The rooms are air-conditioned which was a necessity this July. There is free parking opposite the hotel but for Euro 15 you can park in their indoor garage (limited to 4 spaces though). The check-in was disorganised as the receptionist walked us to the indoor garage (38 degrees and 100m away) to show us, then walked us back to the hotel, then we drove our car from the free car park opposite to the indoor garage, then walked back again. It would have been more organised to tell us to follow her in the car to avoid the back and forth in such extreme heat! Although we had paid upfront, we were asked to pay upon arrival. The receptionist said she would get the invoice corrected but in the morning, upon check-out, we were asked again to pay for the room. I had to show proof of payment to them! However, having said that, the hotel is centrally-located just opposite the start of the pedestrianised old town and the rooms were very cool due to an efficient air-conditioning unit. We did not reserve breakfast as we thought it was expensive at Euro 16 per person. Dole is a lovely place so I would recommend this hotel if you are passing by.
