Room had no microwave or refrigerator like thw website said. Hotel staff said no room had them.Very outdates. No furniture in room other than bed, very pld Tv that barely worked. Very unacceptable. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pictures on website were of a nice looking room. This room was bare. It had 1 very thin blanket nothing to make the room appealing. There was mold in the shower. The bed was old and lumpy. There was an armed guard and checkin was through a bullit proof glass. DON'T STAY HERE!!!

Hotel was surrounded by homeless, they lock the lobby doors forcing you to check in through a small window. Night time staff were very rude. Dogs are constantly barking. Pool was pad locked even though it said open

The room was dirty, the toilet was broke, they charged me for a hair dryer and I had to pay for internet. Overall just a bad experience. I even had to go ask for clean towels.

Was quietly peaceful, slepping comfort was great, internet access was horrible why do we have to pay it we pay for the stay then we should be able to get a 12 - 24 hr pass depending how long is the stay

Had to be issued several rooms before we found one that had a door that opened, closed, and locked. Front desk staff was nice, but only one person there, so it took a while. It wasn't cheap, and there were a lot of nice cars in the parking lot, so we didn't bolt immediately. Most of the rooms were smoking rooms, and everything reeked of cigarette and pot smoke. We had three rooms, and after calling 911 during the night because someone was being beat to death next door (arrest was made), shower leaking all over the bathroom floor, and the noise from neighbors and the freeway, we didn't come back for the second night of our stay. And the jacuzzi was running, but not heated. Not recommended for families, or the unarmed...

Good for the price but the rooms should have microwaves it only one common microwave in the laundry room smh

The room was in poor repair. The toilet keep running periodically through the night. One of the faucets in the sink didnt work, toilet paper holders were rusted and non-functioning. No security lock on the top of the door. No microwave, paid wi-fi, no coffee maker in the room. Very loud people all over, and sounded like people drag racing down the street by the hotel. Handicapped parking on one side of the hotel, and had to walk to the other side. Housekeeping never came, our dtay was 3 days long. We were provided with 2 towels upon checking in, had to knock at a side window when returned to the hotel after our day out to ask for more towels since we did not get maid service.

Staff was professional and helpful. That said …. Do not stay here. There are other budget options that are safer, cleaner, and more comfortable. There were random people loitering in the balcony/hallways and stairwells. There were cars parked crooked, with all doors open, and people sitting in there just chillin. In the evening, you check-in through a security window, because the lobby is closed. I’m all about keeping employees safe, but that’s reflective of the area. The fully decked out security guard was very kind and walked me back to the room to help me troubleshoot the key card when it didn’t work. Cleanliness. There was lots of hair in the bottom of the shower. I recommend bringing your water shoes to the shower. There are 2 hand soap dispensers mounted in the shower for, Id assume shampoo and … body wash. Wouldn’t know they were completely broken and empty. Crusty stuff on the carpet. As far as comfort is concerned, there is a bed and it wasn’t terrible. There are some pillows and there is A blanket. One. I get it, it’s Arizona, but the singular blanket is an old fleece-like blanket. Keep your socks on, the carpet is gross. I specifically booked this for the hot tub. Upon seeing it, I wouldn’t use it. I am unsure if it’s just run-down but sanitary or both run-down and unsanitary but it was absolutely not welcoming. I would have

Did not like how the internet is offered the facility should over a pass between 12hr to 24hrs for a night stay depending on how long our stay is then it would be a 24hr, 48,hr ,72hr Internet access pass and once you used the time then it should cut off

The room was dirty minus the bed does not look like anything. Anything that was advertises the bathroom toilet toilet was dirty. The shower was dirty. The sink cabinets were dirty. Look like they just painted this room and the bathroom door every time you open it and close it more pink comes off And it’s either too cold or too hot in the room. It feels mucky in here. The only thing that was great was either the TV and the refrigerator that was it.

Roach infested room. I didn’t even spend the night, I walked in, turned on the lights and first thing I saw was a bunch of roaches scattering around in the floor. At first I thought that was it, but then went to the bathroom and saw a whole bunch in the tub. I immediately walked right back out, luggage and all, and went back to the front desk to check out. The 1 star is for the customer service. Not because it was bad but it was the only good thing the hotel Had going for them. The young lady at the front desk was very apologetic and refunded me the money. If it weren’t for her…I would give this place 0 stars. I’m not sure if all rooms are the same but it was a horrible experience to drive 6 hours and have to immediately leave and find another hotel instead of being able to get there and rest.

Roaches mold and rust on the bathtubs

Had roaches! Bathroom not clean.

There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The main door did not close tightly. It smelled horribly of cigarette and Marijuana.therebwas a tripping hazard on the beds. The smoke dector was removed.

We did not even stay the full night after seeing bugs on the counter sink and bed after lights went out. Just gross....

The room my son and I stayed in had cockroaches crawling all over. The room itself looked like it hadn't been cleaned. The only thing that might have been clean was the towels, but we didn't use the shower because it was not clean and had cockroaches in and out of it. I tried to reach out to the property for a refund but never got a response back from them.

Place very unsanitary so dirty no trash bags towels very dirty smell of smoke when i asked for nonsmoking room alot of noise

The room wasn’t very clean, with bugs on the floor. It also was in need of basic repairs. No counter in bathroom was very inconvenient. No housekeeping on our second day.

