals. The villa is very spacious with plenty of room for 8 adults. The gardens and pool area were spacious with more than enough sun loungers and places to sit and relax. We enjoyed cocktails every evening around the outdoor seating area. Maria was very welcoming and explained everything and Joan was very responsive via messages. I would highly recommend this villa and would definitely consider returning here in the future.

There were 9 of us in our group ranging from 21-76 and we all loved the villa. We were allowed to check-in early as we arrived in the resort at 12.30pm.Perfect location, 5 minute walk to a stunning beach and bars, shops and restaurants. 15 minute walk to a much cheaper and bigger Carrefour Supermarket than the Spar shops down the road. The villa was fantastic, 5 bedrooms with the most comfortable beds, 3 bathrooms upstairs. The entrance and staircase were amazing.The best equipped villa we have ever stayed in, there's nothing that we needed that wasn't already in the villa. Outside a good sized pool with 3 different levels, perfect for cooling off during the hot summer days. Enough sunbeds, chairs and space for all 9 of us. Outdoor sink, shower and toilet. BBQ area. Joan, was the perfect host, and responded quickly to any queries we had. If we do a big family holiday again this would be our 1st choice. 10/10Thank you Joan for such an enjoyable stay.

Property is great. Beautiful outside space and pool. Very well equipped. We had one problem that was fixed very quickly. Great location so near to the beach and restaurants. Cant really think of any negatives!

We have just returned from a holiday in Majorca.As a family of ten with ages ranging from 4 -76 we stayed at the Villa Sa Coma in S’Illiot.The villa is stunning and in a prime location, being only a few minutes from beach,bars and restaurants.When we arrived we were greeted by the owners father who ensured we were happy and had everything we needed.The villa is spacious inside and out with ample areas for socialising but also many comfortable quiet areas for reading or for a quiet afternoon nap! The villa is extremely well equipped with a large modern kitchen. Downstairs is also a very comfortable TV room. All the bedrooms are air conditioned and all have comfortable beds and plenty of wardrobe space. The outside, where we spent most of our time is just lovely with, again areas to socialise or sit quietly relaxing in comfortable sofas in the afternoon shade. There is an outdoor kitchen by the pool which incorporates an inbuilt barbecue and a fridge. The pool itself was warm but refreshing.We can’t recommend this villa enough. There are just two things we thought would enhance the stay. The first is a pair of oven gloves and the second probably more important is non breakable tableware(eg cups,plates glasses)to use outside especially with children around.Finally, although we never met the owner,(a man called Joan ),his father met us when we arrived and on our last day he came to say goodbye with some brownies

What a villa! The reviews seemed too good to be true but they are! It’s obvious the villa is well loved by the family owners by all of the small t touches. There is an abundance of useful items - toilet rolls, lots of pool towels, lots of normal towels, so many dishwasher tablets. I absolutely hate it when you go somewhere and spend a lot of money but then have to spend a small fortune on supplies! Then there’s the villa itself which is as big as it looks on the pictures and bigger! The pool is perfect, we enjoyed the outdoor cooking area, the very well-stocked kitchen. There were toys for the little ones and games for the big kids. We didn’t really want to leave but if you do venture out it’s close to the beach and a 2 minute walk to shops etc. there’s also a fab gym practically next door. We would love to come back and hope to do so again!

Unser Aufenthalt war super. Die Villa war sauber und bot alles was das Herz begehrt. Besonders positiv ist uns der Besitzer aufgefallen. Er war stets freundlich, aufmerksam und um unser Wohl bedacht. Kleinere Mängel wurden unverzüglich behoben. Für die Kids wurden Babybetten und Hochstühle bereitgestellt. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😊

We (3 families) had come to the island for climbing. The villa was the perfect base for our holiday and is centrally located in Sa Coma, not far from the beach and smaller shops. A small supermarket was within 2 minutes walking distance. Our stay in this villa was absolutely fantastic! From booking to departure, everything went smoothly and our expectations were exceeded by far. On arrival, a generously filled fruit basket, a large cake and even cold drinks awaited us. The villa was in immaculate condition. Everything was freshly cleaned and well maintained. We felt very comfortable and safe right from the start. The interior of the house was tastefully decorated and provided all the comforts we had asked for. The beds were very comfortable and the large living areas were cosy and inviting. The pool and the large garden with its many seating areas were also an absolute plus. There was even a table tennis table and a gym to keep everyone entertained. The kitchen was well equipped so we could effortlessly prepare our own meals. Joan was extremely friendly and helpful. We felt well looked after beforehand and received useful information about the region. We were even able to send a package with our climbing equipment in advance to the host's address, which was then waiting for us at the villa on arrival. We can wholeheartedly recommend this holiday home as it meets and exceeds all expectations. Many thanks to Joan for this wonderful time and the super service!

Godt indrettet hus med store og dejlige værelser. Ligeledes god grund med mulighed for leg og afslapning. OK swimmingpool. Dog fik vi aldrig tilsendt den nøjagtige adresse og måtte ringe før vi fandt huset.

Wonderful space outdoors. We were 6 adults, 6 children under 4 and we had lots of room inside and out to make ourselves at home. Beautiful beaches nearby- we loved Agulla and Mandia. Very kid friendly. We had a brilliant time.

We recently stayed at this villa for a two week family holiday and enjoyed both the facilities provided by the villa and its location. This is a large property with plenty of room outdoors for the energetic little ones. Upstairs the rooms are a good size, the beds comfortable and the bathroom facilities are great. Downstairs is spacious and comfortable throughout with excellent facilities. Pool was a good size, with three areas to it, which we all enjoyed on a daily basis. Location is perfect, with a 5 minute walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars. We really cannot fault this facility other than the gnats which is to be expected given the surrounding shrubbery. This villa lived up to all we expected and the owners were extremely good at addressing a couple of minor issues and were always on hand if needed. We would recommend this property.

