Room was great, very spacious and comfortable But Hôtel was being renovated and facilities were severely restricted I think it is the responsibility of all parties including on sellers to declare this at time of booking Due to scaffolding the internet continually dropped out in the room we were in which was very annoying Beautiful building and at some stage will be a great hotel just not at the moment

Beautiful hotel set in the old court building in Nantes. It is very centrally located and a 2 minute walk into the shops, bars and restaurants. Excellent self service buffet breakfast. Room was very spacious with a huge bed! Bathroom was quite small but served its purpose. We'd definitely stay here again.

Il est regrettable que la question du parking ne soit pas posée des l’arrivée. Cela éviterait de payer le parking en arrivant et pour la nuit. Il faudrait également mettre à disposition une grande bouteille d’eau dans la chambre car cela manque.

The staff at the hotel were pleasant, friendly and helpful. We had to change rooms late at night as the air conditioning wasn’t working. It was 28’ in the room. We were relocated to another room which was much better. Parking isn’t on site but a NCP car park is about 100 yards away and is locked overnight. Would stay again if we were in Nantes.

Hotel is in a very good location - central to everything. Hotel is nice but very tied, house keeping missed our room 2 days running. Hotel wasnt open for luch or dinner throughout the stay which we were not advised about prior to arrival.

Un gros laisser aller sur le ménage et l'entretien rend cette récente visite décevante. les couloirs d'accès sont très sales, remplis de "moutons" de poussière (et pas des moutons de un jour!). la moquette de la deuxième chambre n'était pas correctement aspirée, (la première avait un lavabo de bouché).

Would not stay here again. The first room they gave me was not even cleaned. Dirty toilet paper on the toilet, dirty, coffee cups, half eaten fruit on the table. I went to the front desk and they gave me a new room and told me that I would get the VIP treatment… That meant nothing to them I guess. New room was somewhat clean, but hairs on top of the pillow on the bed, and when I moved the pillow away, they were hairs under the pillow. That’s just gross. The carpets are old and ratty both inside the rooms as well as the hallways. my first dirty room had a window that opened, but my second room had a window that couldn’t be opened. The hotel restaurant had to Monterey options for dinner. I would read it a six out of 10. Overall the hotel looks like it was made into a hotel haphazardly. Things don’t make sense, including the lobby. I would recommend staying elsewhere.

A very good place to stay when visiting Nantes. The staff are very attentive and pleasant. Rooms spotless with modern facilities, larger than average French hotel rooms. Un réflexe à avoir si vous cherchez un bel hôtel avec une histoire forte grâce à sa bâtisse majestueuse auparavant et repris avec flegmme par les meilleurs architectes . 1)propre , pro, avec un personnel convivial, chic et toujours sobre et élégant , s'adaptant avec tacte à chaque client. 2) En tant que que client j apprécie car sans jamais en faire trop /'à l'écoute à notre service sans jamais être intrusif , recrutement RH exceptionnel ainsi que tt personnel tant calme à l' écoute et efficace., Dommage que le restaurant n'a pas encore réouvert . Idéal pour chacun de vos séjours à Nantes , Famille, amis ,affaires , tourisme et services dévoués du personnel ,. Bug ou pas on s'entends toujours avec le personnel serviable ce n'est pas encore un palace , mais on s'y approche doucement mais indéniablement. Bref hôtel inévitable lors de mes / et j' espère boss vos séjour ou passage à Nantes .

The hotel is in a beautiful corner court of justice. The suite was spacious, bright and clean. The breakfast was disappointing- the omelet and French toast were similar to one on the airplane (warmed up / micro waved?) and it was difficult to get any attention from the staff as there were not many of them. Overall a beautiful hotel but a bit let down by the restaurant and lack of service
