Der Hintereingang ist direkt an einem Supermarktparkplatz, wo man 90 Min parken kann. Perfekt zum Einchecken und Gepäck ins Zimmer bringen. Die hoteleigene Tiefgarage, welche mit 10€/Tag sehr günstig ist, haben wir nicht genutzt, da unmittelbar beim Hotel Parkmöglichkeiten an der Straße zu finden sind. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war für den Preis absolut ok, einzig das Bad und die Dusche war ziemlich eng, mit wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten. Direkt am Hotel gibt es eine Bushaltestelle, wo regelmäßig und in kurzen Abständen Busse bis zur nächsten U-Bahn fahren. Der Augustiner-Schützengarten ist ebenso in unmittelbarer Fussnähe. Das Frühstücksbuffet haben wir nicht genutzt, da wir beide morgens nur Kaffee brauchen. Dafür gab es gegenüber im Supermarkt eine kleine Kaffeeecke, wo man auch draußen sitzen konnte. Jedoch sah das Buffet im Hotel schon sehr umfangreich und ansprechend aus. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder dort buchen, für den Preis wirklich gut!

The room was a good size and comfortable. Only stayed for one night (tour in the area). There is not much parking available, the hotel’s parking was full and street parking is very limited (good luck finding a spot). The staff was friendly and helpful

The property was clean,close to a bus stop, metro station, some really nice restaurants and had a lidl a few minutes away. Its sister hotel at the back of our hotel had a nice bar & wellness centre. The only negative comment I have to make is regarding the lady on reception, unfortunately I didn't get her name but she was unfriendly & extremely rude.

Ich empfand es als sehr sauber. In näherer Umgebung gibt es verschiedene Lokale um zu Abend zu essen. Für eine Nacht alles ok. Leichten Punkteabzug gibt es, weil das Bett etwas weich und das WC etwas eng war.

Wir waren für fünf Nächte in einem großen, schönen Zimmer mit Ausblick untergebracht. Leider wurde es am zweiten Tag nicht gereinigt, was wir ansprachen und am nächsten Tag sehr ordentlich erfolgte. Aber nach der vierten Nacht war das Zimmer am Abend wieder nicht sauber und keine frischen Handtücher. Bei der Abreise teilten wir dies der Rezeption mit und erhielten die Antwort: das rote Schild hing an der Türe, naja, Mittagspause halt! Vielleicht ein nächster Besuch mit Absprache???

Zimmer war okey, Bad war eine Zumutung, man wollte sich dort schon garnicht Barfuß hinstellen, Dreck auf dem Boden, Kalk, dreckiges Klo. Zimmer zugestaubt! Gewöhnungsbedürftiger Geruch im gesamten Hotel. Wasserhahn ist in alle Richtungen gespritzt…jegliche Halterungen im Bad waren nicht ordnungsgemäß angebracht.

Ich hatte mich für dieses Hotel entschieden, weil mich die Bilder der Zimmer sehr angesprochen haben. Keine Ahnung wo sie diese Bilder her haben, aber das Zimmer welches ich bekommen habe, hatte nichts mit dem Bildern zu tun. Bei der Ankunft im Hotel saß eine Dame am Empfang, die einfachste Fragen nicht verstanden hat.Ihr Deutsch ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Neben ihr saß eine weitere Dame, die sehr wohl gut Deutsch konnte, es aber nicht für nötig hielt zu helfen. Erst als ich zum 3. Mal die selbe Frage stellte, erbarmte sie sich und antwortete mir, in einem Ton der mehr als unangebracht war. Im Zimmer angekommen, wusste ich nicht ob ich heulen oder lachen soll. Die Matratzen waren gefühlt die gleichen wie im Krankenhaus. Die Einrichtung aus dem letzten Jahrhundert.Die Tapete wollte auch schon von der Wand abhauen (löst sich von der Wand). Das Zimmer war dreckig, überall Staub und ich meine nicht nur ein bisschen. Ich hatte eine ganze Staubwolke am Finger als ich über ein paar Flächen gestochen habe. Am letzten Tag habe ich die Betten abgezogen, damit die Reinigungskraft schneller fertig ist.Beim abziehen habe ich mehrere verschiedene Haare gefunden unter dem Bettlaken gefunden. Das bedeutet, dass nicht das ganze Bett frisch bezogen wird. Die Toilette ist nur eine Handbreite von der Wand entfernt. Ist Kuschelig. Ansonsten offene Rohre, Haare in der Dusche&an den Wänden usw. Ich kann dieses Hotel überhaupt nicht empfehlen!

Rooms are totally fine for a night's stay, they are clean and spacious. However the walls are terribly thin and waking up to a family yelling and throwing things around the neighbouring room at 6 AM left me with a really bad experience for the whole stay.

Zimmer ist OK, aber es ist leider wirklich viel zu hellhörig. Bin mehrmals nachts aufgewacht, nur weil ein paar Leute in den Nachbarzimmern nach Hause kam. Wenn die eine Steckdose reinstecken hörte man es gefühlt in meinem Zimmer 10x so laut wie bei denen selbst. Das sollte man unbedingt renovieren!

