Lovely boutique hotel close to the marinas and airport. About a 2 minute walk into the town from the bridge which is the closest spot a taxi can drop you to the hotel. The staff were attentive and friendly. There’s a restaurant at the hotel and many other food options all around. I also appreciated how clean the bathroom was.

Hotel Monika was the perfect place to stay! The location was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to make our visit special. They even prepared a to-go lunch for us since we had an early flight and would miss breakfast. The night before our departure, they ensured staff was available to serve us drinks on the beautiful terrace, which was such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend this hotel for both the service and the atmosphere!

Terrific place to stay in Trogir! Location is perfect, absolutely tops. Hotel staff were so helpful and friendly, we really could not ask for a better experience. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice; delicious made-to-order omlettes provided upon request. Afternoon wine on the patio was a lovely way to relax. Loved this place - thank you!!

The staff was great. We got there pretty early due to our early flight arrival. They stored our bags at the front and were able to let us check in an hourly early which was greatly appreciated due to our jet lag. They also had our bags already in our rooms when we did check in. The sitting area on the 2nd floor was fantastic for 6 of us to meet and have a drink and some mussels from the restaurant. Air conditioned rooms were fantastic and cold which was much needed on the hot day.

First of all, the staff was very friendly and hospitable in their service. The facilities are not new, but they are clean and very comfortable. Since we came by rental car, the parking lot is a bit far away. However, you can park at the guest rate (25EUR/DAY) and you can take your vehicle out at any time, which is very convenient. I would like to come back again.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Monika. The hotel staff are all friendly and helpful and the rooms are very nice, clean and we had no issue with noise at night time. The terrace area on the first floor is a lovely place to sit and relax. The restaurant was also very nice with lovely service and delicious fresh food. I would definitely return to this hotel on my next visit to this lovely part of Croatia.

Great Hotel in the middel of the old Town. The rooms where simple but very clean and beskytter painted and commfortable bed. The bathroom was very nice with bathrobes and everything you need. Nice aircondition and very good Windows. We did not hear planes, church bells or noice from restaurants when closed. We will definately stay here next time in Trogir.

A very charming hotel in the heart of old town Trogir. Our room was spacious and clean. The owners and staff were so friendly and accommodating. They made our stay very enjoyable. There are lots of shops, restaurants and all the historical sights just steps away. The only thing is ,you have to walk in from the north gate as vehicles can’t get inside the walls of old town. It only takes a couple of minutes to get from the north gate to Hotel Monika but it is on cobble stone streets. We had no issue ,but if you have mobility issues it may be a concern.

Lovely hotel in the centre of Trogir. Hotel was clean and comfortable and had everything needed for a lovely stay. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Staff couldn’t have been more friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend Hotel Monika and would definitely stay here again if in Trogir.

It’s a beautiful and charming hotel in the heart of old town Trogir. The room was very spacious and comfortable and clean, and I loved the large modern bathroom with a big soaking tub. And all the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly! I would definitely stay there again.

Situé dans une étroite ruelle du centre historique de trogir, dans un immeuble ancien, les chambres sont très bien équipées et insonorisées. Un peu de climatisation aurait été bienvenue, car le mode chauffage seul était actif en ce début mai. Le personnel est très serviable. Nous avons aimé pouvoir prendre le petit déjeuner vers 7h moins 10, quelques minutes en avance donc, car notre vol partait tôt.

The two men who worked at the reception were very kind. Hotel was in an excellent location in the heart of the Old Town. Room was nice and cool with AC. Would have been nice to have eggs for breakfast

We arrived late and needed an early shuttle to the airport. Tony stayed late to greet us and to ensure that our shuttle was scheduled and secure. He went the extra mile by walking us to the shuttle pick up spot which was Les than 1 city block away. We were unaware that the whole area was only for pedestrians but pushing our luggage wasn’t too difficult. Some of the roads are in distress and it is obvious that they are currently being addressed. The town and Promonade is charming and there were many fish and Italian dining options even at 9:15 pm on a weekday night! The room itself was very clean and the linens were sumptuous. This was a definite “find” of both a hotel and town the night before we departed from Croatia after a wonderful vacation. Airport ride was 10-15 minutes tops.

We had a lovely five-night stay in this hotel in early September. The hotel staff were friendly and courteous throughout. A member of staff called to check on us, as our flight was a little delayed, and, later, they let us borrow some beach towels. The room was comfortable, clean and air conditioned, with a good shower. Window shutters and curtains allowed for a quiet and dark sleep with little distubance. We got a plentiful breakfast buffet each morning, included in the price. The hotel is a very short walk from the Trogir bus depot, so easy to reach by bus from Split airport (37 bus, runs into late evening, and costs about €2). The hotel is located in the midst of the old town of Trogir, an attractive warren of narrow, cobbled streets. All parts of Trogir island can be easily reached on foot. There are lots of restaurants nearby (most relatively similar in their menu, but all of decent standard, with good seafood). Expect to pay €30-50 per person for dinner with a glass of wine. For a cheaper option, there is a market just outside the Trogir walls with copious food, sandwiches, etc. Walking to the promenade, one can take a quick taxi boat to the beach on Okrug, for €5 per person. There you can swim and do a range of water-based activities. The beach is pebbled rather than sandy, so consider some swim shoes or hiring a recliner for €10 each. Or sit in one of the open air cafes overlooking the beach. Altogether a lovely stay and a lovely hotel.

