The only good thing about this hotel is a very good breakfast. It is also clean. The room was decent size but minimalistic furniture with an overall impression of emptiness. The hotel is 4* but I have been in many 3* hotels which had better facilities. There was a small fridge in a room but it was empty. The worst part of our stay was a very small and uncomfortable bathroom. Each time we tried to open the door it did not open wide but banged into bidet. One could not sit on a toilet seat normally but only sideways as a plastic chair was in front of the toilet seat, stuck between the bottom of the washing basin and toilet seat. Shower cubicle was fine and reasonable size but trying to move within a bathroom was a nightmare. Could not wait to leave this hotel.

Breakfast was great and staff fun, hard working !

1. Room was tiny 2. Shower was too small for an average adult 3. Broken and loose ceramic tiles in the room, makes a lot of noise when walking on the floor 4. Instructions pamphlet for the room safe was incorrect. Took 24 hrs to find someone to show us how to program the code. Would not recommend. 4 star rating is not accurate for this hotel. 2 stars Max.

Finally an elevator! Great breakfast. Bar in lobby. West end of Cinque Terre .
