One thing about this establishment is it is always consistent...my stay was fine, room was fine, Close Parking for my downstairs room .Service was excellent, as usual. You really can't beat the Value. As a solo woman traveler, I always feel safe here as well.

Very central location. loved having easy access access to mall and anywhere we wanted to go. Front desk was helpful. Enjoyed the pool. Could use some updates of the property in general and some pool loungers. We were pleased with our stay. Great value for location and facilities.

This is a cheap, clean, no-frills property. You will get 2 small pieces of soap, 2 towels, 2 pillows..... that's it. At least the TV worked good. A/C was loud but worked. There is a coin-op laundry, and a ice machine that just can't keep up. Empty most of the time. A small pool. There's a Circle K and Denny's on site, which is convenient. Place is popular with truckers.

The pool had algae clinging to the side. Lots of pollen and debris in the pool. Pool was suposed to open at 9, but usually didn't open until 11. Most of the lounges need replacing. Neither of the ice machines were working. Liked being on the 1st floor. Very nice grassy area for dogs. No nightstand on 1 side of the bed.The landscaping was beautiful. Very close to the mall and restaurants. Towels are still small and thin. Air conditioner was fairly quiet and kept the room nice and cool.

First of all there was dog hair under the bed it smelled like straight bleach when we went in the room then when that smell went away you could smell the odor or a dog, they should have a specific set of rooms for people with animals because i am a person who is allergic to pet hair. Also ai am handicapped and the toilets are so low like for an elementary school and it’s hard to get up and i believe i had chosen a handicap room non smoking i don’t think i will stay there again people stood outside the door talking in the middle of the night and due to the rain the door mats smelled like mildew when you walk bu

Fan in bathroom had black flakes falling out, room was dusty and it had a moldy smell to it. Dog poop out side door way side walk. I think it was an animal? My husband slid and fell in some of it. Left next morning.

The toilet was dirty with pee stain on seat and hair my wife had to clean. Hair in the bathtub too. The sink was also dirty. We were so tired after driving 8 hours we just wanted to rest. But the cleanliness of the bathroom was unacceptable. If we hadn't been do tired we would have left. The worst most disgusting experience at a Motel 6

The staff was very friendly, the location was fine, the photos must be very outdated because everything else about the property was old, worn down, dirty. Dirty sheets with cigarette holes on the bed, bath sink was falling apart and barely holding on, worn out mattress and pillows, it just felt dirty.

We have stayed there numerous times and been very happy. However, this time the beds were horrible. They sagged in the middle and were harder than a board. We also had no plug or way to have a bath in the tub. I went to office to get a plug and was told they didn't have them. This thoroughly changed our opinion of this property!

I was disappointed for the fact that the water from the water faucet came out so hard it made a mess. The water was everywhere. Also couldn’t get comfortable because the freeway was so close and so loud it felt like our bed was on the freeway couldn’t sleep and so frustrated. We ended up leaving early like 12 midnight.

It was an old motel 6. The shower was a bit rusty and water pressure was weak. My daughter liked the bed but I had no opinion about it. The motel is right by the freeway but I didn’t hear cars. But I did hear trucks leaving super early (5am on Saturday) and that was one of the downside. Check in was easy. The place meets expectations for the price we paid for

One of the cleanest M6 ive ever stayed at. Unfortunately its very noisy if youre on the I-8 side. Other than that, it was a great value and Id stay again...but only on the other side.

Very noisy. Whenever another shower in other rooms ran, plumbing sounded like a vehicle running out of power steering fluid, but with inconsistent vibrato - very loud! AC unit sounded as if it's bearings were failing - inconsistent clunking all the time. Maybe we are too modest, but bathroom door has no lock. Faucet missing aerator, so when turned on, blew water oll over from sink. AC unit appeared like evaporator need cleaning.

I had a decent stay there. It's a typical Motel 6. No frills, but no complaints. I asked not to stay on the West side facing the highway and where a lot of birds were squeaking. The desk clerk let me stay in the quiet middle section, and I got a good night's sleep

Average off the highway good for 1 night motel. Seemed to gave lots of long term type of borders that made it yo me seem sketchy. Room was very clean. Decor dated. Didn't have refrigerator or microwave but I did select basic room. Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. I would not make it past 1 exhausted night. Laundry services were available and products were available at the office. It was a pet friendly motel. While i was not staying in the rooms right in front of pet stations I can imagine that it might stink in the warmer months. Overall clean and convenient to stores and restaurants but i wouldn't stay again R/T horrible bed and perception of sketchy individuals hanging out in parking lots and under stairwells.

I was there for a few days and had 2 separate rooms. First room was ok, nothing special. The second room I had issues with the door. The screws came out from the doorhandle. I called down to the Front Desk and the guy told me he would tel maintenance the following morning. What the heck! Hello what about my safety? If I hadn’t had my dog with me I wouldn’t had stayed. This guy didn’t care if I was safe or not. No one can to look at it or anything.

Checking in is always a breeze. The front desk personnel is friendly, patient, knowledgeable and very welcoming! They accommodate all requests you may have if it's in their control. Will be staying here again!

I dont speak Spanish so I had a hard time communicating with management and the maids. I had heat exhaustion, not because if them, but tried to get some help and they just shrugged their shoulders. I used my card for a $2.75 washing machine and it took off $10 from my card. After several tries the manager understood and told that in about 24 hours the amount taken would change to $2.75 or $3.00. She said sometimes they cgarge $3.00. No sign or anything tell the customers how it works. I was there for 3 nights. When I asked for fresh towels I was told to go to the front desk then was told to ask the maid. About 20 minutes later I did get towels. To me it was a disaster.

Booked a deluxe room with fridge and microwave. Was told on arrival that I have been given a Deluxe room but mine doesn't have a fridge or microwave and he doesn't know why. I was told I would have to cancel the booking or get a rate adjustment from Expedia because they can't do anything. Was stuck at 1am and took the room without the amenities I paid for.

It was a basic nice hotel. Didn't know it was in the bad part of town though. Homeless sleeping on the sidewalks, on the restaurants sidewalk. Not a warm and fuzzy feeling.

A no-frills property that is well kept and clean. There is a Denny's and Convenient Store within walking distance, and a short drive to many restaurants. You only get 2 small pieces of soap, and a few towels...so bring what you need. A coin-op laundry, and small pool on site. A real value for a night or two.

Front desk offers excellent customer service. Close option to main bus station near Palms Regional Mall. Plenty dining options within walking distance. Quiet place to sleep. Would consider here again, if in the area.

We liked the easy access to the property from the Interstate. We liked the cleanliness. We did not like that there wasn't even a coffee pot in the room or the office. We had to go to either a nearby gas station or Denny's to even get a cup of coffee.
