I like that the kids could swim and that this time their was some entertainment. What i didn't like breakfast is the same. Dinner is ok. I cameback after 6 weeks and almost all the staff was replaced. Its not all inc you need to pay for the children to play in the play hall and the amusement outside. And you will get harassed at the pool by buyers while you try to relax.

Me and my family absolutely loved our stay here. We had the most lovely welcome with drinks on arrival, we was able to get food and drinks upon on arrival whilst we were being checked in. Our bags were all brought to our rooms really promptly with care. The facilities are great, and all the pool areas and gardens were let clean and safe. We loved the aqua park, wave pool and crazy river they were great fun and the fair is a fantastic bonus. The food was amazing, we were a family of 11 taking up 5 rooms and everyone throughly enjoyed the food and drinks. The staff were absolutely fantastic and could not do enough for us. Dasha always checked in with us regularly assuring we was having the best holiday and offered great advice about the best services available around the hotel, she was really friendly and super helpful and we enjoyed seeing her around the hotel she is definitely a credit to serenity. The service is up there with the best I have received and I have been to a lot of hotels in Egypt. There are to many staff to name for their great service as every member of staff was brilliant and couldn’t do enough for us. Our room needed updating but it was kept spotless, the room was really spacious and the beds really comfortable and the bathroom was big with a lovely big shower cubical which is great when you have young children. We had fresh towels and toiletries daily and the cleaner even made a few towel displays for us. I would definitely recommend serenity fun city.

Für Kinder ein Paradies: viele Rutschen, Wellenbad, Crazy River und am Abend Karousels, Mini-Achterbahn, Auto Scooter und mehr. Es fährt ein Shuttle zum Meer in 3min. Man kann an einem Steg schnorcheln. Zum Baden am Strand ungeeignet, da der Boden voller Korallen ist. Essen in der Buffet-Haupthalle ist abwechslungsreich; für 7.50 Eur pro Person kann man auch in einem der 3 Restaurants a la Carte essen. Der Italiener ist zu empfehlen. Einige Pools sind beheizt. Abends gibt es eine Minidisco und ein kleines Programm, z.B. 30min Tanz-Aufführung. Personal sehr zuvorkommend und kinderfreundlich. In der Umgebung gibt es wenig zu tun, z.B. eine Mall (Senzo Mall) oder Mini Egypt (Miniaturpark). Am Pool laufen einige Programm Anbieter rum. Wir haben den Halbtagesausflug zum Halb-U-Boot gebucht mit kurzem Schnorchelstop. Die Zimmer sind ok, ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Betten sind sehr gut und die Minibar wird täglich mit Getränken aufgefüllt.

Very good experience. Reasonable price. Two adjacent resorts to meet the needs for both children and adults. There is shuttle to the beach. The snorkeling at the beach is great. We enjoyed our stay.

Die Außenanlage mit Pool und Rutschen ist in einem guten Zustand und hat den Kindern gut gefallen. Das Hotelzimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen und die Ausbesserungsarbeiten, die vor allem an Wand und Boden erfolgt sind hätte jeder ungelernte genau so hinbekommen. Sieht einfach schlampig aus. Die Musik am Poolbereich ist immer voll aufgedreht und wir haben uns deshalb immer einen Platz gesucht, der möglichst weit von der Box entfernt ist. Das Essen kann für ägyptische Verhältnisse als über dem Durchschnitt bezeichnet werden, hat aber noch Luft nach oben. Am Strand ist der Wasserstand so tief, dass Schwimmen nur vom Schnorchelsteg möglich ist. Dort kann aber auch gut geschnorchelt werden. Das Personal im Restaurant ist in Summe zwar bemüht kann aber auch nur als ägyptischer Durchschnitt bezeichnet werden. Die Vorgesetzten sind lieber selbst in Gespräche mit ihren Kollegen vertieft, als hier Standards zu setzen und für einen vorbildlichen Ablauf zu sorgen. Die Pizza im Restaurant am Pool ist als besonders schlecht hervorzuheben und es ist mir unerklärlich wie man als Hotel so etwas dulden kann. Hier sollten die zuständigen Manager mal selbst testen, was serviert wird.

An interesting destination especially for kids with lots of activities to do (e.g. Aqua Parks, Amusement Parks, Wave Pool, Video Games, etc.) My only concern is that the amusement parks and video games are against extra charge.

Amazing resort. Water park for kids and one for all ages. Theme park with many rides. River rafting. Many pools and evening shows. Huge selection of food. Rooms are spacious. Best option for families.