We enjoyed our stay here and would happily stay here again. The room is clean and minimal, but we don't spend much time inside it. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is right next to a well-connected bus stop, and about 10 minutes from a good metro line. Only complaint is the wifi was not very good inside the room so it affected some work and we could not stream any movies.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit guter Lage. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sauber, ruhig und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich würde das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Ich rief um vier Uhr nachmittags im Hotel an und teilte ihnen mit, dass ich zu spät ankommen würde, und der Angestellte sagte mir, dass es kein Problem sei, ich könne zu jeder späteren Zeit kommen, und er sagte mir, dass er mir Informationen und das Code vom Zimmer (Check in Code )schicken würde Wir haben vier Stunden lang auf die E-Mail dieses Mitarbeiters gewartet und nichts erhalten. Unterwegs, gegen acht Uhr abends, haben wir zehn oder mehr Mal versucht, das Hotel anzurufen um ihnen mitzuteilen, dass die E-Mail mit den Anmeldeinformationen nicht angekommen war und niemand antwortete, und wir auf der Straße warten mussten und niemand im Hotel ans Telefon ging. Dann mussten wir die Buchungsseite kontaktieren, über die wir gebucht hatten, und sie waren sehr verständnisvoll und haben uns geholfen und uns ein alternatives Hotel gegeben Was mir passiert ist. ich finde, dass die Mitarbeiter respektlos sind und ihre Arbeit nicht respektieren. Sie respektieren oder schätzen das Gehalt, das sie erhalten, nicht und sind in ihrer Arbeit erfolglos.

Insgesamt ok. Das Badezimmer ist relativ klein und hat so gut wie keine Ablagemöglichkeiten. Des Weiteren lief an der Dusche das Wasser ins Badezimmer und der Duschkopf war total verkalkt so das es nur einen Wasserstrahl gab. Trotz Reklamation am ersten Tag wurde das Thema nicht behoben. Auch sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig-Wassergeräusche(Pinkelgeräusche) und Unterhaltung anderer Gäste sind wahrnehmbar.

Hotel is a reasonable walk to some bus and subway stops. Good cost for the room. The multi-lingual employees were very helpful with our family's strange schedules and requests to have rooms near each other, the service was very good. Thanks much!

The property was clean,close to a bus stop, metro station, some really nice restaurants and had a lidl a few minutes away. Its sister hotel at the back of our hotel had a nice bar & wellness centre. The only negative comment I have to make is regarding the lady on reception, unfortunately I didn't get her name but she was unfriendly & extremely rude.

Der Hintereingang ist direkt an einem Supermarktparkplatz, wo man 90 Min parken kann. Perfekt zum Einchecken und Gepäck ins Zimmer bringen. Die hoteleigene Tiefgarage, welche mit 10€/Tag sehr günstig ist, haben wir nicht genutzt, da unmittelbar beim Hotel Parkmöglichkeiten an der Straße zu finden sind. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war für den Preis absolut ok, einzig das Bad und die Dusche war ziemlich eng, mit wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten. Direkt am Hotel gibt es eine Bushaltestelle, wo regelmäßig und in kurzen Abständen Busse bis zur nächsten U-Bahn fahren. Der Augustiner-Schützengarten ist ebenso in unmittelbarer Fussnähe. Das Frühstücksbuffet haben wir nicht genutzt, da wir beide morgens nur Kaffee brauchen. Dafür gab es gegenüber im Supermarkt eine kleine Kaffeeecke, wo man auch draußen sitzen konnte. Jedoch sah das Buffet im Hotel schon sehr umfangreich und ansprechend aus. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder dort buchen, für den Preis wirklich gut!

This is the second time I’ve stayed at the hotel, but first during the Oktoberfest. I thought the price was very reasonable for the fact I only booked it a day in advance. I found my room better the first time I stayed here, but as this was only a one night day it was ok. I had a really good night sleep and the shower is excellent too. It is a five minute walk to the underground station which takes you straight to Goetheplatz and the Oktoberfest grounds.

The hotel is located in a great area with easy access to buses, shops, and everything you might need. My room had plenty of natural light and a nice view. The staff were extremely kind and always helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. The internet connection was strong as well. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay.

Beim Frühstück wurde bereits eine halbe Stunde vor Ende nichts nachgelegt, weder die trockenen Aufbackbrötchen, Toastbrot, Eier oder Speck etc., obwohl der Frühstücksraum noch sehr gefüllt war und immer noch Leute kamen. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers und des Bades bei Ankunft hätte besser sein können. Das hatten wir durch vorherige Bewertungen und gerade bei einem privat geführten Hotel so nicht erwartet.

Frühstück mäßig, Rührei fest wie Stein und kalt! Es gibt keine Spiegeleier, Brötchen nicht knusprig, wie Gummi. Die letzten 15 min.vom Frühstück, sitzt das Personal im Frühstückraum. Haben die keinen Aufenthalts Raum? Zimmer ohne Kühlschrank und keine Espressomaschine oder der gleichen. Frühstück Saft, schmeckt wie Wasser, keine gute Sorte. Ein drei Bettzimmer ist recht groß. Dusche undicht, beim Duschen war das ganze Bad nass. Keinen Safe im Zimmer. Für ein,zwei Nächte ok. Aber bitte ohne Frühstück buchen. Vor Ort kostet das Frühstück 15€, viel zu teuer für so ein Frühstück.

The hotel was convenient to public transportation. The staff was welcoming and warm. The front desk girl made me a pot of tea after a long day of taking in the sites. The breakfast buffet is banging! It is fresh, local, served hot. I couldn't count the number of offerings but you had to leave there full and satisfied. I would come back.

The gym is not as good as it shows on the website, and it's in the other building. The room itself has no aircon and no fridge. It might be my mistake, but I thought at least a small fridge should be the basic. The showerhead does not function well which is dripping all over. The door of the shower room cannot prevent water from splashing out. Breakfast is not bad, but the cost is super high. Staffs are nice.
