I was a clean place and the staff were all very friendly. But, the parking lot was small and there were several large semi-trucks parked close to the entry and should have been park towards the back to leave room for cars to park.

Pool looked a little dirty. We checked in one day the next went to event when arrived back to hotel key card didn't work,. Had to get it re-keyed, not sure why that happened in the middle of trip. Other than that staff was friendly.

The elevator was out of service. The property left me feeling unsafe with the homeless people in the area. There were people partying in the parking lot late into the night. Drinking and fighting up against the building. I also found a cockroach in the room

Gross. First room they gave us reeked of smoke. Guessing it was once a smoking room turned non smoking. They switched us to a room that smelled better so that I appreciated. However, while showering, we found neatly placed on top of the shampoo dispenser the most disgusting toenail. We’re talking green/black full toenail that someone had left behind. Absolutely disgusting. Will not return. Will never recommend.

We checked in and upon opening the door to our room, discovered that the room had not been cleaned. This was after carting our luggage down a very long hallway to a very small elevator then going to the very end of the second story hall. We were given a new room and they upgraded us to a suite for the inconvenience. Breakfast was good.

Our room had a faint odor I can only described as a dirty person, Like if some one with bad hygiene had stayed for a period of time before us, The swimming pool looked terrible and is not maintained at all, Staff was friendly surrounding area looks a little rough

The room was fine but I noticed a stain on the sheet and there were some hairs on the soap dispensers but likely because it was on an unconventional place to clean. Bed was a bit firm but otherwise the room was fine. For the price I didnt have have super high expectations and it pretty much met them, the small things just prevented it from being a great stay.

Came here for a concert. Rooms were nice and clean. Good distance from Talking Stick, and the shuttle they offer is great! Anywhere you need to go within ten miles! Jacuzzi tub in the room was so nice! Alicia and Kristi were so nice and answered all my questions. Great area, and they have security at night. Will stay again!

The pillows were a bit uncomfortable, toilet pressure sucked which caused the toilet to get plugged up. Other than that, no issues at all. Was close to Talking Stick Amphitheater.

It was great to have two double beds and the pull out couch. We arrived in the middle of the night, but check in was quick and easy. It was loud right outside our room most of the day due to pool resurfacing. But it was a good hotel for what we needed.

We stayed in a suite. It was very roomy with two full bedrooms with baths. It had a full kitchen with dining room and the living room had two sofas. Lots of room. A little outdated. We were there for a concert at the Pavilion. So it was very close by.

My check in was flawless. The desk clerk was very accomodating. Since I was driving a pick up with a car trailer, there was no place to park. The desk clerk gave me permission to park along the access road behind the hotel. Around 9:30 PM I was woke up by hotel security demanding that I move my vehicle. I told him I had permission but he didn't accept that. I got a second phone call from the desk clerk that she couldn't find the notation the day shift clerk left on my file. By now I'm concerned with what the security guy said. So I packed and checked out. There was no where else to park so the safest thing to do was leave. I was deprived of my night's rest and my breakfast. I'm extremely disappointed.

Hotel is adequate for a single night stay only. Front staff person seemed like she hated being there. Would only recommend as a single stop on a longer journey and that's it. Also a lot of law enforcement roaming around the property. That made me feel safer, but made me question why they were even present and the area around the property.

Girl in front desk was really nice(too bad I didn’t get her name) she helped me with the issue I had with Key not working twice it ended up being the door sensor but she resolved problem fast and got me a new room ASAP, room was clean and bed was comfy, my kids and I liked it specially because it was close to restaurants and stores.

The properry was well kept for its age. Staff were excellent, especially Carlos. I would stay again becuase the service was great. The room was pretty clean, I came across one problem it was fixed immediately. They location is kinnd of strange, there is not too much around it, but there is several restaurants and a really cool pop up food trucks ( sat, maybe more dates) in the adjacent lots. Stay here you will be satisfied.

This area of town is not in the safest, but we felt safe inside the hotel. The pillows were terrible and the mattress was super hard, so its not the best nights sleep. The breakfast was pretty pathetic as well.

The hotel is situated near the freeway and there are many dining options available nearby. There were sketchy characters about, but we never felt unsafe. The staff was very cordial and helpful and we spent two quiet nights comfortably in the hotel. Oh, and the little Mexican food restaurant next door is worth trying.

I made the reservation through Expedia, which said there wete 7 available rooms. However when I arrived, the nice woman at the front desk stated they were sold out! She went above and beyond and was somehow able to accomodate my Son and I. She was very friendly and I appreciated everything she did for us. I will definitely stay here again when I need to. The room was so clean, everything was great. **The surrounding area, outside the hotel perimeters was sketchy. Several homeless people wandering around.**

It was great that the room was large, comfy bed, clean, great shower & all necessities but the eggs & bacon at the breakfast were terrible. Eggs not real & bacon too thin & crispy. Waffle & fruit were good tho.
