Property was an absolute pleasant surprise , incredibly affordable , clean and they have a full size kitchen on each floor . No front desk , check in process was seamless and each room has its own specific lock . Big fan of the right bed- these were quite comfortable .. Definitely stay here again .

Did not use the kitchen except for coffee but it seemed equipped with all necessary equipment.. Parking was easy and accessible when needed. Staff was accommodating to all our needs (early arrival extra day) and answered all concerns via phone. Will definitely return hopefully in near future.

As others have noted, this is not a typical hotel/motel. Rather it is rooms in a residential building with a completely stocked common kitchen, dining room, and lounge, very nice! The rooms have a private bath and mini fridge and are exceptionally modern and clean. My only concern is the extremely hard water, I would suggest a water softner should be installed. This would also prevent damage to the plumbing and fixtures.

While things were tidy, the light switches and outlets were dirty. Visitors were directed to leave their shoes at landing which was small and the floor was often wet. This meant damp socks. There was newspaper taped to the wall in the kitchen around the stove, probably to catch grease spatters. The house itself is fairly new and in a quiet residential area

Wir waren uns nicht sicher, ob wir wirklich frische Bettwäsche erhalten haben. Das Bett war nicht ordentlich gemacht und die Kissen und das Laken sehr verknittert. Die Hotelleitung hat aber beteuert, daß es frische Bettwäsche wäre. Uns schien das nicht so, denn nichts war glatt, sondern stark verknittert.

Despite a fairly plain outward appearance, the inside of this hotel is clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Each room has a different theme, and I stayed in the Egyptian room. The room was spacious, and the heating system worked well. The bed was comfortable. There is a common area on the floor with kitchen and comfortable seating.

Our accommodation was clean, fresh and comfortable. On the other hand, the walls have no sound proofing, so you can hear everything in the neighbouring rooms. There is no vanity or any other place to put toiletries in the bathroom.

Everything was great. Except there was no air conditioning and it was SO hot at night! We didn’t have a good sleep at all, because of the heat. There was a fan in the room but did nothing to cool it off. We didn’t sleep under the sheets or bedding our whole time there.

It is in a new building with a well equipped kitchen and living room. The rooms were modest and the TV did not sppear to carry many live channels, no sports channels. There was no reception on the premises, so no suggestions about Whitehorse were available. That said, it was in a fairly good location, 15 minutes on foot from downtown. The premises would have been very quiet except for a frequently varking dog in the house next door. Ideal for people who want to supply or even cook their own groceries and meals

My 70 year old father went to check in at 11:00pm and was turned away. The room was paid in full and I did not get a refund. I had to book him another room at a different hotel. This is Elder abuse.

I stayed here twice this month and both stays were very fine. But note that this is not a hotel; it is a guest house. You get a private room with en suite bathroom, fridge, and access to a communal kitchen and dining area. But no hotel perks. Check-in is rigidly at 3 pm so don't plan to get in earlier.

Amazing hospitality— we arrived at around 1 AM, and were met with fast and easy check in procedure. The owner is very nice and accommodating. Our suite was spacious, warm and clean. Bed was comfortable. Checkout at 3 AM was a breeze as it was contactless. We were in town for 4 nights and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The absolute best bang for your buck in town.

The room was very clean and in what I assume was a newish condo that has been turned into ensuite rooms with a shared living space and kitchen. Sadly, none of that made my stay a comfortable one. The man that checked me in was incredibly rude. Check-in occurred at a different property. I was taking notes on my phone about directions to where I was going to stay and the check-in man accused me of not listening and demanded that I put my phone away. He continued to belittle me as I was trying to understand his directions to the the other property It was very upsetting. My travel companion was also shocked at how rudely I was treated.

We were in the annex about 9 blocks from the main building. Just below the big hill in a residential area. 3 rooms up, 1 on main floor Pros: short walk to downtown. Full kitchen, well equipped for guests to share Good shower Clean Black out curtains Ample street parking Cons: Room ok only 1side of queen bed has a bedside table no air conditioning. It was 25 and the upper floor room was hot. The top of the hill is the runway. Lots of airplane noise We were there just after summer solstice so it was light outside till very late. Had to keep window open to get air flow but the neighbours across get home after midnight and party till after 3 outside No personality or flavour of the area. No housekeeping

Room with own bathroom in 2 storey condo. Shared kitchen for the 4 rooms. It was ok since it was located within walking distance of downtown but if you want a quiet stay, this is not the place. Located beside airport and neighborhood in general was sketchy…never felt unsafe but neighbours had a domestic every night we were there, lots of vehicles racing up and down street all hours of the night. We stayed 6 mights…after the 3 rd night, we were used to the noise..lol.

This was a shared home stay style house. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and a lock with a key for the bedroom. My wife and I had a room upstairs with a clear view of our vehicle outside. It’s a full shared kitchen with everything you’d need to cook. Coffee and tea were included with the study. Washer and dryer are available but, machine only accepts Canadian coins. The host is super professional and friendly.

I didn’t realize it was someone’s house with rooms. You even had to take your shoes off at the door. Also would have had to make my own coffee if I wanted any and was a big pot not a machine. The room was nice and clean though.

This is actually a bed without breakfast rather than a hotel or inn, which is ok. The strange part is all guests must take off their shoes when inside the property, but slipper was not provided, so we jave to ealk bare foot inside the house. The living room has no carpet and it is cold walking bare foot on it. The room is small but clean and tidy, the bed is also small. It is ok but if they can provide depositable slipper, or ask guests to bring their own, it would be better. BTW, there is little heating at the living room and heating is not adequate in our little bedroom, the bathroom heating is ok though.

This property takes inspiration from hostels with a full kitchen on the premises but up to date furnishings and clean rooms. It’s in a quiet neighborhood so you see a little more flavor of Whitehorse. We walked to Main/Front Street areas easily. The property provides good value.

Clean, quiet, lovely bed and linens, Only suggestion would be to have coffee made in morning, or a keurig as little coffee machine in kitchen took 20 minutes to make 3 cups of coffee. Otherwise I have already given out some of the brochures to people who travel to whitehorse quite a bit.
