Convenient. It takes less than 10 minutes to go to Tokyo Station. Try to find the route underground if possible. Coffee shop on the second floor and 7 eleven on the first floor. Self-serviced laundry on the 9th floor. Vending machines, ice machine, microwave provided on the 5th and 12th floor too. Absolutely clean and tidy.

全体的にスタッフのサービスも良く、部屋もすごく綺麗でした。コインランドリーでの外国客が多く、普通に順番を抜かされます。声をかけても中国語、韓国語でしか話してくれず、順番通りに使用しようとしたら怒鳴られました。団体で10人前後はコインランドリーを占領されて結局洗濯を回せたのは26時でした。仕方ないと思いますが、コインランドリーを増やして欲しいです。

We loved staying here. The rooms and beds were comfortable, the room was clean and quiet, and the accessibility to Tokyo Station and other transportation was great. I also loved the selection of amenities and the large bathroom with shower and tub. One of the staff was especially helpful in confirming another hotel reservation for us even though it wasn’t in a related hotel. Highly recommended.

The Superior Twin Room for 3 adults was too squeezy. After a 20 inch luggage and 26 inch luggage were opened up, we had difficulty moving around the room. Hotel was accessible. It’s about 2 minutes walk to Kyobashi station, 6 minutes walk to Tokyo station and 15 minutes walk to Ginza. Hotel was clean and tidy. All necessities needed were available in the room. Good that the toilet has the dry and wet area separated by a glass swing door.

Hotel was spacious with a separated bath and toilet bowl which is a rare find for it's price at Tokyo. Short 5mins walk to Tokyo main station for transport to the rest of Tokyo. Really good accompdation option

We stayed at Daiwa Royney Kyobashi 3 times in the past 18 months. The property is very close to the Tokyo station and room condition is relatively new. However, the cleanness of the room and wifi speeds from the most recent trip was less than satisfactory compared to prior trips.

The room was set up nicely but absolutely no view. It overlooked the high-rise over the street. The beds situation was weird also being that there were two double beds in the room and not a single queen. My wife and I slept in separate beds … not the best start to a romantic getaway. I checked with reception and they said they were sold out of queen rooms. Be careful when booking as rooms pics on the website don’t particularly show that kind of room. Wont be staying there again so it’s of no concern.

We were passing through Tokyo and had luggage delivered to the hotel. The staff put the luggage in our room before we arrived. The room was spacious capable of fitting our 4 large suitcases. The staff were very kind and courteous. The hotel is very conveniently located to Tokyo station and Ginza is a short walk away.

Great location, excellent service and very helpful staff: My son forgot his backpack in the room after early morning ( around 5:30am ) self checking out. With the help from 7/11 downstairs ( super convenient ), we were able to contact the on call staff through intercom. My son 's backpack was delivered at the lobby in no time.

Overall, the staff was not clear. I didn't like the fact i went up n down several.times looking for a restaurant with buffet. When i went back upstairs requesting for someone to tell me where. They kept saying uou have to order. When were on a timeline.i dont have time to sitsown and order breakfast. And microwave was broken and atill no signs anywhere. Many other people complained. Staff was rude. One lady started laughing at me. Not a good experience

Location : excellent : 2 mn walk to metro, 10 mn walk to Tokyo train station ( which we used to take JR bus back to Narita ) 7 eleven down stair very convenient Room : small but ok for us , we had places to put our 2 standard suit case Bathroom: nice size , very contemporary design , good shower pressure and of course standard Toto toilet with everything functions ! Amenities plenty , Kleenex, if you need more , just grab it at the reception Staff : we just have contact when check in and out , efficient , fast Overall an excellent stay

Property was clean and comfy. There is a seven eleven and cute cafe with access from the hotel. About 10 minutes walk away from train station. The neighborhood is quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of more crowded areas like Shibuya. Would def stay here again!

Very convenient, clean property near Tokyo station. Room with twin beds was very small for 2 people. My husband and I had to squeeze by each other when we navigated the room. Nice, well-appointed bathroom, very convenient breakfast cafe on second floor with inexpensive but good food and coffee. Location is terrific.

Good location, fairly close from Tokyo station about 8 min walk and close to ginza line and another line (you can take Asakusa line to Haneda airport without transfer from this line, alternative take airport limousine). Amenities are great, convenience store on ground floor. Dining options are well... you're in Tokyo. So limitless. I think the place is bit more spacious than the other average hotels in Tokyo.
