Room was clean but random hairs left behind. I traveled with spouse and 8 year old child. When I asked for a towel, there was a 100 yen charge so I declined and we shared a towel. When I parked there was no explanation of the charges or how it worked. Very limited English. It’s okay that I had to pay but to call my room at 2200 to have me come down and pay was inconvenient and inconsiderate. If explained, then that could have been arranged during check-in. The room was small for 3 persons and the bed was hard. When they cleaned the room it was left with more random hairs and the bed made but cups were left uncleaned. For a normal hotel service usually those are cleaned being that there are no dish soap in the room or dish cloths. The breakfast was subpar we did not eat it as it was not appealing. The best part of our room was the bathroom. Water was hot and my child enjoyed the bath. When we asked for another pillow a blanket they tried to charge for that as well. Check out was simple however at 1000. We asked for 1100. Came down at 1030 and charged 1000 yen.