En overnatting på hotellet. Fantastisk velkomst med hygglelig personal som tok vare på bagasje før insjekk. Viste oss vei ute i gaten til den beste sjømatrestauranten. Da vi kom tilbake til insjekk, var bagasjen bært opp på rommet og vi ble fulgt opp til rommet for en omvisning. Helt enestående velkomst og hotellrom.

They even prepared a to-go lunch for us since we had an early flight and would miss breakfast. The night before our departure, they ensured staff was available to serve us drinks on the beautiful terrace, which was such a thoughtful touch. A very charming hotel in the heart of old town Trogir. Our room was spacious and clean. The owners and staff were so friendly and accommodating. They made our stay very enjoyable. There are lots of shops, restaurants and all the historical sights just steps away. The only thing is ,you have to walk in from the north gate as vehicles can’t get inside the walls of old town. It only takes a couple of minutes to get from the north gate to Hotel Monika but it is on cobble stone streets. We had no issue ,but if you have mobility issues it may be a concern.

Lovely hotel in the centre of Trogir. Hotel was clean and comfortable and had everything needed for a lovely stay. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Staff couldn’t have been more friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend Hotel Monika and would definitely stay here again if in Trogir.

Hotel Monika was a wonderful home base for an amazing time in Trogir and Split. Very central location to all that we wanted to do and experience yet off the 'main drag' so quiet and peaceful to come back to! The staff was amazing! Helpful, kind and very responsive. Beautiful location in the heart of the old town district within a maze (literally) of cobblestone streets. Not accessible by car, so a couple minutes walk to catch the morning taxi. If you’re looking for a quiet place this might not be your best option as it’s quite touristy late into the night and the fortress walls have a way of echoing the sounds. Otherwise great spot with wonderful staff and first class concierge service!

Lovely boutique hotel close to the marinas and airport. About a 2 minute walk into the town from the bridge which is the closest spot a taxi can drop you to the hotel. The staff were attentive and friendly. There’s a restaurant at the hotel and many other food options all around. I also appreciated how clean the bathroom was.

We had a lovely five-night stay in this hotel in early September. The hotel staff were friendly and courteous throughout. A member of staff called to check on us, as our flight was a little delayed, and, later, they let us borrow some beach towels. The room was comfortable, clean and air conditioned, with a good shower. Window shutters and curtains allowed for a quiet and dark sleep with little distubance. We got a plentiful breakfast buffet each morning, included in the price. The hotel is a very short walk from the Trogir bus depot, so easy to reach by bus from Split airport (37 bus, runs into late evening, and costs about €2). The hotel is located in the midst of the old town of Trogir, an attractive warren of narrow, cobbled streets. All parts of Trogir island can be easily reached on foot. There are lots of restaurants nearby (most relatively similar in their menu, but all of decent standard, with good seafood). Expect to pay €30-50 per person for dinner with a glass of wine. For a cheaper option, there is a market just outside the Trogir walls with copious food, sandwiches, etc. Walking to the promenade, one can take a quick taxi boat to the beach on Okrug, for €5 per person. There you can swim and do a range of water-based activities. The beach is pebbled rather than sandy, so consider some swim shoes or hiring a recliner for €10 each. Or sit in one of the open air cafes overlooking the beach. Altogether a lovely stay and a lovely hotel.

Beautiful historic hotel in the heart of old Trogir. No vehicle access thru the maze like old town so hotel front desk met is where taxis drop you off and carried our bags thru the beautiful narrow old streets to the hotel. Parts of hotel date to 15th century, but all the modern amenities and indoor finishes fully up to date.

Terrific place to stay in Trogir! Location is perfect, absolutely tops. Hotel staff were so helpful and friendly, we really could not ask for a better experience. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice; delicious made-to-order omlettes provided upon request. Afternoon wine on the patio was a lovely way to relax. Loved this place - thank you!!

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Monika. The hotel staff are all friendly and helpful and the rooms are very nice, clean and we had no issue with noise at night time. The terrace area on the first floor is a lovely place to sit and relax. The restaurant was also very nice with lovely service and delicious fresh food. I would definitely return to this hotel on my next visit to this lovely part of Croatia.

Fantastic location. A quick note on parking instructions would have been great, but our lady was so nice, as were her two male colleagues. They fed us, despite the late time. The food was also very good. We ended up staying an extra night.

An absolute gem!!! Hotel staff was amazing from the porter helping getting bags to and from hotel, front desk, breakfast barista and for the breakfast spread that was amazing. Everyone was so helpful. The rooms and views were breathtaking and I would highly recommended for anyone traveling to Positano.
