Hotel Hu Incheon Airport

It\'s just a few hours stay before my early flight at the next day. You got all you need and there is a 24h convenience store down stairs. Can easily get here through the free airport shuttle bus, right in front of the "International business center" station of the free airport shuttle route.

아침 비행기로 가실분은 하루 묵기에는 나쁘지는 않습니다. 하지만 침대 메트릭스의 퀄리티는 아무리 가격을 생각해도 가관인 수준... 주차 4박5일 공짜로 해주는거에 만족합니다.

There was a free shuttle bus which runs around terminals and the business complex areas stops right outside the hotel so it was very convenient. The hotel was outdated but spacious and the self check in-out was relatively easy. A convenient store was located in the building so overall good enough as a reasonable transit stay for families.

It is a nice hotel! We came here just for one night after a long intercontinental flight, and it has everything you need, including a kitchen, and a 24h convenience store in the basement. There is an airport transfer every couple of mins which takes about 5mins to the airport. But the best is, the staff really takes care of everything. Every request we had was fulfilled, and they were always very nice and professional. I can very much recommend this hotel!

The room was well-equipped-kitchette, washer/dryer, great shower, complimentary water for each guest, a/c, fan, security monitor at door, tv. The front desk staff, especially the day manager, were friendly and helpful! Free bus to and from the airport right outside the hotel, as well as taxi service. Several convenience stores, great eating spots and bars nearby.

The room was big but furnitures were old. It was more of an airbnb style with kitchen, stove, microwave oven, big ref etc. We felt relaxed because we had more room.

広くて快適に過ごせました。バスタブがないのが残念。空港からの循環シャトルバスの本数が少ないのと、乗り場が分かりにくかった。インスパイアアリーナへ行く方は公共交通機関は不便なので、タクシーを利用したほうがいいです。

오피스텔에 침대가 갖춰진 호텔이다. 그러나 이 호텔의 장점은 4박5일 건물내 무료주차를 제공 및 건물앞에 무료공항셔틀 정거장이 있어 10분내로 공항이동이 가능하다 공항 셔틀 첫차가 5시에 있으니 오전8시 이전 비행이라면 호텔에서 소개해주는 콜택시를 이용하면 1만원에 이동할 수 있다. 참고로 이시간에는 카카오택시가 안잡힌다.

めちゃくちゃ綺麗

Most disgusting hotel experience in my life. The hotel towel had poop on it when I came in to take a shower. When I told the front desk they did very little to help and when I got to my room again later in the day I found another towel with pool in it. Most disgusting stay of my life!

Location is great, less than 10 mins to the airport. Free airport shuttle runs every 10 minutes and stops right infront of the Hotel. The airport van service is right on the corner as well if you don’t want to take the free bus. Front desk is really nice. Very helpful and speaks english. Room is spacious and I love the cabinets and all the chairs and tables. BUT.. Room is dirty. Smell of cigarette overwhelms you right when you get in the room. Bathroom was barely cleaned. So much mildew on the tiles, shower glass door looked like it hasn’t been cleaned for a while. Bathroom stinks, smells like pee and cigarette even if you flush it many times or keep the exhaust running. Bed is hard and bouncy. Barely slept. Was not comfortable. Didn’t have a choice since this was the only available hotel during my trip, but will never book here again.

Good: Free airport shuttle bus. Make sure you go to the 3rd floor (departures) not 1st floor (arrivals). The bus stop is easily found at exit 3 and also exit 12 on the departures level and the bus has Korean and English announcements and signage. We went to the level 1 bus stops (plural) at first and it’s all a bit confusing and mainly in Korean signage. Bad: Obviously a run down “hotel”, which are just really apartment. Room felt unclean and dusty even though it looked OK. Bed sheets looked fresh but I felt itchy sleeping in them. The shower is very slow to drain so it floods everywhere. OK: Unusual check-in experience. The self check-in machine didn’t find my booking but in hindsight probably because they expected last name first. We arrived at 11pm and luckily someone still at the front desk. After confirming our name we were given a piece of paper with a room number and access code (no physical key). The receptionist spoke OK English but didn’t feel as if he was really there to help. On check-out, typing my last name and first name worked. Towels, toothbrushes, disposable shavers, small shampoo and shower gels, kettle, microwave, crockery and utensils and a washing machine and hob were all provided though we only stayed here for less than 10 hours for an overnight transit. For the cost it didn’t feel it was worth it, hence the lower review score. If they can get the basics up to standard then it would probably be alright.

