Residence Inn Visalia

Personnel très agréable. Petit déjeuner copieux. Tout a été fait pour rendre le séjour très agréable. Seul bémol : le bruit de la route.

The ac/heater inside the room made noises loud enough to disturb sleep. Otherwise the room was great with standard amenities and was very clean also. The breakfast was a let down compared to other residence inns. The items were not being filled up at all. There was always scarcity of very basic itema like curtlery. Had to request to managers for many items.

Room was over 90F and heater control broken. Had to switch rooms. Cold water in the shower in the morning. Not the Marriott standard!!! 100+ Marriott nights per year. Very disappointing.

yes, room was very clean, staff was excellent

It was nice but breakfast not so good and the sound of traffic constantly all day all night was a little to much. Whatever you use to clean has a aweful smell through out the whole hotel and room.