The hotel is good for families with kids. It’s got a water park and amusement park ( a small one ) rooms are clean and comfy. The buffet food was average and crowded it was hard to find a table . The hotel grounds is very nice I don’t recommend it for couples if you want quiet

Super hôtel en qualité de loisirs... parc aquatique génial, superbe espace piscine et prestation repas très bonne gamme... quelques bémols... les draps à notre arrivée présentait des tâches et les serviettes de piscine fournies gracieusement sont très usées. La literie est de bonne qualité. La navette pour conduire à la plage est pratique mais déçu de l'accès à la plongée exclusivement par le ponton avec un surveillant de baignade qui siffle sans arret dès qu'on dépasse un périmètre de 10 mètres... Pour pratiquer le snorkeling, il vaut mieux payer les sorties à Orange Bay ou paradise island. Le coup des manèges est très raisonnable car pour 12 euros environ, vous avez 16 tours de manèges. A faire dans l'hôtel... cinéma 6D à environ 3 euros mais c'est super sympa... Personnel très serviable. Préférez réserver vos excursions online qui sont souvent bien moins chères que les prix proposées par les multiples vendeurs qui vous courrent après dans l'hôtel et autour de la piscine... c'est fatigant à terme. Sortie recommandée : le SEASCOPE ... environ 10 euros transport, vue sur le récif coralien avec un bateau fond de verre, boissons et séance de snorkeling comprise. Vraiment top !

Mehr Traffic ist kostenpflichtig (ca. 3 € für je weitere 8 GB). Der Strand ist leider nicht schön. Steinig und sehr viel Korallenabbruch.

Super hôtel. Grande piscine de la place pour tout le monde pour les transats c’est très agréable. Coté mer c’est génial de manger avec la vue sur mer. La chambre était vieillotte mais propre dans l’ensemble. Le personnel très serviable et gentil. Le buffet était varié chaque jour mais le plus pour nous a été le barbecue à chaque repas. Poisson frais grillés viandes grillées. À 40 min du centre de hurghada

Wir hatten sehr gute Ferien. Zwei Sachen die sich verbessern koennen sind das Internet, das so schlecht war das man es nicht wirklich benutzten konnte. Und obwohl wir ende-April dort waren, war das Wasser im Schwimbad sehr kalt, besonders fuer die Kinder. Sonst aber sehr zufrienden.

Bellissima struttura, nonostante sia di grandi dimensioni perfettamente gestita sia in termini di servizi che pulizia oltre l'attenzione che mettono per il cliente. Camere grandi e pulite, noi avevamo una camera con vista acquascivoli veramente in una ottima posizione. Forse da italiana l'unica nota negativa è il cibo ma non per la qualità che è ottima ma per le spezie, però in spiaggia c'è il ristorante/bar alla carte che saprà accontentarvi. Insomma vacanza stupenda lo straconsiglio!

C'est la deuxième fois que nous voulons dans cet établissement c'est vraiment de la haute qualité c'est dommage que les repas sont très salé, nous avons très mal dormi à cause des oreillers de mauvaise qualité l'idéal ça aurait été des mémoire de forme pour les chambres Deluxe le personnel est très bien très opérationnel indiscutable cette année il y a énormément des Égyptiens comme client et c'est dommage le gâchis alimentaire des assiettes rempli à rabord et de nombreux gâcher à la poubelle à l'heure où le réfléchissions à la lutte contre toutes formes de gaspillage alimentaire et de l'eau énormément de bouteille d'eau en plastiques dommage qu'il n'y ait pas un système de gourde la sécurité a été renforcée l'écoute est la qualité de l'ensemble du personnel irréprochable nous reviendrons sans hésitation

Extremt bra hotell med jätttttttebra service, väldigt nöjda kommer definitivt besöka igen. Stort utbud på aktiviteter, jättefin vattenpark anpassad för alla åldrar. Väldigt god och varierad buffé både frukost lunch och middag, drycker finns i baren (ingår i all inklusive) både med och utan alkohol. Så himla nöjd

Really great hotel, always got beds, good good, only negative was the drinks. Warm beer and awful cocktails. I didn’t drink all week due to them being so bad. Staff lovely and attentive

Super hôtel. Grande piscine de la place pour tout le monde pour les transats c’est très agréable. Coté mer c’est génial de manger avec la vue sur mer. La chambre était vieillotte mais propre dans l’ensemble. Le personnel très serviable et gentil. Le buffet était varié chaque jour mais le plus pour nous a été le barbecue à chaque repas. Poisson frais grillés viandes grillées. À 40 min du centre de hurghada

The hotel is good for families with kids. It’s got a water park and amusement park ( a small one ) rooms are clean and comfy. The buffet food was average and crowded it was hard to find a table . The hotel grounds is very nice I don’t recommend it for couples if you want quiet