일단 체크인방식이 종이에 비번이 나오는데 다른사람이 볼까봐 너무 불안했어요. 저희가 비번을 바꿀수도 없나봐요... 일단 그냥 오피스텔이였지 호텔이라고 하기에는 좀 많이 애매하고 복도에 버리는가구가 놓여있고 침대시트에는 검은 얼룩들이 있었고 화장실변기물을 내리면 하수구 냄새가 올라왔어요. 벽에는 마치 뭘 철거한건지 벽면에 나무가 돌출되어있었어요. 다시이용하고싶지 않아요.

Fairly basic hotel, only a portable AC unit which was not very effective andcc bc was also quite noisy. Easy access to airport shuttle bus.

Pros - There was free shuttle service between the airport and the hotel. Just be aware that it takes over 30 minutes from terminal 2 versus 5 minutes from terminal 1. Cons - Overall the hotel room was large but bed was very hard and not very comfortable.

The building and especially the hallway looks like a prison. However the rooms themselves are fine.

室内も綺麗で特に不満無し。 備え付けのスポットクーラーが室内に排熱しており、クーラーとしては機能していなかったので、そこだけ。

방이 넓은편이고 화장실은 깨끗해서 좋았습니다. 잠깐 잠자고 씻고나올 수준으로는 괜찮네요. 다만 에어컨이 이동식인데 비행기 소리보다 크네요. 한여름에는 잠자기 쉽지 않을것 같습니다.

Tutto perfetto per chi ha bisogno di avere l’aeroporto a portata di mano. Navetta gratuita ogni 15 minuti che ti porta al terminal 1 in soli 5-7 minuti. Unico neo il letto molto duro

Nice hotel for a good price it just needs better Dehumidifiers in the room.

Manual checkin was a little bit challenging as my reservation did not come up. But someone showed and helped. All, walking distance to ICN. Price + location, great. And the Jet Lagged Lizard pub is good nearby too.

Really close to the airport so its convenient and the staff helped us check in since the desk was closed. You check in and out of a kiosk which doesnt work most of the time, so I was unable to check out properly as the kiosk said to talk to staff but the desk was closed. Hoping I dont get charged for late check-out as I had to catch a bus.

공항 가깝고 쾌적했습니다. 단 프론트가 24시간이 아니라는 점이 살짝 아쉽습니다.

We arrived after the front desk closed at 11 pm. They have a self check in kiosk but because the hotel did not give us an access code we could not check in. Called Expedia but there was nothing they could do, other than to try and book us in a property far away. We ended up walking a few minutes with our 6 pieces of luggage at 2 am to the Grand Hyatt (via Orbitz) and got two nights for $50 more and wonderful service and food. Silver lining is Hotel Hu didn’t bill us.

Good place to crash for the night befire a flight. There really is no staff at this property, sort of an aparthotel kind of deal, you can check in and out automatically, and get a door code to open your door. So inwas not sure hownto rate the staff. There was a helpful guy at the front desk, which doesnt appear to be staffed 24hrs.

I thought it was a hotel but there is no reception until 2am. I thought we could ask them to save our luggage when we arrived early but no one was there. Same with checking out. If you have a late flight this is not the place you want. I thought we could leave the luggage for storage but we had to go to the airport right away and waited for 10 hours.

The room was clean and very nice, and I liked how close to the airport it is, however when I went to check out, there was no one at the front desk, even though 24-hour concierge service was listed on their features, and their checkout kiosk wouldn't accept any information I input, so I had to leave a note when I checked out.

The staff at the welcome desk are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He was able to provide helpful advice to enable me to reach the airport on time for the following day. The room size is huge and almost serves as a small apartment with a kitchen and washing machine. The hotel is also in a great location not even 5 minutes from the airport and close to other local amenities and many restaurants. Wonderful stay overall

Central air conditioning was broken and room had a noisy portable unit in it. Fortunately, the weather was cool so I was comfortable with the windows open. Despite being an airport hotel, the area is very quiet. Otherwise, the room was very comfortable.

Very near to air port

Biggest draw was proximity to the airport and 3 separate beds. Arrived at the airport and needed to wait until the morning to catch a bus so I looked for the closest hotel and found Hotel Hu. From Terminal 1, you can exit 3 or 10 to catch a free bus ride which will drop you off right in front of the Hotel. You can enter either front of middle entrance since it's free, but middle entrance is preferable if you have big bags. There are at least 3 convenience stores, many restaurants within a block. There was an EDM event nearby but I did not hear a peep from my room. To go back to the Airport, just cross the street to catch the bus. Highly recommend

Near to airport, free shuttle to airport. Good for travellers who have early morning flights.