The pictures do not do this Villa justice. Excellent accommodation with plenty of facilities. Owner had a personal issue that he had to deal with when we arrived but this did not prevent him from ensuring that we were comfortable and happy with our stay. The welcome pack was most welcoming! Villa close to the beach and within easy walking of some good restaurants. The wifi is excellent. The whole family that included teenagers were very happy and had a very enjoyable holiday. Our first use of Vrbo and any concerns we may have had quickly evaporated.

Wir waren drei Familien (5 Erwachsene und sechs Kids von 7 bis 14 Jahren) und hatten eine schöne Woche in der luxuriös eingerichteten Villa. Super gefallen hat uns das Begrüßungspaket, die extra Handtücher sowie dass Waschmittel, Duschbad usw. vorhanden waren. Ein Problem mit der Elektrik wurde innerhalb von zwei Stunden behoben. Nervig waren lediglich die Mücken. Gefehlt haben uns nur ein paar Müslischüsseln und mehr Aufhängmöglichkeiten für die Handtücher in den Bädern.

What a great holiday home in a fantastic location. 5 minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. We were a three generation family so it was ideal for all. The gardens and outside areas were beautiful and huge, great for the children with a lovely pool which was used from morning to dusk...when we weren't at the stunning beach !!! Communication and help from the owner was so easy. We have been renting villas for years as a family and this was one of the very best. Thank you so much for our lovely holiday x

The interior of the house was tastefully decorated and provided all the comforts we had asked for. The beds were very comfortable and the large living areas were cosy and inviting. The pool and the large garden with its many seating areas were also an absolute plus. There was even a table tennis table and a gym to keep everyone entertained. The kitchen was well equipped so we could effortlessly prepare our own meals. Joan was extremely friendly and helpful. We felt well looked after beforehand and received useful information about the region. We were even able to send a package with our climbing equipment in advance to the host's address, which was then waiting for us at the villa on arrival. We can wholeheartedly recommend this holiday home as it meets and exceeds all expectations. Many thanks to Joan for this wonderful time and the super service!

There were 9 of us in our group ranging from 21-76 and we all loved the villa. We were allowed to check-in early as we arrived in the resort at 12.30pm.Perfect location, 5 minute walk to a stunning beach and bars, shops and restaurants. 15 minute walk to a much cheaper and bigger Carrefour Supermarket than the Spar shops down the road. The villa was fantastic, 5 bedrooms with the most comfortable beds, 3 bathrooms upstairs. The entrance and staircase were amazing.The best equipped villa we have ever stayed in, there's nothing that we needed that wasn't already in the villa. Outside a good sized pool with 3 different levels, perfect for cooling off during the hot summer days. Enough sunbeds, chairs and space for all 9 of us. Outdoor sink, shower and toilet. BBQ area. Joan, was the perfect host, and responded quickly to any queries we had. If we do a big family holiday again this would be our 1st choice. 10/10Thank you Joan for such an enjoyable stay.

Vi reste tre familjer med 6 vuxna och resten barn/ungdomar i åldrar mellan 10-15år. Huset passade oss perfekt med jättebra ytor och poolområde. Läget på huset var också bra då allt fanns i nära anslutning i form av restauranger, butiker och stränder. Vi hyrde även bilar och gjorde en hel del utflykter.

Great house, hospitality and service. Just came back from our week in Sa Coma. House was perfect for our family get-together to celebrate our father’s 75th birthday. 12 ppl from 3-75 years old and we all har a lovely time. Kids loved the pool and garden. Close to great beach and restaurants. Definitely recommend this hous and Sa Coma area. Thank you!

We have just returned from a holiday in Majorca.As a family of ten with ages ranging from 4 -76 we stayed at the Villa Sa Coma in S’Illiot.The villa is stunning and in a prime location, being only a few minutes from beach,bars and restaurants.When we arrived we were greeted by the owners father who ensured we were happy and had everything we needed.The villa is spacious inside and out with ample areas for socialising but also many comfortable quiet areas for reading or for a quiet afternoon nap! The villa is extremely well equipped with a large modern kitchen. Downstairs is also a very comfortable TV room. All the bedrooms are air conditioned and all have comfortable beds and plenty of wardrobe space. The outside, where we spent most of our time is just lovely with, again areas to socialise or sit quietly relaxing in comfortable sofas in the afternoon shade. There is an outdoor kitchen by the pool which incorporates an inbuilt barbecue and a fridge. The pool itself was warm but refreshing.We can’t recommend this villa enough. There are just two things we thought would enhance the stay. The first is a pair of oven gloves and the second probably more important is non breakable tableware(eg cups,plates glasses)to use outside especially with children around.Finally, although we never met the owner,(a man called Joan ),his father met us when we arrived and on our last day he came to say goodbye with some brownies

What a villa! The reviews seemed too good to be true but they are! It’s obvious the villa is well loved by the family owners by all of the small t touches. There is an abundance of useful items - toilet rolls, lots of pool towels, lots of normal towels, so many dishwasher tablets. I absolutely hate it when you go somewhere and spend a lot of money but then have to spend a small fortune on supplies! Then there’s the villa itself which is as big as it looks on the pictures and bigger! The pool is perfect, we enjoyed the outdoor cooking area, the very well-stocked kitchen. There were toys for the little ones and games for the big kids. We didn’t really want to leave but if you do venture out it’s close to the beach and a 2 minute walk to shops etc. there’s also a fab gym practically next door. We would love to come back and hope to do so again!