This place was convenient to where i needed to be and had a comfortable bed, but it definitely could use some upkeep. Floorboards coming up, shower door not closing, plug covers missing, and a tv from the 90's were just a few of the things that needed attention.

Although the room was "clean", it was very trashy. Messed up grout in the bathroom, very old mattress, the blinds were busted, the blanket had a big hole in it, the TV was also very old. It would be the kind of place a trucker would stay when he was trying to save some money.

I stayed here to break up my drive enroute to California. I chose it based on its price and proximity to I10. The moment I entered the room I knew I chose the wrong place. It was very spartan, the furniture and fixtures were all worn, as if from a thrift shop; it appeared a new floor had been laid but it had large gaps between the main room and the bathroom; a large tile in the bathroom in front of the toilet was caved in; the on/off switches on the lamps barely worked; the mini fridge wasn't level. That evening I decided to lock myself in the room and watch TV since the area near the "Inn" didn't feel safe to me with a bunch of people hanging around outside. To my dismay, the TV only had one channel, one! It was a local Phoenix station but had so many political ads between shows that I just shut it off and went to sleep so I could get out of there as soon as possible the next morning. I was up at 4am, dropped off my key card, and got out of that place as quickly as I could. Should I ever stop over in the Phoenix area again enroute to California or any other place, I will cough up the extra money to stay in a well-known chain where I know I'll be safe and the room will be in good working condition.

Old CRT TV, no free wifi, AC too loud, shower leaked water all over the floor, key card or door lock had issues, etc

The room was really gross. The overall room was cleanish but there was a lot of dirt and grim on the walls. The area was not the quietest as they seem to have a lot of people living in the hotel. People were up talking till 6 am in the rooms on both sides of us. It smelled like a smoking room because people smoking on the balcony would get their smoke sucked in through the AC unit.

Tv in room didn’t work, the people under us where blasting music @ 1130 pm, people next to us where loud and hitting the walls (no sleep for anyone)

Shower door don’t close and was rusted out. Water pressure was inconsistent. Room was clean but basic. I liked that the floor was not carpet. Noisy neighbors, and thin walls

Reeked like cigarettes, broken dresser, old school 90's tv.

I walked in to check in and was not even acknowledged for 5 minutes. When the lady at the front finally did acknowledge me she looked up at me and said "YES!" She did not even smile. I said, "I and here to check in. " She then said "No your not! We don't have any rooms till 4:00!" It was 3:00 when i got there. I was the only one in the office. I get that we were there early, but she could have acted differently. We ended up going to a different hotel because she treated me so badly. I ended up paying for two rooms! It was awful!

The staff here tried to accommodate me the best they could for the price is good hundred dollars for two days. You can’t find that nowhere.

Just a terrible experience all the way around. I brought up my concerns and was basically brushed off. I was literally told, "you can come tomorrow and talk to the manager."

Drove from Colorado straight (13 hrs) with 2 small children in the car. Lady at the service desk, raging ** i mean the rudiest attitude ever! This was on friday night, i got 2 exhuasted kids, an exhausted husband and im exhausted. She didnt give me my room because my husbands ID wasnt up to her standard. It was 2 in the morning. So couldnt cancel my reservation and had to go search for another hotel. Horrible place. Would give zero stars

I appreciate all staff for always going up and beyond to help me. From answering my silly questions to helping me by holding my room. This is the only motel i go to in the valley because of it! They make me feel at home. Thank you ladies ( and gentlemen) You are appreciated!

Lots of crime in this area...cops were there twice before we got settled. Room is decent, a little outdated. Make sure you have ID for everyone staying here. My girlfriend thought she forgot hers and they literally refunded us, told us without her ID we couldn't stay there at all and then I found her ID and they let us stay.

Place was disgusting. Night check-in was in a drive-up window and not in the lobby. Crime ridden area. Solicitation going on in the motel. Drug deals were happening outside my door. Woke up after first night to find a cockroach run past my feet. Immediately checked out and canceled reservation at front desk. Also filed a case with Orbitz. Motel is refusing to refund even the remainder of the stay post check-out. Orbitz is trying to get a refund from this vendor but apparently they aren't working well with them. Orbitz is also refusing to handle the situation properly by managing the refund on their own. Stay away. My company may stop using Orbitz over this property.

You get what you pay for. Premier hotel was about $50 less than the next hotel and had a rating of 6/10. I wouldn’t stay here again. The room was missing the refrigerator and microwave. The bath towels were ancient and tiny. The sheets and top sheet were rough and barely provided comfort…. Not a fan. The area around the hotel felt unsafe.

I knew it wasn’t a fancy hotel, but I was still a bit surprised… The pillows were weirdly misshapen & the top sheet & blanket were thin. The a/c was quite loud, the carpet had been vacuumed, but was dirty - I wished I’d brought slippers, not just socks. It was an accessible room, yet the only handrail in the shower was oddly placed, just above the faucets. The only mirror was in the bathroom. There was a small fridge, but no microwave or coffeemaker. The lobby is locked after dark, so to get to the ice & vending machines, you had to walk around the entire building. It is just a short walk away from a Waffle House, Circle K, and a Dutch Bros Coffee, so that was nice. It was convenient for that particular trip, but I doubt I’d choose to stay there again.

I enjoyed it cause we were tired and there were dining available walking distance and very comfortable.
