The staff here is just wonderful! The bath house is awesome, we used it almost every night. Convenient to lots of restaurants and some shopping and the train station which was awesome. I would definitely stay here again when we come to visit our son stationed here in Iwakuni.

By American standards, the room was small (no closet) with a tiny bathroom that looked like it came out of an RV. On the plus side, the toilet seat was heated! I would stay here again, but the room would be very cramped with two or more guests.

The room was cramped & not at all like the photos. The bed was pushed up against the wall & the desk chair blocked the bottom so you had to climb over the other person to get into bed. The photo showed a massage chair in the premium room and when I called the front desk I was told I would be moved after my first night and was not. Instead there was a mini loveseat which took up the space for a nightstand. There is a giant picture window into the bathroom which is freaky and no safety bar into the very high but tiny bathtub making it super dangerous getting into the bathtub. It also stated soundproof room but it was anything but.

Close to the Iwakuni train station and parking options are also close by. The front desk staff was either friendly or cold. Sometimes we’d have to tell them hello as they hide their faces behind the monitor. Weird! Do not get the room with the step up and bed mattress on the floor as it’s a hazard at night when you get up to use the restroom, you have to step down to the floor level then step into the restroom. Super dangerous in the dark. Other than that, amenities were basic but what do you expect for a room less than $60/night. Pretty decent as far as convenience.

Hôtel situé non loin de la gare (~5min à pied) , il est dans une rue où il y a beaucoup de restaurants. Il faisait très chaud dans la chambre à notre arrivée (même si les rideaux étaient tirés). La vue de la fenêtre donnait sur les toits . La salle de bain était un peu petite (avec une partie est vitrée donnant sur le reste de la chambre...ça surprend lorsqu'on ne s'y attend pas). L'arrivée d'eau est partagée entre le lavabo et la douche (donc si vous ne voyagez pas seul, vous ne pouvez utiliser le robinet du lavabo pendant que quelqu'un se douche). Le bain public avait un franc succès auprès des clients. Petit déjeuner buffet complet servi dans le hall d'entrée de l'hôtel (selon l'heure à laquelle on descend, il peut donc y avoir pas mal de monde). Chocolat chaud proposé parmi les boissons chaudes (suffisamment rare à la carte des autres hôtels de notre séjour, pour être metionné ici)

Nice clean room. As seems to be typical with all Japanese hotels, the rooms are small and are not conducive to how American business people like to travel. That is to say, no desk for laptops, few receptacles to charge devices, and no closets. But the staff is very friendly, and the room was fine. But not much to do in Iwakuni...
