Fairly clean, bit of dust in the bathroom and the kind of place i'd rather wear socks than walk barefoot on the carpet. Some fitting and decoration a bit tired. The following was as advertised but worth highlighting: Breakfast from 0630 on weekdays didn't work well with my schedule. $15 a day for parking was steep with other hotels in the area not charging.

Parking was charged at $15 per day even though the property is located on the outskirts with plenty of parking space available. I can understand such charges in downtown locations or areas with limited parking, but it did not feel justified here. Only 3 towels were provided for 4 guests, even after repeated requests. The housekeeping staff mentioned that no extra towels were available because the property was fully occupied. As a result, we had to share towels throughout our 3-day stay, which was quite inconvenient. Items like cream cheese, butter, marmalade, etc. at breakfast were kept inside the chef’s area, and every time we needed them, we had to knock on the door and ask for them. This felt uncomfortable and inconvenient. Apart from these issues, the property was clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff were polite and respectful.

Prices for the room were decent. Decent in room coffee. The hospitality market at front desk has some serious usary prices however. I expect those types of prices at a concert or ball game. Evidently the cleaning staff hits our floor between 8-9am. Except for the one time we left the 'all set' tag off the door. Overall the staff were friendly and did a very good job. The breakfast is good here, well prepared and rarely was there a wait for warm food to be refilled. Moving the kitchen counter chairs makes quite a loud noise from the floor above, which happen rather frequently. Permanently attached sliding or felt feet would be a huge improvement. Not sure what they used to wash the sofa bed blanket. If I had to guess it was from a detergent company called Carborundum or Norton abrasives. We hate fabric softeners mainly for the unhealthy fragrances, but this would be one time to use it. Fortunately our room had a mostly neutral smell. There was no vanilla scent bomb inconspicuously hidden like the previous room at this location. If I had one request for all hotels: Use only fragrance free cleaners.
