Unfortunately listing did not mention extra charge for parking Lygon street is not an easy place to find breakfast- we had to travel into the city Old furnishings but clean and very comfortable bed, but great to have the extra space in the room

Several of the listed amenities were not available. The studio apartments lack a dishwasher and laundry services even within the building. The room's condition was heavily worn and unclean particularly the bathtub/shower. Also very limited front desk help. Do yourself a favor and stay at the Melbourne Apt Hotel on Elgin. We used their laundry services and they're very close to the trams. Many eateries nearby too.
